Overall Experience

I couldn't be happier with Green Giraffe Nursery! After a tough experience with a previous childminder, I was really worried about how my son would settle into a new setting. But from the moment I spoke to them, the staff at Green Giraffe were incredibly warm, caring, and reassuring. They made the transition

so much easier, and he settled in quickly and seems to really enjoy his time there.
The environment is welcoming and the staff are lovely. It's clear that they genuinely care about each child's well-being and development. I couldn't recommend Green Giraffe enough.

Overall Experience

My little boy has had a great time at Green Giraffe for nearly the last two years. The staff are amazing and so accommodating and ensuring he is happy. I love the app that lets me know that my son is settled and happy, I can also see what he has eaten and how much of it. I love the fact that you get

a picture to see how they are getting on. The activities that they do are always great and that they always get taken outside weather permitted. I have been really happy with my son's experience and would highly recommend this nursery.

Overall Experience

We've had a great experience with Green Giraffe. My son has been going for over three years and has loved it. The staff are always incredibly friendly and supportive and we love that everyone seems to know his name, even when he's not in their classroom. We're moving out of the area otherwise we'd love

for our son to stay and our baby daughter to enrol when she's ready. We'd 100% recommend the nursery.

Overall Experience

I would highly recommend Green Giraffe. Katy does an amazing job managing the nursery, keeping parents informed and personally getting to know the children. Maida is also very helpful with any requests which I really appreciate. All of the staff we've come across have been amazing! They show genuine

care for all of the children and are always so friendly. My son doesn't look back at drop off which is a sign of how much he enjoys it! As with all day nurseries, it's not cheap but that's just where we are at the moment ( I.e. industry wide, not specific to GG). The use of the local parks and outdoor facilities is a huge plus too.

My daughter thoroughly enjoys her time at Green Giraffe, and I am content that she is in a safe, happy, caring and nurturing environment. The only issue I think would improve the service provided would be for more use of Welsh within the nursery to assist those children who speak Welsh at home.

I couldn't be happier with the care and attention our daughter receives. The staff in her room are truly wonderful - they took the time to really get to know her and embrace her unique personality. It's clear that they see and celebrate who she is as an individual, which means so much to us as parents

as she's a loving little whirlwind!

They do an amazing job keeping her active, curious mind engaged with new challenges and experiences every day, while still providing a warm, loving environment where she feels safe and valued. It's such a comfort to know she's surrounded by people who not only care for her but also nurture her growth and confidence. We're so grateful for the positive impact they've had on her development and happines.

My daughter attends Green Giraffe Nursery in Cardiff Bay full-time, and I couldn't be happier with the care she receives. The staff are exceptionally warm, friendly, and professional, always attentive to her individual needs and wellbeing. The nursery provides a great variety of healthy, nutritious

meals and snacks every day - something I really value as a parent. Communication is outstanding: I receive regular photo updates and prompt phone calls throughout the day when appropriate, which keeps me fully informed and reassured. Management is excellent - approachable, organised, and clearly passionate about maintaining high standards. My daughter absolutely loves going in each morning, which speaks volumes about the environment they've created. Overall, Green Giraffe Nursery Cardiff Bay is the perfect place for any parent looking for a safe, caring, and well-managed setting for their child's development and happiness. I cannot thank the staff enough for all they do!

Our child has been coming to Green Giraffe for more than a year, starting when he was a little baby. He is so happy there, and wanders in with a smile on his face. He has grown in confidence and is learning new skills all the time, and we're secure in the knowledge he is being nurtured, brilliantly

My experience here has been exceptional.
Sending my son to nursery was a decision I didn't take lightly, but every step of the way my experience of this nursery has been brilliant. My son was helped to settle into the nursery setting by a team of dedicated and caring staff, in truth they got me through

it too. My son now loves his time here, he is supported developmentally and emotionally and experiences so many fun, creative and educational play scenarios each day.
The food is excellent, the nursery setting is clean, welcoming and age appropriate. Thank you so much to the great team here.

Green Giraffe have been nothing but exceptional since our little man has been with them from the age of 9-10 months. He is now 3 and a half and is thriving. From coming home and singing the alphabet, to creating stories based on his experiences that day using his imagination.
We had some issues with

potty training and the staff were trying everything to help, from prompts, flash cards to rewards. It really feels like we've conquered that now with help from Green Giraffe and a sense of team working between parent and nursery. We couldn't be happier.

We've been very happy with Green Giraffe at the parade. Our son has been going there for the past 3 years and he loves it there. The staff are all fantastic and very kind/ caring. Overall Experience

Both my boys have been going to Green Giraffe since 2020! Now the older one is in school and I feel Green Giraffe has helped him so much in gaining confidence, socialising and learning for school. He is a happy child! Now his little brother is about to follow the same path, happy to go every morning

and loves his teachers and little friends.
For me, the best indication is that although attending for 2 years, still excited to get to Nursery every day.

Overall Experience

We were really anxious about our daughter starting nursery but it's turned out to be the best decision we could have made. The manager and every single member of staff we've interacted with have been kind, enthusiastic and invested in the development of our daughter. She is so happy, kind, thoughtful

and they are working to support our developmental goals. We love the values and mission of the nursery and whilst it was more expensive than other nurseries, we think the quality, care, curriculum and love they show the children make it worth it. Our daughter loves nursery and we'd send her more frequently if we could! Everything is clean, looked after, communication is excellent and the input of parents is wanted and reflected in the nursery. Thank you so so much.
