Crafty Wizards Nursery - Henwick

The staff have been amazing when helping my son to settle into nursery and get ready for the day. They greet my son with smiles, cuddles and lots of love. That is all I can ask for as an anxious parent. I trust the staff wholeheartedly. Plus - the activities on offer always look amazing and it's clear the staff put a lot of effort and care into what they do. Thank you so much!

She loves Brandon and Bree and always talks about them even at home. She is always happy to go in, which gives us great peace of mind. We would definitely recommend the nursery.

I'm very happy with the nursery. The staff are friendly, caring, and supportive, and my child really enjoys going there. They provide a safe and welcoming environment, and I'm happy with the care and attention my child receives. Thank you to all the staff for their hard work.

I enrolled my child here as it allows 3 months +, it is open term time and allows funding. I needed to find a nursery that allowed all of these for me to be able to return to work.

I am so glad that I found Henwick! The staff are lovely, approachable and hard working.

Any questions I have are always answered or I am pointed in the right direction to help me.

My little one has created wonderful friendships with their peers and even staff members who are regularly spoken about at home.

I feel at ease when I drop my little one off; knowing they are safe and cared for and there is an app to download where I receive regular updates and even photos to see what they have been up too - one of my favourite parts of the day as it always makes me smile.

At the end of the day, when I collect, staff provide me with an update of how their day has been and it provides the reassurance and concrete evidence that they are caring for her.

My son started at this nursery back in May at 15 months, at that time he didn't walk properly but he settled in so well. All the teachers are amazing and they give us good updates about how his day was during pickup. They do lots of fun activities, paddling pool during the hot days, potion making, body painting, ball pits etc.

They communicate well every time he's had an accident, and they use an app sharing both cute photos and every day updates like what he ate, his nappy changes etc.

Now at 19 months he's so excited about going to nursery and he doesn't mind when I leave. I feel they genuinely care for my child and it warms my heart how loved he is.

There's been some issues with the email communications, to the point where I missed the nursery would be closed on two days but I think this is due to the previous management.

Overall we are very happy with this nursery and appreciate the loving care my son gets while there.

My daughter has been going to Crafty Wizards for over a year now and she loves it! She has so many friends, loves going to school each week and has learned so much from her teachers and her peers. She loves circle time where she gets to share parts of her week and is always excited to tell me what she learned during the week.

I am pleased with the service they are providing. I appreciate the staffs effort to keep our babies safe and sound. I like the way staffs respond to us. They are very polite and sensible. The environment is clean for babies to play and stay.

Crafty Wizzard is a fantastic nursery my son had speech delay and was unsettled which was worrying for me as a parent but the nursery has been fantastic putting measures in place to support my my son I am always being involved with every milestone and the staff are very hands on. Every parent gets a debrief about their child's day which is lovely. You really do feel a sense of community. Ps my son is verbal now and continues to thrive!

Our daughter loves it here. Whenever we say that she is going to nursery she does a wiggle and exclaims "nurse-a-ree!"

She's always happy to come and she has settled in really well.

We especially like being kept up to date with the daily photos, the meals and the changes via the app.

I'm so pleased we found this nursery. The staff are truly wonderful here, so patient and kind as my daughter managed the transition from her last setting. I have complete confidence my daughter is safe, learning and having fun. They have a wide range of activities and good outdoor space which they make full use of! They really get to know each child and attend to their unique needs and interests. My daughter has flourished in their care and I'm so grateful to the whole Crafty Wizards team.

My son loves coming to nursery!! The whole team are amazing. Since my son started I've noticed his speech has improved massively, he is more confident and he adores his support caregiver Brandon! The activities vary and the outdoor space is great, making learning fun all the time. It has a very welcoming atmosphere and everyone is so friendly and supportive. The manager is always free for any questions I have. I can't recommend crafty wizards at Henwick enough. I know my son is in safe hands and always has a great day!

Amazing nursery! My two kids are always happy and excited to go each day. Annie and her wonderful team -including Mia, Yasmine, Bonnie, Bree, Brandon, Summer and Bella - are all incredibly friendly, caring, and welcoming.

The nursery has a cosy, well-organised atmosphere that instantly makes you feel your children are in safe hands. I also love that they share regular updates and photos through the app, which is so reassuring. Thanks to the warm and supportive environment, my kids settled in easily and truly enjoy their time there.

I couldn't be happier with my son's nursery! The staff are absolutely wonderful - kind, caring, and truly dedicated to every child's wellbeing and development. My son loves going every day and always comes home happy, full of stories, and excited to show what he's learned.

The environment is clean, safe, and full of creativity - from fun learning activities to outdoor playtime, everything is so well thought out. I've noticed such a big improvement in his confidence, communication, and independence since he started here.
