The kids love the nursery and love all the teachers to. They always with smile to receive the kids and this make me really happy!

My child (and soon to be a second) has been happy and thriving at Ladybird Penge East for nearly two years, and in that time supported and nurtured along every milestone by all the staff. Turnover is low so it's great to see the bonds made between my child and the teachers as well as other staff like the chef and activity coaches. The activities are enriching and wide ranging to support all the children's diverse needs but the class sizes are small so individual attention and care is a bonus. I'll never get tired of parent updates on the app and love the insights and pictures we get into daily routines. Thank you Ladybird, my child has already made friends for life

Ladybird has been wonderful. We moved our 1 year old son there at the beginning of this year and he's loved it ever since. The staff are warm and professional. We have absolutely no doubt he's well cared for and learning lots there. The regular pictures and updates in the parents app give us a good sense of what he gets up to all day. You also get the sense the staff really do enjoy their jobs and there's been no staff turnover so far which is reassuring. Looking forward to sending all our future kids to Ladybird as well.

Our daughter started the following week.. and started to settle in a matter of days! The daily updates have kept us informed about the activities and experiences she has enjoyed. Not only does this provide reassurance that she is happy and settled, but it is also wonderful to see just how much fun she is having!

We cannot praise the staff highly enough. Our daughter is doing well, and seeing her so happy has brought us real peace of mind.

My daughter has been at Ladybird in Chalfont St Peter since February 2026. The staff are so kind, caring, and attentive, supporting her growth - social, emotional, and physical. They arrange exciting and creative activities on a daily basis keeping the children stimulated and learning through play all the time. They often take the children out for little outings in the village - from the local grocers to the community library to the playground. The nursery facilities are wonderful - brand new, bright, welcoming, and engaging. My daughter loves going to Ladybird - she loves the staff and is happy and thriving. Thank you, Ladybird!

We are so happy that our 2 years old son is attending Ladybird Nursery in Bromley. The staff has been so welcoming since day one, always reassuring. They are all very kind and hardworking, our son is learning two languages at once and he has developed so much since he started. He enjoys so much that as soon as he gets there, he stays by the door waiting for someone to come down to get him and he just go in, he is always smiling when he gets to nursery. I am sure he feels safe, happy and settled there.

We've been delighted with Ladybird Penge, and the staff are absolutely the best bit about it. They are kind, understanding, fun, sweet, friendly, and caring. It took our son a long while to settle in, but from day one they looked after him brilliantly, and now he's delighted to be dropped off - running along the corridor to see his friends and not taking a second look back. My only criticism (and it's not really that) would be that the rooms and the outdoor space are in need of a bit of TLC. It would be lovely to see the Ladybird management team look at sprucing up the spaces, as the team (and the children) there are thoroughly deserving of it.

We honestly couldn't ask for anything more. We would highly recommend the nursery to any family looking for a safe, happy and nurturing environment for their child.

All the staff in ladybird nursery are very welcoming , my daughter loves to go every week and see all her friends and staff she talks about them every time she comes back home with a big smile on her face. She is always excited to go and play with her friends , going out in the garden and being creative ladybird nursery is a very happy, warm , and comfortable environment .

A wonderful nursery where children are truly supported - highly recommended.

We're so happy this nursery opened just when we were starting to look for one for our little girl. Not only is the location amazing for us (there wasn't one in this area before), but its facilities and staff are amazing. The rooms are gorgeous, our daughter particularly loves the sensory room, and their outside area is safe and provides great entertainment all year round. We also get updates all day long via the app and some photos at the end of the day, so we know what our children have been up to. The staff also always takes the time to talk about their day at pick up. That nursery feels very inclusive, as they regularly organise celebrations from many different cultures, which we're happy our daughter can experience. We also appreciate being invited to celebrate events with the children at the nursery (like Christmas, Mother's day...) which allows parents to see their children grow in that environment, as well as get to know the staff and other parents better.

Our son has attended Ladybird nursery in Anerley since he was a year old. He started in the baby class through to pre-school age. We initially chose the nursery based on local recommendations and we were not disappointed. We found that their commitment to communication, education and particularly fun and play were so apparent from his journey at the nursery. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and supportive and had my son's and families best interests at heart. We found it also immensely helpful with their guidance and support with potty training as well. We are very sad to be moving and leaving the nursery but will always have fond memories of my son's early years there - Thank you

The nursery itself is clean, welcoming and well equipped with lots to keep the children entertained. The staff are all so kind and our son has bonded well with all of them in a really short space of time. They put on lots of activities for the children which we love. Communication is brilliant with photos and overview of the day every evening.

The nursery itself is newly refurbished, bright and clean. The back garden is perfect for exploring.

We would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a nurturing, attentive and genuinely caring environment for their child.

Our child has been attending Ladybird Nursery-Chalfont, since it opened in December 2025, and as this is our child's first nursery setting, after just over a month we are really pleased with our experience. As a new setting, it feels fresh, clean, and thoughtfully organised, with a very welcoming atmosphere.

The staff are kind, friendly, and approachable, which has made settling in a positive and reassuring experience for both our child and us as parents. Communication has been comforting, and we enjoy hearing about our child's day. We especially love that the children are regularly taken on outings around the village, which feels like a lovely way for them to explore and learn.

Although it is still early days, our child is happy and comfortable there, and we are very satisfied with the care they are receiving. We look forward to seeing the nursery continue to grow.

If you get a chance to visit, do it and talk to the staff. They are really wonderful.

We couldn't be more grateful for the experience our daughter had at Ladybird Nursery Anerley. From early on, she thrived-consistently happy, confident, and excited to go in every day. The staff are great: warm, caring, and creative.

There's a real sense of community at Ladybird, and we always felt that our daughter was not just well cared for, but genuinely known and nurtured as an individual. The team are always thinking of new and engaging ways to spark the children's curiosity and creativity, and it made such a difference to our daughter's early development.

When it came time for her to leave for primary school, we were genuinely sad to say goodbye-it felt like leaving a second family. Thankfully, our youngest has now started at Ladybird too and is already settling in beautifully. It's such a comfort to know she's in such a positive, supportive environment.

We could not have been happier with our daughter's experience at Ladybird. She joined at 11 months and after a somewhat tricky settle in (to not fault of the nursery), soon grew to love the staff and nursery. She has just left at 4 and a half to go to school and we were all so sad for her to leave - even though our second baby was due to join the following week. We have been very impressed by their care, communication and commitment to the welfare and development of our children and are very happy our son is being looked after by them for the next 3 years.

Our daughter has been attending Ladybird nursery since June 2023. She's formed great bonds with her peers cultivated by the caring and kind key workers who support the children. It's a really homely environment and provides lots of engaging and interesting activities. Communication with parents and caregivers is great and I get the sense they really care about the children in their care. Our daughter has really thrived since attending.
