The transformation we've seen in Jack is nothing short of amazing. When he first started, he preferred playing alone and kept mostly to his own company. Thanks to the patient, encouraging environment at Smiley Stars, he has learned to build meaningful friendships and now actively initiates play and communication with others

Although we are moving settings, this is not a reflection of the excellent care he received. We would happily recommend Smiley Stars and would consider them again in the future.

My child has been at Smiley Stars Crosshill for almost two years now, and they have been nothing but excellent. They are caring, professional, and supportive. They know our child really well, and we trust them completely. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Every member of staff is always welcoming, with a smile on their face, giving parents complete reassurance that their children are in the best hands. I can't thank Smiley Stars Nursery enough for the love, care, and support they have shown my children over the years. Cannot recommend this nursery enough to any parents unsure about leaving there children in the care of these amazing staff! My son attended this nursery last year and when our house tragically went on fire the nursery bent over backwards to help. They started a fundraising platform to help us get back on our feet and also collected many donations of clothes and toys when my kids lost everything. A big shoutout to Nicole the manager who was behind all this support! It just goes to show the community and love this nursery has and the care they have for there students. The best nursery with the kindest staff :) cannot thank them enough and to this day my son still asks about the members of staff!

We've had a positive experience so far with the nursery. The staff are very supportive, understanding, and are making real efforts to help my child settle in.

My daughter is still in the settling-in period, which is completely normal, and I appreciate their patience and care during this time.

Communication is good, and I feel reassured that they genuinely care about the children's wellbeing.

A fantastic nursery with lots of attentive permanent staff who work hard to provide a nurturing environment. New natural colours and ceiling fairy lights make it a homely place for toddlers to play in. Outdoor space has just had investment, and the old stone building is well maintained and constantly cleaned. Daily app updates about activities keeps us in touch. Had 2 kids through here and feel very happy leaving them there.

Our baby has had a wonderful experience at this nursery. We have seen such positive growth in her development, confidence, and happiness since she started attending. Every morning she goes to nursery with joy and excitement, which means a lot to us as parents. Even when she is sleepy, if we gently ask her whether she would like to go to nursery today, she happily says yes. It is very reassuring to see how comfortable and interested she is in being there each day. We truly appreciate the warm and supportive environment that helps children learn, grow, and enjoy their time.

My son has had a hard time with going to nursery as it is all very new to him but the staff are so lovely and keep me updated and my son is doing much better now thanks to the great staff at Smiley Stars.

Our child has been attending Smiley Stars Ibrox for around 2 years and we cannot fault them. They provide excellent care and a wide variety of fun, creative activities for the children . Our son loves it and always enjoys the food too! Since we wholeheartedly recommended the nursery to members of our extended family, our nephew now attends too and our daughter will enrol as well once the times comes. We wish to thank the staff for all that they do.

When I first started my daughter here I anticipated moving her to a closer nursery when she was a bit older, but I won't be doing this now having seen how lovely everyone is and how much they genuinely care about the children.

My youngest daughter currently attends Smiley Stars Mansewood, joining shortly before her 1st birthday. My eldest daughter also attended from age 1-5, until last summer. Both of my children have thrived here, the room and management staff are all very friendly and approachable and I have always been impressed with the regular communication received via the app. The daily menu options have introduced them both to new foods we might not have tried at home and the stimulating activities, both indoor and outdoor, have meant they are never bored! I feel very lucky to have found such a nurturing nursery and very grateful to all the excellent nursery staff members (past and present) who have supported us during major milestones e.g. potty training, starting nursery/school in our children's lives! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery to others :)

Wonderful nursery. Staff show excellent care towards children. There have been major improvements made throughout the last three years. Our daughter is absolutely thriving. We travel cross boundaries and it is worth the mileage. Would highly recommend.
