Meet Gisella; she thrives on fostering relationships with children, staff, and parents. Her passion for early childhood education is evident in her dedication to creating a nurturing environment. In her spare time, she enjoys attending drama performances and singing, allowing her to express her creativity. As a mother of three, Gisella balances her professional and personal life with a commitment to both her family and her career.

I adore my job and thrive on seeing the children flourish. I have worked in childcare for over 8 years and have a degree in early years education.

In my spare time, I like the theatre, my favourite colour is pink, and I have a house bunny called Milo.

Meet Jackie, our talented in-house chef who has been delighting the Highfield community since 2017. She has extensive experience as a chef and is a fundamental member of the team. Her delicious treats are a hit with both the children and the adults, always leaving everyone satisfied and smiling.
