We adore Seahorse Nursery Southfields. Having moved our family to Southfields at the end of last year, we were nervous about our daughters transition from her old nursery (she had been there for 2 months) however we had no reason to be nervous! The onboarding process was reassuringly thorough (including
a home visit which I really valued) and the settling days put all my worries aside. The staff are wonderful; kind, thoughtful and so much fun! I get so excited to read about my daughters day on the portal with all the amazing activities and adventures she is going on. My wider family often mention how imaginative and creative the daily activities are! Feedback on her developments and milestones feels very personal and carefully observed. I love how often the children are out in the fresh air, this was very important to me! Overall we couldn't be happier with our choice and our daughter never wants to leave when we pick her up. Thank you to the wonderful team at Seahorse!

We moved our then 18m old toddler to Seahorse which we were initially a little nervous about with settling him in to a whole new environment.
We needn't Have worried as the staff are excellent at what they do, genuinely caring and nothing seems to phase them. When we drop him off in the morning, he
strolls in and sits down for breakfast. At the end of the day when we pick him up, he wants to stay because he loves it so much!
We can see his confidence growing every day and he's just so happy!
The activities and learning opportunities are brilliant and we know our son is learning new things all the time.
We would recommend Seahorse to anybody- the whole team are amazing!

We've had such a positive experience with this nursery and couldn't be more grateful for the care they've given my son.


From the very beginning, the team created a warm, welcoming, and nurturing environment where he felt safe and happy. As parents, that reassurance means everything, and it was clear

every day how much genuine care and attention the staff give to each child.


The staff are kind, patient, and truly dedicated. They take the time to understand each child and support their development in such a thoughtful way. It's been lovely to see my son grow in confidence during his time here.


Communication has always been great, and we've always felt supported and listened to as parents.


We're incredibly thankful for everything the team has done for my son and would highly recommend this nursery to any family looking for a caring and supportive setting for their child.

Our daughter has had a wonderful experience at Seahorses and we have been consistently impressed with the warm, caring staff and the wide variety of activities offered each day. She is always happy and settled, which gives us great confidence. The team clearly know her very well, even those who are
not working in her room. We always get detailed feedback of her development and learning, and we know that they love her unique traits and personality.
We wish they had the space for a bigger garden but this is made up by the regular excursions they do to the park or around the crescent looking out for various things. We also really like the weekly themes like particular animals or colours. They explore this through songs and sensory activities. There are also regular external classes e.g. music and sensory which our daughter loves.
We get lots of regular updates on the app including pictures which is always reassuring.

We had our Grandson Max living with us for 6 months whilst the parents had works done on their house. We had the best experience with Seahorse nurseries. Max adored the staff as was very sad to leave. I couldn't recommend it more.

We're so pleased to have found such a wonderful nursery for our son. The staff are absolutely brilliant - warm, attentive and clearly devoted to every child in their care. The environment feels genuinely nurturing and he settled in beautifully from the start.
We've also been really impressed by the
range of activities on offer, from creative and messy play to trips to the park. It's lovely too that we never have to miss a moment, with regular updates and photos shared through the app throughout the day.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any family looking for that extra bit of care and attention. A big thank you to the whole team!

Our son has attended both the baby group as well as the older children's group at Seahorse. We have been consistently happy with the care he has received, and we felt that he was very well looked after and cared for, with a number of standout members of staff that we felt really happy to have look after
our son. The nursery has a lot of outdoor space, both for a playground as well as a woodland area, something that we valued as our son loves to spend time outdoors. We would definitely recommend the nursery.

My three year old daughter recently started Seahorse Southfields after our family relocated to the UK. She was very attached to her old preschool and admittedly I was nervous for her. Her transition has been absolutely wonderful! The staff is amazing -- all so caring and kind -- and she's really
bonded with her teachers. She loves the variety of activities: her favorites are forest school and tennis. The curriculum is thoughtful and intentional, and includes phonics, math, writing, and art. Honestly we couldn't be happier with Seahorse Southfields. Thank you very much!

Seahorse Nursery Southfields is absolutely fantastic!
Our son has just completed his first term. He attends the nursery 4 days a week and is always excited to attend each morning! The team at Seahorse are very welcoming and regularly share detailed information about his day and how he is progressing
in his language, fine motor skills and more. The activities are engaging, creative and well thought-through and it always looks like a lot of fun for the kids! Our son also has some allergies that need some extra care and this has never been an issue and he is always well looked after, plus the food menu provided really helps.
Huge thanks to the entire team for their hard work and care each and every day. Knowing our son is in good hands is our number one priority and we really appreciate everything they do.

Our son has been very happy at the nursery and settled in well.
There is a great variety of activities, education and play each day and our son really enjoys the messy play and watching programmes on Tuesdays!
We know that he is well looked after by the team. He is delighted and breaks out into
a smile when we arrive at the gates each morning. Everyone at Seahorse is very friendly and clearly passionate about their work. Compared to other nurseries that I visited, Seahorse is by far has the best outdoor space.

