We are so happy with this nursery and couldn't recommend it enough. They treat us like family and are always so kind and caring towards our daughter. She absolutely loves going there every day. We always know she is well looked after, well fed, and learning so much too. The staff have done an amazing job preparing her for school, and we will genuinely miss the nursery when it's time to leave. Thank you for everything you've done for our daughter. Fully recommend this nursery to everyone! Love the Forest School, the trips they go on, the activities they do during the day too.

Out eldest child joined at 9 months old and is due to go to school in September. Our youngest is in baby room and we have never questioned our decision to send our children here. Sidcup Day Nursery and Forest School have guided, supported and prepared them both through every stage of their lives so far. Our eldest has had significant experiences, such as trips out, experienced the outdoors, had regular clubs, such as multi sports, dance lessons and french. The opportunities are vast here, the staff tirelessly work to ensure their safety, happiness and needs are constantly met and exceeded. I could not recommend this setting enough. Thank you to all of the staff for their support and care.

All staff are polite and very friendly towards all children. Since my daughter started 2 months ago we have seen massive progress in her speech and in the variety of food she eats. All information about their day is clearly stated on the app and staff still have clear knowledge about the children's day. Overall we are very pleased with the care our daughter receives i feel really comfortable with taking my daughter there and i love seeing her smiles when she sees any member of staff . Thank you to all the staff at Family Tree you guys do an amazing job.

Both of my children have attended Family Tree Nursery, five years apart and they have loved their time there. They have always come home happy, well fed and having learnt something new. The staff are always very caring, thoughtful and clearly create a warm and loving environment. I am always impressed about the range of activities that the staff do with the children and the thought and effort that goes into these. I would highly recommend this nursery.

Both my boys have attended this nursery for over a year. I was extremely nervous to begin with as I find it difficult to trust other adults with my children.

They were extremely supportive and positive from the get go. My boys look forward to attending and always leave with a smile on their faces. I feel that my boys are very well looked after and are safe within the nursery.

They are supported with their speech and for any needs such as my little one being late with walking.

Honestly, I cannot express how much I recommend the nursery and how grateful I am for their hard work. If you're anxious about leaving your child with a nursery, this is the place to go. I now look forward to sending them in as I know they put their hearts and souls to our little ones.

We cannot thank the entire team at Sidcup day and forest nursery enough for the exceptional care they provided to our daughter in the baby room. From the very beginning, they supported her development with so much warmth and patience. They carefully nurtured her milestones and encouraged her curiosity, independence, and wonderfully strong personality.

Her transition into the toddler room was incredibly smooth, a real testament to the preparation and care she received in the baby room. We are so grateful for the strong foundation the team has given her and would highly recommend the nursery to any parent looking for a nurturing and supportive environment.

Our baby has been at Family Tree Day Nursery for 8 months and it has truly been such a special chapter in our lives. From the very beginning, the staff created a warm, loving environment where our little one felt safe, happy, and cared for.

They go above and beyond to cater to the needs of small children, making every day fun and full of learning. Some of our most cherished memories happened here-our baby started walking at the nursery! She loved the playtime, the singing sessions, and all the joyful activities. What touched us most was the beautiful bond she formed with her teacher. It meant so much to see them excited to go in every morning, greeted with smiles and hugs.

Leaving was one of the hardest decisions we've had to make, and the only reason we did was because we moved out of the country. If we could have stayed, we absolutely would have. This nursery will always hold a special place in our hearts, and we cannot recommend it enough to any parent.

Thank you to all the staff at baby room for looking after my youngest daughter. When she arrived in the class, she was just past her first birthday and was yet to take her first steps - but staff made sure she was continuously involved in all the activities with the other children, often giving her a helping hand when she needed it before she found her feet. She's loved the interactive side of the classroom, dancing, singing and playing, which she has brought home with her. Staff created a brilliant relationship with her, made her feel welcome and she couldn't wait to join her classmates every morning, often rushing in without saying goodbye and looking forward to the day ahead.

