Thank you so much, Daisy, for such a heartfelt review. Moving your son so close to starting school can't have been easy, and we're so glad Rachel and the team helped him feel at home, even with only six weeks of term left.

Becky will be thrilled to read your words. Warm, nurturing and firm when needed is exactly what we look for in every key worker. We're delighted the graduation, fresh daily activities and little outings meant so much, and that he came home happily worn out!

Thank you for joining our Holiday Club all summer at our Alderwood Nursery. We hope school is going brilliantly.

Thank you, Jen - 5 stars in all areas - what a wonderful review to read. Ten months is no time at all, and hearing how far your son has come in that window, and that he brings nursery home with him by linking activities to family life, tells us he's really flourishing.

You've picked up on something we care a lot about: gently introducing children to things they wouldn't naturally gravitate towards. Broadening interests is how confidence grows. And we're pleased the healthy snacks throughout the day get a mention too - good eating habits start early.

Thank you, Jill - a recommendation from a grandparent carries real weight, and we're grateful you took the time. 5 stars in all areas :-)

Taking time to understand each child individually, including their specific needs, is something our team at New Eltham pride themselves on. It's the difference between a child coping and a child genuinely thriving, so thank you for noticing it. And you're right about the setting - those green surroundings get used every single day, whatever the weather.

Thank you again, and we're delighted he runs in each morning. Read less

Thank you, G - this really touched us. Handing your little one over is a big moment, especially when you're feeling anxious about it, so knowing you trust our team wholeheartedly is about the highest compliment we could be paid. Smiles, cuddles and a warm welcome at the door are non-negotiable here.

Lovely to hear the activities stand out too. Our team plan them around what the children are curious about that week, so it means a lot that the care behind them shows.

We offer relaxed settling-in sessions at your child's pace, funded hours for eligible children, and no obligation to decide anything on the day.
