My son started at Norfolk House Nursery 2 years ago and it's the best decision we made. He has transitioned from babies to pre-school so well. The team are absolutely brilliant, at every stage, very caring and attentive, always going above and beyond. He loves going to nursery and being involved in

I've been really impressed with the nursery. My son has a fantastic time every day he's there. The staff are friendly, caring and create a great atmosphere. My son enjoys the large variety of activities available. Overall I would thoroughly recommend the nursery.

I highly recommend Norfolk House Nursery Harborne Road! The care for my 4-year-old daughter has been exceptional. From our first visit, the welcoming and professional staff put us at ease.


The engaging curriculum fosters not only academic skills but also social and emotional growth. My daughter loves

sharing her daily experiences, from fun crafts to exciting stories. The teachers are nurturing and patient, encouraging her curiosity and creativity.


The nursery is safe, clean, and filled with stimulating activities. I appreciate the regular updates about her progress and experiences. Most importantly, my daughter enjoys going to nursery and talks about her friends and favorite activities.

Our daughter loves coming to nursery. She has a great bond with the staff and loves all the activities, especially forest school. The staff are really warm and friendly and there are also lovely extra curriculum sessions that our daughter loves too

The nursery staff have created a warm and welcoming relationship with myself and child. Whilst my child does struggle with the transition of attending nursery, the staff have been approachable and will try techniques to make it comfortable.

Brilliant nursery, we have used it for 5 years for 3 of our children. The staff have seen us grow as parents and have been there for us as a family and for the children. I feel very comfortable leaving my children in the care of everyone at Harbone Road.

We cannot recommend NHN highly enough and have done so at every opportunity.
Going back to full-time work was so daunting, but made infinitely easier knowing our daughter is in such good care with the team.
There isn't a day she isn't excited to go to see the team or her friends, and is absolutely
thriving. The team are kind, dedicated and supportive - every day that we collect our daughter, we're confident we made the right choice with NHN Moseley.
We're also hugely appreciative of how considerate their hours are - it makes such a huge difference and is a big contributor to how supported we feel.

All of the staff are so lovely and can't do enough for you.
Our Son settled in really well due to the warm and caring nature of all the girls in his room and how they adapted his care with his needs in mind. His transition to Babies two was really smooth and as parents we were reassured at every step
of the process. He loves his days at nursery, they are always filled with fun and exciting activities with lots of variety and opportunities for experiencing new things.
I am always confident he will have the best day and the staff will always look after him with the highest care. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Such a fantastic nursery. All of the staff are so friendly. Our son settled in so quickly and has genuinely bonded with his carers. Fabulous outdoor space and we also love the fact they arrange day trips out for the kids. Would definitely recommend!

Our son started at NHN at 11 months old. Having spent every day with him up until that point I was concerned how we would both manage apart. I need not have worried. The management team provided advice on appropriate settling in sessions and that was it, he was settled, and I was able to leave him at
nursery knowing he was happy. As he has grown he has been able to experience all that the nursery has to offer, be that forest school, baby ballet or seeing the animals when the farm visited for the day. He has learnt so much and we owe it all to the wonderful staff, be that management, the room staff, chef and cleaning staff. To see him run over to his room staff beaming with excitement about what the day has instore is a fantastic feeling.

Norfolk House Nursery is an outstanding provider of care for our daughter (21 months old). Our older daughter also attended from baby room all the way through pre school and both the facilities and staff are first class. The team genuinely care for the children and every time I leave my daughter there,
I know she is going to be safe, happy and nurtured by attentive, well trained people. She also eats really well (sometimes better than she does at home!)from a great menu. The activities are brilliant - including baby sensory and ballet through well vetted external providers and the garden and forest school is a massive plus that you don't get at every childcare provider

We are so happy with our daughter's nursery and the care she receives. She has recently moved from Babies 2 into the toddler room, and the transition was handled so smoothly and thoughtfully.
