My daughter has been at this nursery for the past two years, and we couldn't be happier with the care and support she's received. During her time here, she has grown so much in both her learning and confidence, and it's been wonderful to see her thrive. She has made lots of lovely friends and genuinely enjoys every day she spends there. She often asks to go back, even on days she's not due in, and always comes home with happy stories about her teachers and everything she's been doing. The staff are kind, caring, and have created such a positive environment for the children. We are so grateful for everything they've done for her and would highly recommend this nursery to any family.

All of the staffs are very kind, sweet & takes good care of children. My child loves going to the nursery & we are updated about the daily different activities or event the children do including sending pictures to the parents which is very nice and thoughtful. My child has started to learn to speak few words & sentences as well.

Each and every staff at the nursery are fantastic. Very helpful and accommodating to the child's need. My son loves all of them and always eager to go to nursery every morning. Thank you all the staff at the Rectory Park branch.

Had a really disappointing experience a week before christmas holidays, when I was asked to pick my son up in the middle of a working day because staff is having a christmas party and my husband have to leave his work and come to pick up our son from central london.

Great service at the nursery. Very understanding staff. Reali happy to leave my child with them . Always keep me updated about my child on the app. Appreciate the skills child learning which helps with there development.

So far I have nothing but positive things to say about the nursery. Very good clean environment. The staff are extremely supportive and helpful. They have worked with me and listened to my requests giving me peace of mind about my child.

Our only sadness is knowing that one day they'll be too old to attend.

My daughter started at Twinkle Totz Havelock when she was 10 months old. The staff have been sensitive to her needs and she settled well. They keep us thoroughly updated through the app and my daughter seems to be thriving. They don’t accept reusable nappies at the moment but apart from that, the service they offer is excellent. They really care about the children.

The nursery is very good at educating children. They have lots of learning activities that has helped our child develop nicely. Our child is now communicating better and eating a greater variety of food.

Wonderful nursery. Very welcoming, knowledgeable and approachable staff, especially the manager. My kids love going to this nursery and they are really attached to the staff. Kids started communicating more after they started going there. They take good care about the nutrition part of the kids as well. Always receive very helpful feedback from the staff about kids' progress and development. Overall experience with Twinkle Totz at Southall Park is very positive and would definitely recommend them. You can trust them and send your kids.
