I feel completely safe leaving my baby boy there.

Our baby has had a wonderful experience at this nursery. We have seen such positive growth in her development, confidence, and happiness since she started attending. Every morning she goes to nursery with joy and excitement, which means a lot to us as parents. Even when she is sleepy, if we gently ask her whether she would like to go to nursery today, she happily says yes. It is very reassuring to see how comfortable and interested she is in being there each day. We truly appreciate the warm and supportive environment that helps children learn, grow, and enjoy their time.

Wonderful nursery. Staff show excellent care towards children. There have been major improvements made throughout the last three years. Our daughter is absolutely thriving. We travel cross boundaries and it is worth the mileage. Would highly recommend.

I have had two kids at the nursery and will be sending the next one too! It has been the most friendly, dependable and happy place for my kids. The staff are all so nice, everybody knows everyone's name and it really does feel like one big family. I really would recommend you to visit - there is an open and honest environment (no waiting at the door for your kids to be brought to you) you can go into each room and get a sense of what they're up to which I have loved. Great communications from all staff and they were very accommodating with our daughter . Would highly recommend to other parents and carers .

My son started at this nursery when he was 7 months old and attended till he was 2 years old. During the time he has developed from a baby into an intelligent little boy. This is largely due to the wonderful and kind staff which have a genuine care and love towards the children. It will be so sad for Romyn to leave but the memories and love of the staff will stay with him as he continues through life.

My son started at this nursery when he was 11 months old and attended till he was 2years 8months only leaving as we are moving house. During that time he has developed from a baby into an intelligent little boy.

This is largely due to the talented and kind staff which have a genuine care and love towards the children.

My son always enjoys going to nursery as there are always so many activities which are fun and educational.

It will be so sad for Alex to leave but the memories and love of the staff will stay with him as he continues through life.

I would high recommend this place for any child as a parent. Staff are very helpful and engaging with the children. Always welcoming and cooperating.

Excellent staff. Extremely helpful and brilliant at easing my anxiety when leaving my daughter. The manager is extremely approachable and so helpful with any questions or concerns. Cannot sing praises enough for one of the staff in the baby room. All the staff just go above and beyond.

Amazing staff that really make us confident that our son is getting great care and educational experiences. They take time to talk each morning and evening to discuss our son's progress. Good facilities including outdoor space, and evidence of ongoing investment in improvements

They have great facilities and we can really see our daughter grow with confidence since she has attended.

Staff are always enthusiastic, reliable and helpful. They seem to do some imaginative games and take advantage of the parks nearby and go out on wee trips at least once a week. There have also been some improvements to the nursery with a new play area outside and other areas. Would strongly recommend this nursery to others.

Best in the area and the staff are very good. My wee one was very happy all the time when he was there. They strive to do everything that is possible to keep children happy. Very satisfied with their service. The facility is very well placed, off from a busy road.

The team at Smiley Stars have made settling my little one such a nice experience. They have taken their time with her, adapted to her needs and ensured she was happy and supported. She enjoys going in and comes home with new skills which is so lovely to see. The team keep us updated with activities they get up to during the day and having the ability to check in on the app for naps/food eaten is really reassuring. Such a good nursery and pleased we picked this one for our little one to grow and learn.

I appreciate the warm welcome every time I enter the nursery; it creates a positive atmosphere. The variety of daily activities is fantastic, fostering a sense of togetherness among the children. It's a significant improvement from my daughter's previous nursery, which lacked such engagement. The consistent communication and information updates are reassuring. However, during a recent bathroom visit, I noticed mould on the sink and taps, which raises concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. Addressing this issue would greatly enhance the overall experience.
