Ashbridge Independent School and Nursery Hutton

We have been at Ashbridge for a little over 5 years now. My son started his journey at 9 months old and my daughter at 11 months. Both of my children were welcomed with open arms. The staff made the worry of returning to work and leaving my babies a much easier process. My son was flagged up with potential ASD when he reached 3 and I can't thank his key worker enough for her kindness and support with the whole process. She adored him and went above and beyond to support his needs and love him as and individual. My daughter had the same key worker up until preschool who was the most wonderful person and provided the mothering role in my absence just as we wanted. Now my daughter is in preschool and she is thriving. She loves going to "school", has lots of friends and is outdoors every day! The staff adore her and she them. My son now attends the school and his positive experience continues. Ashbridge care about each child and the facilities and staff are worth their weight in gold!

Love the nursery especially my child's key worker. I honestly feel it's just an extension of home life as they make sure she has a great routine, out enjoying the animals and playing with all the great toys outside. Amazing facilities with lots of different things to do. Everyone listens if you need support or guidance and most of all I know my baby girl is in the best hands living her best life. I just wish her key worker could be with her as she grows up as she will really miss her when she has to move up a class.

Ashbridge Hutton is a simply outstanding nursery. Our daughter joined from another setting when we moved house, and we were nervous of the transition as she was so settled and happy where she was - but the difference in her now, and in the facilities and care she gets to experience every day, is enormous. The staff are without exception kind, caring and welcoming, and our daughter adores them all - even those who don't work directly in her room. The facilities are second to none and there is clear evidence of constant investment to keep everything up to date. I wish they ran sessions for adults as a few days a week with the ponies and guinea pigs, and gardening and forest day, would be the perfect antidote to work.

We have been part of the Ashbridge Family for 5 years now. My eldest child started when he was 9 months old, he has been all the way through the Nursery and has now moved on to school. I currently have a 2-year-old in the Nursery. We love the surroundings and the curriculum this nursery has to offer, from forest school to soft play, going on adventure walks, and seeing all the animals. My children have looked forward to going to nursery every week to see what adventures await.

I currently have 2 children at nursery ages 1 and 3. Both have a great time and lots of outdoor play and activities. You get a quick response from the staff when you have any questions, they have been good a booking sessions at short notice when needed, friendly staff, I would highly recommend.

My son started at Ashbridge a few months ago and can honestly say he has had such a wonderful time since. He's come on leaps and bounds with all his milestones, such as eating and sleeping independently. You can tell the staff love him, and I've been so grateful for how easy they've made his transition to nursery, for the both of us!

Overall I can't find a single flaw in their System.

Ashbridge is a fantastic nursery. The staff are kind, caring and supportive, leading to a really nurturing and positive environment for the children. The facilities are outstanding and I can wholeheartedly recommend Ashbridge Hutton to any parents thinking of sending their child there. Our daughter has developed so much during her time there and talks so fondly of all the staff and her fellow children. The outdoor education ethos is fantastic and has nurtured a real love of animals and the outdoors in our daughter.

Our child has thrived in this nurturing environment. The facilities are top-notch, with clean, safe, and engaging play areas that are thoughtfully designed to stimulate learning and creativity. The daily activities are well-structured, with a great balance of play, education, and social interaction. Special mention to three staff members in particular, who have gone above and beyond to make my child feel special and supported. It's clear that they take the time to understand each child's unique needs and personalities, which has made all the difference.

We honestly cannot fault Ashbridge and the whole team, they're extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable and the facilities available are second to none. Our daughter has loved attending Ashbridge Hutton and is genuinely delighted to go every day.

My two children have both been through Ashbridge Nursery in Hutton so we have extended experience over the last 6 years. I only have positive things to say about the nursery. The facilities and activities they offer are outstanding! From forest school to animal care, the team provide an amazing, enriching environment for the children in their care. The staff are all incredible! They make personal connections with the children and genuinely care about the children in their care. I will be really sorry for my kids to leave but we will still be utilising the holiday care provided by Ashbridge.

I can highly recommend Ashbridge Nursery our daughter has been going to the Hutton site for the last two years and has come on leaps and bounds. The facilities are amazing. All the staff are brilliant and plan lots of indoor and outdoor activities for the children.

I visited several nurseries and nothing compared to the facilities, cleanliness, menus and professionalism. My child has been going here since 4/5 months old. 1 year on and I still know it's the perfect place for them. They get a varied diet of home-cooked meals, plenty of engagement, genuine care from staff and I love how many activities they pack in a day. Being a forestry nursery was vital for me. The animals on site, the encouragement to learn things they may miss in a standard setting, the daily walks and fresh air. I'd also like to note how secure I feel with my child going here. Coded doors, passwords and plenty of staff around. I also love the daily photographs of things they've been up to and the full rundown and honesty of how they've been, what they've eaten etc. Every day I look forward to seeing that smile after my work day and I can't wait to see and listen to what they learn over the years

Sending our little one to Ashbridge, Hutton was the best decision we ever made for her. Since joining around March 2022 at around 9 months old, she has flourished into the brightest, most curious, polite little girl and I attribute so much of this to the staff and environment at Ashbridge, Hutton. The facilities are second to none and access to the forest, fields and animals has moulded our little one to thrive in the outdoors. Every evening she tells me with such joy and genuine excitement of the adventures they've had during the day. Every key person she has been under has been an absolute pleasure and credit to the nursery. It has genuinely felt like they have had her needs and best interests firmly at heart. Not for one second have I ever felt uneasy leaving my little girl there with any of the staff working with her over the years. I would highly recommend Ashbridge, Hutton to any parent and have in fact, numerous times to friends and family.

"The Nursery Of Dreams" I cannot express how much our family love Ashbridge. I remember looking round nurseries in the area and being so disheartened at the quality that was on offer. I viewed 7 in total and Ashbridge was the last one. To say we were blown away with the facilities, provision of outdoor activities and family-run care would be an understatement. We knew this was where our children would flourish. Three children later and I can confidently say that sending our children to Ashbridge nursery in Hutton was the best decision we've ever made. All three are confident and happy and have forged some beautiful friendships along the way. The team of staff they have built at the nursery are just incredible and we will miss them all dearly as next week our youngest starts in Pre-School!

We couldn't be happier with our choice of Ashbridge for our son. The daily updates that are shared give us an insight into what activities he is doing, and that he is having fun. At pick-up, we are given an in-depth overview of how his day has gone, including milk, food, nappies and nap times. The staff are wonderful and helped our child to settle in in the beginning. They are knowledgeable, caring and hands-on with the children. Facilities are second to none and we are looking forward to our son being able to explore them fully as he gets older. We would highly recommend Ashbridge.
