Family Tree Day Nursery

All staff are polite and very friendly towards all children. Since my daughter started 2 months ago we have seen massive progress in her speech and in the variety of food she eats. All information about their day is clearly stated on the app and staff still have clear knowledge about the children's day. Overall we are very pleased with the care our daughter receives i feel really comfortable with taking my daughter there and i love seeing her smiles when she sees any member of staff . Thank you to all the staff at Family Tree you guys do an amazing job.

Both of my children have attended Family Tree Nursery, five years apart and they have loved their time there. They have always come home happy, well fed and having learnt something new. The staff are always very caring, thoughtful and clearly create a warm and loving environment. I am always impressed about the range of activities that the staff do with the children and the thought and effort that goes into these. I would highly recommend this nursery.

Both my boys have attended this nursery for over a year. I was extremely nervous to begin with as I find it difficult to trust other adults with my children.

They were extremely supportive and positive from the get go. My boys look forward to attending and always leave with a smile on their faces. I feel that my boys are very well looked after and are safe within the nursery.

They are supported with their speech and for any needs such as my little one being late with walking.

Honestly, I cannot express how much I recommend the nursery and how grateful I am for their hard work. If you're anxious about leaving your child with a nursery, this is the place to go. I now look forward to sending them in as I know they put their hearts and souls to our little ones.

Our baby has been at Family Tree Day Nursery for 8 months and it has truly been such a special chapter in our lives. From the very beginning, the staff created a warm, loving environment where our little one felt safe, happy, and cared for.

They go above and beyond to cater to the needs of small children, making every day fun and full of learning. Some of our most cherished memories happened here-our baby started walking at the nursery! She loved the playtime, the singing sessions, and all the joyful activities. What touched us most was the beautiful bond she formed with her teacher. It meant so much to see them excited to go in every morning, greeted with smiles and hugs.

Leaving was one of the hardest decisions we've had to make, and the only reason we did was because we moved out of the country. If we could have stayed, we absolutely would have. This nursery will always hold a special place in our hearts, and we cannot recommend it enough to any parent.

Great Nursery. Both my older son and daughter attended and they always left happy with good food options and lovely staff. Would recommend to anyone. Both of my children have started their school journey with an advantage over the rest from everything they have learned here.

Family Tree Nursery has looked after my son since he was 6 months old. He leaves them this year to start primary school. Each day he comes home happy, and well-fed. The menu they offer is extensive with lots of healthy meals throughout the day. He has made some really lovely friends and he seems content and has learnt so much through them. His social skills- sharing, communication, and independence have soared since starting. He gets to be outdoors and physical daily (which he absolutely needs!) They also have lots of lovely additions including a music person, a sports coach and more recently a forest school session. We join in on sports days and at Christmas concerts. It has been a pleasure to work alongside Family Tree staff- all of whom are pleasant. We also get a really thorough update when picking our son up about what he ate, and what he played. He comes home with lots of creative achievements that he has made throughout the day. I would recommend this nursery to anybody. Thank you

Very helpful. My son has learnt so much being here. They care about all of his needs, as I would hope. My son is always excited to come here, which is reassuring as a mother. Family Tree Day Nursery have had hands in catering to 3 of my children since 2018. My two daughters both 5 and 4 were looked after by caring staff at the nursery from 9 and 7 months old until primary school age. Currently, they accommodate my 10-month-old son. I cannot fault the nursery at all. They are extremely accommodating to both the children’s and parental needs, and the focus on developing milestones throughout growth from baby, toddler to primary school age is commendable. I have happy children thanks to the cheerful environment and warm-hearted staff at the Family Tree Nursery.

I wholeheartedly recommend Family Tree Nursery to any parent seeking a holistic and enriching experience for their child.

Our daughter started attending when she was 21 months old. She settled quickly and likes coming to nursery. She didn't speak English at the time she started, but the staff did everything they could to help her; they learnt keywords in her mother tongue to help her. She picked up English very quickly and caught up with her peers in a few months. She is learning and developing very quickly and built strong relationships with staff members and children alike. She loves the food. I am confident she is safe and happy.

My daughter has been attending Family Tree for 2 years now and I have no concerns with her care. They are loving, nurturing and kind. Her confidence has improved so much and I would recommend this nursery as I think they are superb.

Family Tree Nursery has been amazing! After deciding to go back to work after maternity leave I was very apprehensive about leaving my baby as many mums are however the staff were friendly and reassuring even when I bugged them during the day for updates. They went above and beyond with their care and education, and not to big my own kid up too much but they turned out smart (maths at 4 is mind blowing) and inquisitive (literally has questions about everything) and that is majorly because of nursery and the staff he spends 5 days a week with. It's a relief to me knowing that my child is happy and well taken care of while I'm working. 3 years on and he has gone from baby room to being days away from going to big school. I just hope my child looks forward to going every morning to their new school like they do at Family Tree. Very grateful to everyone who helped my child through his first educational adventure.

Staff take your complaints seriously if there are any concerns.

My child joined the nursery on the fourth of January 2021 and to date I’ve watched her learning and development grow in leaps and bounds. So glad I chose such an attentive, skilled and creative space for her to start her early learning. They truly carry parents and guardians along on their children’s journey through daily feedback loops, weekly newsletters and progress photos on the child’s portal account. Very excited to see where my child’s early development journey will take her in the coming months. She’s constantly using new words, open to all foods, games and knows more nursery rhymes than I could ever have taught her! Fantastic job.

Excellent, informative service received by all staff members. Management are kind and caring and obviously, have the children's best interest at heart.