Excellent nursery, caring staff and amazing manager at the Wimbledon Park branch of Seahorse. Our son loved it and learned so much. We particularly appreciated the nursery's approach to any difficult behaviour (like biting or fighting which all toddlers do), as they sought root causes for it and supported
through the change. They also help identify strengths in each of the children and make them grow and develop.

We recently left seahorse Wimbledon park after 4 full years. Both of our children attended nursery there and we were very sad to leave. My daughter had a wonderful experience throughout and left ready for reception. We always felt that she was loved and cared for. We were so impressed with how the teachers
tried to ensure her learning was tailored to her growth so that she never felt bored, even after 2 full years in the reception room. She loved it. Unfortunately we had to move our son awa, due to logistic reasons and it was truly sad for us. He absolutely loved and adored his teachers and we felt the same for him in return. He asks about them regularly! Seahorse felt like a loving and nurturing environment and we were very happy for our children to have been there!

Our son joined Seahorse just after he turned two, and he's in the Sea Turtle room. We were a bit nervous at first about how he would settle but the transition was smooth thanks to the lovely teachers and staff. His key worker is amazing and he absolutely adores her.


The team in his room are all so

warm, caring, and patient and it shows in how happy and confident he is when we drop him off and pick him up.


There are plenty of activities during the day and the children seem well engaged and enjoy a nice variety of things to do. We've also found the support with things like potty training and routines really helpful, as it has made a big difference for us at home too.


Overall, we've had such a positive experience with Seahorse. It's a lovely place with a wonderful team who genuinely care about the children. We feel really lucky that our son gets to spend his early years here.

I'd like to sincerely thank the wonderful team at seahorse nursery for the loving care and support they provided to my daughter between the ages of one and two. During a time of many changes, the staff were consistently patient, attentive, and supportive of her emotional needs and confidence building.
We
truly appreciated how the nursery encouraged her language, motor, and social development-helping her learn to express herself, play with others, and build trust with caregivers.
The facilities are excellent, with a rich variety of creative and sensory activities, plenty of outdoor play, and a joyful "messy play" approach that children love.
It's a nurturing, stimulating environment, and I wholeheartedly recommend seahorse nursery to other families.

Our daughter has been at seahorse nursery since she was 15 months old and has just left to go to school. It isn't easy leaving your baby for the first time but the staff at seahorse were so warm, loving and caring that they made it easy for us as parents as well as our daughter. They have supported
us with tips, advice and reinforcement of lots of the life skills such as potty training, teeth brushing and more recently the transition to school. As first time parents this has been invaluable to us. The woodland walk, softplay and French lessons are some of the highlights. Our daughter loved going to nursery and was always excited to see her teachers and tell them any news about what she is up to. The staff are all wonderful and take such an interest in the children. The children know the rules and learn different topics each term but they have so much fun they don't realise they are learning. She is so ready for school thanks to the support and tailored circle times from the teachers.

Seahorse is outstanding nursery where all staff and teachers are professional and caring every child with love. Our daughter has been there for two years and loved to go there so much and even asking to go to nursery during weekends and holidays. The waiting list was long but considering the quality
of care and education your child will receive, it is totally understandable and worth to wait. Our daughter was in different nursery for a short time and we were happy with them but as soon as started Seahorse, the difference was clear. Seahorse teachers are educators and everyday they prepare several purposeful as well as fun activities for the group of children. There are daily and termly feedbacks which are detailed and structured so that you can track how your child develop in different area. I strongly recommend Seahorse as it was wonderful to be part of and we feel it was a great gift to send our daughter there.

I honestly can't recommend Seahorse Southfields enough. My son joined just after turning 1 and has developed incredibly well during his time there.


The staff are the most caring, thoughtful and kind people. They're imaginative and playful, while teaching the children language skills, physical skills,

good behaviour, manners, etc.


The facilities are the best of any nursery in Southfields. They have a large playground full of toys, games and fun activities, as well as a second playground with slides, swings, agility courses. There's a lovely woodland walk where the children go on a bear hunt, or look for safari animals, birds, shapes, sounds, etc. We have loved how much the team prioritises outdoor play and spending time in nature.


Inside, there's also a great soft play room with ball pit, slides, hiding places, trampoline - it's amazing! They also have special visitors every month for sensory and music classes!


We'll really miss Seahorse and the team!

My daughter started at Seahorse nursery in July 2024 aged 1. She attends 4 days a week and absolutely loves going each day. The staff always welcome her affectionately and she has no problem saying goodbye to me in the morning! They have taken time to get to know her and it's clear that each child is
appreciated for their individuality within the caring nursery community. There has been a wide range of activities which are well thought out and has helped her in her early years development. The nursery staff are very sensitive, responsive and channels of communication with the family are excellent. I would absolutely recommend Seahorse nursery to any parent!
