Our baby boy started at Queens Baby Nursery from 10 months old. I wasn't overly ready to be leaving him with new people but the staff were so great at making sure I felt confident and comfortable with lots of communication and updates throughout the day, which offered great reassurance in those first weeks. They made sure to know his routine and preferences and formed a connection with him really early on. My little boy adored all of the staff, and felt safe and loved by them all (not just his key workers). He thoroughly enjoyed his days at Queens Baby Nursery, full of fun activities, lots of singing and exploring outside. The staff put in so much effort each and every day and genuinely care for all of the babies. Seeing my boy so happy and content at the end of each day was an absolute dream. Thank you Debbie and the team, you're all amazing!

Our youngest son has just completed his time at Queens Baby Nursery in Buckhurst Hill, 4 years after his older brother went there too. We went back to the same nursery as his older brother had had such a lovely time there and I'm pleased to say our youngest clearly loved his time there too. As a parent, dropping a young child off at nursery is pretty daunting, but after the first few settling in days, our son went in with a smile every morning and appeared with a smile on his face when picking him up. You can see the care and attention they get from all the staff there, which is lovely to see. They provide a great, balanced diet and daily updates on what they've been up to on an app that parents can then check. All in all, very highly recommended.

We are so happy with Queens Baby Nursery. They have been incredible since day one. Our daughter has now been there for six months, and she is so happy and thriving.

Her development has really flourished thanks to the care, attention, and learning opportunities she receives every day. A big shout-out to Maddie, Zoe, Debbie, Peaches and the whole team for everything they do-they truly make a difference.

From the first day, the whole team was brilliant in supporting us through the settling-in period and the transition into nursery for our son. All the staff I've met are so lovely, clearly genuinely care about the babies, and maintain great communication daily so we can see what they're up to throughout the day.

My daughter loved her time at the Queens baby nursery. She had developed a lovely bond with her carers and enjoyed all the specialist classes they offered. The carers were wonderful at keeping me updated on how she was getting on every day which really put my mind at ease. I will send my youngest daughter there when the time comes because I know she will get the loving care a baby needs.

My daughter started at Queens nursery in butterflies room and is now in the pre school. I have only fabulous things to say about all of the people that work here and care for the children. My little girl is so happy here, and I going to be sad to see her leave when she goes to big school. The staff are caring, nurturing, friendly, professional and just all around gorgeous people. I am so thankful to have found a safe and loving environment for my little girl. My son will be following and starting in the baby nursery next year. We actually live in Epping and travel to and from queens as we know our children are happy here.

We loved that it was a nursery just for younger ones. We did struggle with my daughter at first as she didn't want to be left but Debbie and team allowed us to have some extra settling in days to give us peace of mind. Zoe our key worker was brilliant with our daughter but all the team there do a fantastic job. Our daughter has now moved to queens nursery at the top of the road and has settled in very quickly. If you are thinking of using this nursery, you won't regret it.

I can't recommend Queen's Baby Nursery enough. The staff clearly care about the children and always have something fun planned for the kids. I sent both my children there and it was lovely seeing the bond they developed with the staff. I loved receiving daily updates on what my little one was up to and the regular invites to events to come in and join in on the action. Thank you!!

I can't recommend Queen's Nursery enough! The staff are incredibly warm, welcoming and dedicated, providing exceptional care for the children. Our child has thrived since joining the nursery and learning new skills every day. We feel very lucky to have found such a wonderful nursery and can't thank the staff enough for their hard work and dedication.

Couldn't be happier with Queens Nursery. I have had 2 children attending since July 2023. Both my kids have loved everything about it from the amazing activities and amazing staff. My youngest who is currently 2 absolutely loves coming and has an amazing relationship with all staff in his room. He comes out smiling at every pick up and loves telling me all about his day. My son leaves end of next month and I know we are both going to be sad to say goodbye.

We feel very lucky to have found a place where our child is not only cared for but truly seen and supported.

I've sent both my children to Queen's Nursery because it is truly outstanding and I would never have sent them anywhere elsewhere. The staff are incredibly friendly and create a warm, welcoming environment that makes it easier to leave your child in their care, which, as any parent knows, is never easy. It's clear how well they know my children from the thoughtful reports they provide, often including the smallest details that reflect their individual personalities.

When my son was going through his EHCP assessment, the team went above and beyond. They took the lead and supported us every step of the way, at a time when I had no idea what to do or expect. I trust them implicitly.

They're always accommodating - whether it's applying eczema cream or offering support with potty training, nothing is ever too much trouble. It's obvious that everyone at Queen's truly loves what they do, and that makes all the difference.

Queens Nursery has been a truly wonderful experience for our family and an incredible second home for our daughter. The level of care and attention they provide, especially in managing her multiple food allergies, has given us complete peace of mind. Every detail, from meal planning to daily routines, is handled with such thoughtfulness and professionalism. The staff are not only highly trained but also genuinely caring, loving, and attentive. My daughter absolutely loves going - she looks forward to it every single day! An amazing nursery with the most wonderful, caring and friendly staff. My little boy absolutely loves going into the nursery and he settled in so quickly. I felt completely at ease from his very first day and know that he's being cared for like he's one of their own, which means the absolute world. His key worker, Ana goes above and beyond and we are so lucky to have her. The whole staff force are so friendly and genuinely care about all the children which is so lovely to see.
