"My children have both been comfortable with whoever they have been placed with and that has been my biggest takeaway. The communication is also spot on incase of accidents or anything out of the norm and also reassuring as it can be quite hard on parents not being present in those moments to know their children are safe and cared for. The flexibility in managing changes in circumstances is beyond measurable and I can only praise the team in the office for all their hard work. An all round great experience and I will continue to refer when and where possible."

My son is currently in the Gildersome setting and the Nursery is absolute amazing. My child has been in there since the age of 1 and wasn't not confident with new people or surroundings. However Muddy boots have really turned it around especially my Sons Key workers his confidence have grown, his speech has come on leap and bounds and its no hassle on a morning to get him to nursery for me to rush to work. The nursery is very accommodating and patient with both parent and child. The communication is brilliant and secure which is a piece of mind for me as In the nature of my work I need to ensure my child is safe and happy and looked after. Recently, I was offered a different setting however due to the most recent visit I was not happy to remove my child from Muddy boots and its the best decision made. Muddy Boots is embedded in our hearts as when im telling my son he has done something wrong at home he gets shoes and says his Key worker name and goes to the door!

My daughter has attended Muddy boots Gildersome since she was 10 months old. I was very nervous but the staff are very caring and you can see they really care about each child. My child loves staff there and talks about them daily. She has recently moved rooms and love hearing the songs she has learnt at nursery and new words etc. I love the famly app updates and I get so excited to see what my child has been doing at the end of each day and show her the pictures and ask about her friends and activities. The activities are so creative and my child has evem started requesting to make her own cereal (i know they teach this independence even at 2 years old at nursery) which is fantastic! She even gets opportunities to take part in external activities which she enjoys singing and dancing etc. Food - has fantastic menu and looks amazing! Would recommend this nursery to other parents!

Such a great nursery. There are so many wonderful learning experiences for the children that are so varied, fun and engaging. The staff really do put a lot of time and effort into making the learning environment and experiences fantastic for all, and suited to the children's needs and interests too. Feedback from staff is wonderful and they really get to know your child, which makes leaving them so much easier. Thank you.

E loves nursery and has so much fun when shes there. She enjoys sharing her experiences with us at home, telling us about her day and singing songs she's learnt. I am really enjoying the chefs updates, its great to see the food (which E loves!)

Overall the nursery is brilliant. I have children in the Explorers and Pioneers rooms; both of them love their time and have built lovely relationships with the workers. Staff always ensure the run down of the child's day is relayed to parents, alongside the Famly app all information is given!

Muddy boots is a fantastic nursery, my son Leo absolutely loves coming here seeing his friends and staff members. He's been coming here since he was 4 months old and I'll keep him here as long as I can before he starts reception at big boy school. They helped support me with so much including potty training, help with eating and trying new food, helping him crawl to walking, and emotional support even on days where he felt upset. Would 100% recommend this nursery to any new parents looking for their children. Megan is my son's key worker and I cannot thank her enough for what she's done for Leo's development, he never stops talking about her when he comes home and he says Meg is his best friend!

Both our children have thrived by attending the nursery. The prioritisation of outdoor play, including forest school, have been great opportunities for the children to experience different environments and embed learning from the indoors to out. The focus weeks particularly the two way communication around these, asking for our recent observations, and tailoring approaches where appropriate have helped the children's individual development. The staff are incredibly attentive and helpful. Not just with regards to the day to day, but administration team and enquiries about funding. Everyone we have spoken to has been friendly and approachable with any questions we have asked. Also the food offered to them is brilliant, with transparency and communication around this area, which has helped us know that are children are being catered to with healthy and nutritional options. We can't thank everyone enough for all they do.

Amazing nursery I had both my children go to muddy boots, my son still attends and they are helping me help him. The staff have given me tools to help him at home. He enjoys the outdoors and playing on the climbing frame.

I would highly recommend muddy boots gildersome to any parent looking for somewhere to place their child. I was a very worried parent putting my child in nursery but the staff are amazing and made me feel at ease straight away and give updates on my child throughout the day & also settled my daughter in very well. They have brilliant food options for the kids meal times , and do a lot of fun and engaging activities with the children to help them progress with their learning .

Excellent nursery. All of the staff are amazing and really seem to know my child well after a short period of time. She has a great relationship with her key worker and all the room staff who are so caring. They always do so many different activities throughout the day to ensure the kids are learning whilst having fun. We get lots of updates and photos to keep us in the loop of what she is getting up to each day.

An absolutely fantastic nursery, since my daughter starting with them at 9 months they have been nothing but attentive, professional and loving towards her. She has developed so much with the activities they arrange and they have brought the absolute best out of her. She has gone through a lot of change in her time there and nursery has been a fantastic supportive consistent place not only for her but for me too. Can't thank them enough and so glad I chose here.

I've had two children attend this nursery and have both loved it. The staff are really friendly and helpful. They work very hard to accommodate the needs of both parents and children, I would highly recommend.

The activities prepared for the children every day are amazing with new themes and activities to keep them interested and engaged.

The meals are amazing my little girl fussy with her meals but they always make sure she eats something. Never goes without.

My daughter is in her second week at Kaleidoscope. I was very nervous about this transition, as she had been attending a childminder for a few months and was always very distressed at parting and reuniting with me and her dad. However, I had nothing to worry about. She is so clearly happy at nursery and is thriving. She is making lots of new friends, getting so much better at socialising, and learning that being away from Mummy isn't that scary at all. I love the variety of activities she does every day, how caring all the staff are with her, and how much her language and motor skills are improving even in just the short time she has been there. I love the updates on the app and seeing what she's been up to each day. It also makes it very easy to plan sleep patterns and food for the evening, knowing exactly what she's eaten. I hope she continues to love it as much as she is doing at the moment! Thank you so much.

The nursery location is great, plenty of parking at drop off/pick up. Inside the nursery is lovely and clean, many of the toys are from natural materials and there is outside space for them to play. The staff are amazing, so friendly and welcoming. My children absolutely love their time here. You receive updates via the app of what activities/meals take place each day which is great to see.

I think the costs are expensive but no different to all the other day nurseries. Luckily, I will receive the free government hours eventually.