My eldest child will be leaving this year after beginning her journey in the baby room shortly after her first birthday. She entered the nursery not knowing anyone and quite nervous - but the staff made her feel so welcome and she quickly made friends. We've loved seeing how she's grown since attending nurse

Thank you so much for making our experience (with our first child) starting at nursery such a smooth, supported and enjoyable one. Our daughter has settled in so well and has loved all of the fun activities you do, the variety of food on offer and the fabulous staff. It's really comforting knowing she enjoys her time at nursery and has built great relationships with the team.

We have also felt very supported as parents, with great communication from the team, always happy to answer our questions or discuss any developmental concerns we have had.

When my daughter started nursery, we were quite nervous as to be expected. My child was breastfed and very close to me (mum) before starting so the transition was difficult for her. She also has a particular temperament which means she tends to be louder and often more active then others her age.

The baby room team were so patient and care oriented with both baby and us as parents. They took the time to get to know baby personally, to respond expertly to her needs and offer her comfort. They encouraged her bold and curious personality and ensured that activities satisfied her interests whilst aiding her development. You can tell there is a lot of love for the children in their care. It made our daughters transition seamless, and in the 6 short months since joining she is now talking, climbing, signing and interacting with so much more confidence. I am very grateful for the time and care they put in to support my daughter's early experience .

We would have liked to be introduced to new staff members as there was a bit of change throughout the last few months.

My daughter recently moved to Tots room after eight months in Baby room. Although she took a little while to settle into the nursery initially after having just been at home with family, the staff were always lovely and reassuring. They always kept us updated on how she was getting on and we never had any concerns about how well she was being looked after, and once she was settled she loved her time in Baby room. She developed lots of new skills and confidence during her time there. Thank you to all the team!

Our son started in the baby room at Sidcup Day Nursery and we honestly couldn't be happier. Since joining, he has learned so much - from recognising colours and animals to using a few Makaton signs to communicate, which we think is amazing. He has also built lovely relationships with both staff and peers, which has been so special to see. The staff are fantastic - always welcoming us with energy and warmth at drop-offs and pick ups, and constantly coming up with creative activities that make learning fun. We love the regular photo and video updates; it's such a joy to see him singing, playing, and joining in, while the app updates on meals, naps, and nappies give real peace of mind. The nursery itself is brilliant, with spacious rooms and a great outdoor area, including a sheltered space for the summer. Most importantly, our son has gained so much confidence since starting here and is always happy to go in, which says it all.

We could not be more pleased and confident in our decision to send our daughter to Sidcup Day Nursery. The staff work incredibly hard to create a real home from home environment, and they all made incredible bonds with our daughter. The care, support and range of daily activities are all amazing. She developed hugely in confidence and skills while at the nursery and was always so excited to go in each morning. We could not recommend the nursery more highly.

As our daughter moves onto primary school, we say farewell to this wonderful nursery. Our daughter has thrived at Sidcup nursery going through each room with love, encouragement and kindness, since she joined shortly after her first birthday. I would certainly recommend this nursery extremely highly. I have two children attend this nursery and We have the best experience. The teachers are the sweetest.They have all been so amazing with both of my children who attends this nursery. My daughter had attended a different nursery prior and we changed to this nursery and so when i had my son I sent him to this nursery at 6 months old as well due to our positive experience. I have no regrets in fact I regret not finding this Nursery earlier! I have no complaints my children absolutely love the nursery and adored the teachers and management. Special thanks to two members of staff. When my kids are at the nursery i have my peace of mind as it feels like home.

Since my daughter joined the nursery, she has developed more confidence and doing really well. She cried so much in her previous nursery but with sidcup day nursery and forest school she didn't take long to settle once she gets that lovely morning cuddle and she knows all the staff by name. Their visits to the farm is a fantastic experience for her. All in all, it has been a relaxed journey for myself as an anxious mum.

Overall, this nursery offers a wonderful balance of care, education, and enrichment activities, making it a fantastic choice for any family.
