Twinkle Totz is a fantastic nursery! I wish I could put into words just how amazing the staff and facilities have been with looking after both of my kids.
It was the warmest and most welcoming nursery in the area when I was searching for nurseries, with very friendly and attentive teachers. I visited
10 different nurseries, all of different values and reputations, but it was only Twinkle Totz that was the most welcoming and inviting. From day Zero, I could see the teachers go above and beyond to care for the little ones.
My son has just finished nearly 4 years at this nursery and my daughter (still 2 years old) is still there and loves it! The staff are open, friendly and caring to parent's needs. They give regular updates and if I ever have any queries, they are always ready to help/accommodate where able to. The meals and snacks are great, very varied with lots of fruit and veg on the menu. Honestly, the best nursery you could ever want!

I have been taking my daughter for almost 2 years now and she loves it and has built good relationships with the staff and got friends. When I took her to the nursery she didn’t speak English well, but now she understands and speaks it well. The staff have been amazing and supportive to my family and
have always notified us of what my daughter eats, and send pictures of the activities she does as well as providing a clean environment for my daughter, the manager and the staff are so caring and loving, highly recommend it.

Twinkle Totz is a lovely nursery and offers excellent value for money. The staff are all very kind and caring and I am pleased that there has been a lot of consistency with the staff in the one and a half years that my son has been here. It is a small nursery so the kids get plenty of individual support
and attention. The room is always clean and has nice activities set up. They often have parties and celebrate special events. Overall I would highly recommend it to other parents.

Lovely nursery, my daughter is very happy going there, didn't take her long to settle in and can't wait to get there in the morning! All the staff are very friendly, smiley and welcoming, a lovely warm happy environment for the children which is exactly the kind of place you would want your children
to go to. Can't fault it at all.

My daughter loves her time at the nursery and spending time playing with her friends. The staff are all very lovely and they provide regular feedback and photos, which is very reassuring. I am very impressed with Twinkle Totz Windmill Park Children's Centre. The best indication for me is when I see
the smile my daughter gives to the team every time we arrive.

My child was in Twinkle Totz Nursery for more than a year. We met various teachers and all were good to my child. During The Pandemic, me and my husband, both being Keyworkers had to send our child to the Nursery and they were so good to us and worked hard for the kids. Our child loved going to the
Nursery and the staff was very approachable, flexible, and friendly. Hats off to the team and to the teacher.

As a parent, I feel this nursery is possibly one of the best educational places to send a child. I found it extremely hard to accept that my son had additional needs and was diagnosed with autism. Another nursery locally had given up on him and explained that he was disruptive and troublesome, he would
be better off in a special school. This nursery not only made the referrals, but coached and helped me all the way. This nursery just showed him the love and support I give him at home. Within a month, he started speaking, communicating and behaving well with other kids (no more biting or hitting!). I am in tears typing this as Twinkle Totz has genuinely changed our lives for the better, made me a better mum and given my son the best start into his education, personal skills and confidence. We now celebrate him going to a mainstream school. Thank you for still calling and checking up on my son, he loves you all.

We are very happy with the care provided for our son by Twinkle Totz at Windmill Park Children's Centre. He enjoys going to the nursery and spending time playing with his friends. He has learned a lot from his nursery experience and is always sharing his songs and dances with us. My son is a happy little
boy and a big part of that happiness is due to the expert and genuine care that you give him at nursery. We appreciate the opportunities you give him to learn, read, sing, play, create and celebrate birthdays and cultural events. We have recommended you to our friends.

Our son loved his time at the nursery, the staff are all very lovely and he learnt a lot, he especially loved playing in the car in the garden. We look forward to his brother joining the nursery in the future.
