Day Nurseries Owned by Aktiva Nurseries Ltd

I cannot praise Aktiva Nursery enough for the amazing care, kindness, and support they gave my son. He attended in November while going through the diagnosis process for autism and ADHD, and the staff were incredibly understanding, patient, and supportive of his additional needs.

A special thank you to Michela, who was fantastic in helping us with his EHCP referral. Under the wonderful care of the staff, my son began saying single words and even formed a three-word sentence! This meant the world to us as a family.

The staff's knowledge, compassion, and dedication were truly outstanding, and we will always be grateful for the difference they made to his development.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Aktiva to any parent, especially those with children who have additional needs. Thank you for everything - you are all amazing!

This preschool was the most incredible setting for my daughter. The staff are amazing, and my daughter came home so happy every day! She was gutted to leave when she moved up to school. She still says hello to the preschool teachers when she sees them and they always take the time to chat to her

I am very happy and satisfied with this nursery. The staff are friendly, caring, and supportive. My child has settled in really well and always comes home happy. I really appreciate the care and attention they give to the children. It is a lovely place for children to learn, play, and grow. I would definitely recommend this nursery to other parents.

Overall, it's a lovely setting with a warm, nurturing atmosphere. The caring staff are a real highlight, and it's reassuring to know that the children are being looked after by people who are kind, approachable and attentive to their needs.

Both my daughters went to nursery here and had such a brilliant time. They always came home happy and loved chatting about their day and what they got up to. The staff were fantastic with communication, and were always there to answer questions in person, by email, or over the phone. I'm looking forward to my youngest joining them soon.

She was encouraged to be independent with serving herself food, and she developed a love for playing in the mud kitchen, which was something she was very reserved about at first. However, as with many things, she gained her confidence with the support of the staff. Communication with staff was always very strong. They knew my daughter really well and always spoke to me immediately when an issue arose. I would definitely recommend the Preschool, my daughter loved it.

Both of my children attended this setting, and I'm so pleased to say that they absolutely thrived during their time there. They built strong foundations, developed wonderful friendships, and were supported by such a warm and caring team. It genuinely felt like we were leaving our little ones with extended family. I always knew they were safe, happy and cared for as though they were their own. Terri is a fantastic leader, and her team are a wonderful bunch. Emma always greeted us at the door with a smile, and it was clear to see how much the children trusted, respected and admired her. We couldn't have asked for a better setting for our children. If we had more children, they would absolutely attend here again. I would highly recommend this setting to any parent looking for a warm, caring and nurturing environment for their little ones.

Thank you so much for being so caring and thoughtful towards my daughter and her wellbeing. This nursery has truly shown that it is filled with wonderful, compassionate people and so much empathy. I feel incredibly grateful to be part of such a lovely community and to have my daughter surrounded by such caring people.

My daughter started here in September 2025. At first like any new setting she was abit wobbly and would get pretty upset, the staff were excellent at helping me to take her in, giving her that extra time to calm her down and comfort her. I have always felt reassured that she is in the best hands there and at the end of the day any questions you ask are happily answered ! Very happy with my daughter here, I would highly recommend it!!

Aktiva Elmhurst has such a good Manager Lauren, the nursery staff are so involved and care about the children like their own. I have had 3 children in the nursery, 2 currently 1 has moved onto another school and this should tell you how of an amazing nursery it is! The children are happy to go in, staff know and cater for their needs. The manager goes above and beyond for her children- she is thoughtful and goes above and beyond her role. Emma is such an excellent keyworker for my children my children gravitate towards her! Sania, Tania, preeya and all staff members are so aware of the childrens individual progress and you can ask any staff member and most likely they will know the answer to anything the kids have done in their group. You can see the enthusiasm and passion. The nursery is clean and the layout changes day to day and they always update development of children on their app. I cannot say in words how much this nursery has shaped my children's development. 10/10

Staff very polite and have great experience loving nature and have created memories for my child, she loved nursery and enjoyed her experiences with Aktivia nursery, she loved the nursery and was fondness for her school days ahead

I honestly cannot recommend Aktiva Kingsbrook View Preschool highly enough. Both of my children attended the setting, and watching them grow, develop and thrive during their time there has been incredible. From the moment they started, they were surrounded by such a loving, caring and nurturing team who genuinely get to know each child as an individual. The staff have always gone above and beyond to make my children feel safe, valued, supported and confident, and I have always felt that they truly cared about them rather than simply caring for them. Both of my children have come on so much during their time at Aktiva, not just academically but socially and emotionally too. They have been encouraged to explore, learn, be themselves and develop their own little personalities, and the confidence they gained from their experiences there has been amazing to see. As a parent, knowing that your children are happy and genuinely excited to go into their setting is priceless.

He was there for full days was comfortable, loved the environment, his friends and especially the staff. They are amazing, easy to talk to and very understanding. All in all fantastic pre-school and cannot recommend enough :-)

All three of my children went to Kingsbrook Preschool. My eldest is 8 and youngest 5. They each thrived and loved their preschool. They reached big milestones there and couldn't have been more prepared for 'big school'. I was very supported, informed and reassured during their time there. We cried when they left as it's such an important time in their lives with the Aktiva staff playing a huge role in how far they had come. The staff were a pleasure to see each day and made me feel my children were in the safest hands they could be when not in mine. Communication was never a problem. My eldest til this day still has such fond memories of her time there and some members of staff will always be very close to our hearts and we're forever thankful for. I really can't praise the team there enough.Never an issue or concern in all the years my children attended. I hope the Aktiva team know how grateful and admired they are by me and I always have and always will recommended them to other mums

Most importantly, our little boy is happy, settled and clearly feels safe and loved there. We couldn't ask for much more!

We absolutely love this nursery! The staff are incredibly friendly, caring and helpful, and they always go above and beyond to make sure the children are happy, safe and well looked after. Everyone is so welcoming and professional, which gives us complete peace of mind. We couldn't be happier with the care and support our child receives. We would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a wonderful place for their child. Definitely one of the best nurseries in Buckinghamshire!

I can't recommend Aktiva Oakfield enough! The staff have been absolutely amazing with my little boy since he started. He has grown so much in confidence, which is down to the care, support and encouragement he receives from every member of staff. They really do go above and beyond and we couldn't be happier with our experience!

We are so happy we chose this nursery for our son. It's only been two weeks, but the difference in how settled and happy he is says everything! The team are wonderful - friendly, professional, and so attentive to every child. They've made the transition so easy for both of us, and I love seeing how much he's already enjoying his days there. It's such a lovely place, and I'd absolutely recommend it to any parent looking for a nursery.

My daughter was at Aktiva Oakfield for 3 years until she started school this year and I couldn't recommend the setting enough! Wonderful staff who are friendly and create great relationships with each child, the management of the nursery is great and everything runs very smoothly. My daughter really loved her time there!

I couldn't recommend Aktiva enough - my son has been attending for the last year since he was 9months. He loves going to nursery, settled in very quickly and has never had any issues. We noticed a difference in his development, and still do where he is coming on leaps and bounds in terms of his speech and all other aspects! He bonded so well with his first key worker Sarah, she is still his favourite despite moving to the bigger side of the baby room. The menu and food that he eats is also varied and sounds amazing - he has an allergy to all dairy so finding a setting that has stringent allergy protocols in place was incredibly important. He does lots of different activities throughout the week and the free use of going outside is a huge plus. I'm really really pleased with the setting and have felt that from day 1 with no worries at all leaving him in the care of the team at Oakfield!
