Lauren has 18 years of experience in early years education and holds an NVQ Level 3 qualification. Her career has included working as a nanny and in a range of pre-school settings.

She has also worked with Action for Children, providing support and respite to parents of children with additional needs. Lauren is committed to continuing her professional development, particularly in supporting children with special educational needs (SEN), and is currently working towards a Level 3 SENCO qualification.

Lauren enjoys nurturing children’s development and helping them prepare for the transition to primary school.

Outside work, Lauren is a mother of four children aged between one and 13. Family is very important to her, and she enjoys spending time together and creating memories. Read less

Nina began her career in childcare after the birth of her second son. She started as a lunchtime assistant and soon discovered a passion for supporting children’s learning and development.

She went on to complete a Level 3 Childcare qualification before training as a Level 3 SENCO. Nina is committed to creating an inclusive environment where every child is supported to thrive.

With four years of experience in early years education, Nina brings organisation, creativity and enthusiasm to her role. She particularly enjoys singing and performing for the children, helping to make learning fun and engaging.

Outside work, Nina is a mother of two busy boys and can often be found supporting them from the sidelines at football or jiu-jitsu. Read less
