My daughter has had an amazing experience at this nursery so far and I'm looking forward to her spending another year there. Since starting the nursery my daughter has become so much more independent and is so confident now with her numbers and letters. My daughter goes in and comes out smiling...
My daughter has had an amazing experience at this nursery so far and I'm looking forward to her spending another year there. Since starting the nursery my daughter has become so much more independent and is so confident now with her numbers and letters. My daughter goes in and comes out smiling every day and that's due to all the staff at this setting.

Seeing your daughter grow in independence and confidence with her numbers and letters is exactly what our team works towards, and knowing she comes in and out smiling is the highest praise our staff could receive. We'll pass your kind words on to them.We're delighted she'll be with us for another year, building on those foundations through our school readiness work so she starts reception feeling confident.

My son has progressed so much since going here.
He is talking so much now and I know that going here had really had a positive impact on that!
The staff are always so kind and caring. They are approachable and so welcoming to the children.

Absolutely disgusted that my daughter cut half her hair and complete fringe off in some places down to the scalp using sharp scissors that were able to glide through paper and cut the sleeve of my jacket. She was left completely unattended. The nursery is full of excuses. I am absolutely disgusted....

My daughters hair is completely damaged and can not be fixed. She will start her first year of schooling like this spending years growing back the damage caused by crafty witches lack of care . 1 star is only because I had too. Will also add they have other issues in poor lack of care too. I could say a lot more. I think this says enough. Would avoid at all costs.

We understand how distressing this incident has been for your family. We contacted you immediately, carried out a thorough investigation in line with regulatory requirements, notified Ofsted, and shared a written summary of our findings.We agree that Claire is an exceptional Nursery Manager. This review was written prior to our meeting with you, and I hope that we have resolved the situation to the best of our ability.There is always learning from all incidents and as discussed.

My daughter joined Crafty Wizards in November, as a mother to a SEN child it can be very nerve wracking putting your child into a setting they're not used to but it was the best decision I had made for her. The staff go above and beyond for each and every child and it's shown in mine! When my daughter first started she was very limited speech wise and even food. I can say she has come along way, has added a few more words to her vocabulary and is eating a few more new foods than normal! Overall I couldn't recommend Crafty Wizards enough, I wish I put her in sooner! x

I spent some time in the morning at the Horn Park branches stay and play. It was a wonderful experience seeing my daughter interact and play with the other children and teachers as she can sometimes be a little shy but I could see her confidence and happiness here. I put this down to the warm, welcoming atmosphere created by the staff. There was a free play session, tidy up time, some carpet time learning and then a bit of dancing before snack time. I saw the benefit of each and how the children responded positively. The nursery is also clean and tidy.

We are so pleased you had such a wonderful experience.It truly warms our hearts to hear your daughter's confidence and happiness shine through, thanks to the warm, welcoming atmosphere created by our dedicated staff. Seeing the children respond positively to the blend of free play, structured learning (carpet time), and dancing demonstrates the magic of our curriculum! We also pride ourselves on maintaining a clean and tidy environment.
We offer term time and all year around places. Crafty Wizards also provides holiday clubs and on-demand hourly morning care at Kids Play Now Club.

The nursery is a very pleasant place, with very friendly staff that always prioritise the needs of the children. My son settled in straight away due to the calm and gentle nature of the staff and the nursery itself. The baby room is amazing and has so many different toys/activities to do in which can help children grow. I have noticed a massive difference in my son since attending. His motor skills have improved massively, and his speech is a lot better since joining. Would 100% recommend.
