me as a parent feel happy that they were in the best care. So much thought is given to preparing things for the children to keep them happy, safe and learning. Almost everyday there is another adventure to take part in. The setting itself is clean and calm with the most wonderful outdoor space. Communication at the nursery is A* standard, the app is updated throughout the day with information and pictures, which is great as a parent to be able to check in and know your child is happy. The team are very professional and knowledgeable about the children and even have outdoor activity providers come to the setting to keep the children entertained! You will not be disappointed.

I've had experience with another nursery priory and I found Twinkle Totz has set my standards higher. They have an exceptional team and facilities, I'm not surprised they rated outstanding in their Ofsted report, you can tell they care deeply about the children. He confidently walks in every single day with a smile on his face, looking forward to a great day at nursery, surrounded by caring staff he loves and friends to have fun with. His key worker and the rest of the staff organize interesting and challenging activities and he loves every minute of them. Watching and caring for baby chicks hatching from their eggs has been so cool!
As parents we feel he's in an environment that is safe and feels like 'home away from home'.
Management is also fantastic and communication excellent, we are kept up to date with his development and they take the time to discuss anything in detail.
We will certainly miss Twinkle Totz!
