I moved my child here from another local nursery because I was unsatisfied with the variation of learning at the previous nursery. Since my child has attended here I've witnessed lots of toys and activities compared to the other nursery. The outdoor play area is really good quality and my child often
speaks about this when at home.

My child is happy to go to nursery and is always happy upon collection. My child mentions staff names whilst at home and has developed positive relationships.

I noticed significant improvement in my child's language and confidence since joining the nursery.

My only feedback would be the lack of space for my child to attend an extra day. This is having a financial impact at home and is frustrating. It's understandable it's due to the nursery being so good and in demand.

I feel so honoured to have had my son here since he was 10 months old, as he has been loved, cared for and supported like he was one of the staffs own children. They supported my son through the milk ladder, speech difficulties and even disagreements with other children - keeping us completely informed
and supported throughout everything. It's to the point where on weekends we have to drive past to show him nursery is closed as missed his friends and teachers so much!

The rooms are well equipped, we get beautiful crafts for special occasions, the menu is absolutely fantastic in comparison to other nurseries I hear of, and they celebrate each child's birthday and their daily achievements with you, what more could you want!

We'll all be very sad for my son to move to his school in September but I'll cherish everything this nursery has done for us all for all these years.

Great, friendly, organised and dedicated nursery. This nursery has helped my children develop but also supported us as parents be organised, updated and on track so our children receive the best care and any additional support, guidance and services offered. They offer a relaxed childcare service which
makes them approachable and have all the children at the centre of their work. They have been brilliant and would highly recommend. They also work extra hard to get the children ready for school and keep you on track getting support in ready to be actioned at school age. Nothing ever goes a miss fabulous nursery.

If you are concerned on funding, from experience many nurseries lack this attention to detail but this nursery works to help you and your child to the best of their ability with no hidden fees. They are warm welcoming and explain any concerns instantly.

My child looks forward to nursery and has good friendships with other children and staff. He has a lot of energy and I feel the staff manage this well. There is a wide range of home cooked meals that are helping him with his fussy eating, I've seen a big improvement in him with this - especially recently.
The staff are always very friendly with me and give a good update of my child's day on collection.

Our son has been attending since the beginning of January, and we absolutely love the nursery. They genuinely cared about getting our son settled as soon as possible, realising it was a massive change in routine for both our son and ourselves. It's only been a few months but he absolutely loves going
in, now we have the struggle of getting him to leave at pick up! Loads of space and a sheltered outdoor play area which is ideal. The staff are absolutely brilliant We genuinely are so pleased we chose this nursery.

I can not be more pleased with this nursery, staff are amazing, they go above and beyond for the children ( not only mine) . They do a lots of activities, and yes if your child come home dirty it means he had fun and played. I have not one but two children here, both started at age 9 months and
I'm more then sure that my children are well taken care of. Staff communications with me is great, they do a handover at receiving and collection of each child . Really there are not enough wards to describe how happy i am with this nursery.

The girls at the nursery always go above and beyond for the kids. I couldn't wish for a better setting for my children. They absolutely love it there. The staff always give us a rundown at the end of the day about how their day has been, what they have eaten etc. it's really helpful for us carrying
on with the routine at home. There's always fun events on where they get the kids involved. Vikki is an asset to the nursery, she's always there to help, or a shoulder to cry on. She actually cares about the families.

Choosing Castle Nursery Montagu has truly been one of the best decisions I have made for my daughter. The children enjoy a wide variety of activities every day, learning through play while having so much fun.

The care here is wonderful - every member of staff is warm, patient and attentive. My daughter

is always well looked after in every aspect, from play and learning to meals, naps and emotional support.

The management team is also incredibly helpful and supportive to parents. A special thank you to the manager, Vikki, whose kindness, understanding and constant smile bring so much reassurance and trust.

I feel very lucky that Castle Nursery Montagu will be part of my daughter's childhood from the age of 6 months. I'm truly grateful to every member of staff who has cared for her.

you! They always welcome children in with smiles and they're very welcoming and smiley.

I cannot recommend Castle Nurseries at Rye Hill highly enough. My experience here has been outstanding, largely due to the incredible team. I totally love the management and staff-they are consistently kind, helpful, and approachable, making the entire experience smooth and reassuring for parents.
The
facilities are excellent, particularly the outside space, which provides a wonderful environment for the children to play and learn. The activities and learning structure are engaging, and it is clear that the children's development is a top priority. The nursery is always kept very clean, and the safeguarding measures are excellent, giving me complete peace of mind that my child is safe and well cared for.
Resources and equipment are good, and considering the high standard of care and the supportive atmosphere, the nursery offers excellent value for money. It is a fantastic place for children to grow.

I honestly couldn't be happier with my daughter's nursery. From the very beginning, the staff have been incredibly attentive, not only towards my child, but towards me as a parent as well. They always take the time to listen, communicate clearly, and offer reassurance, which means so much. My daughter
is treated with patience, kindness, and understanding, and it's clear that the staff genuinely care about her wellbeing and development. They are very observant and always keep me informed about her day, her progress, and any little achievements, which I really appreciate.
Overall, I'm extremely grateful for everything they do and would highly recommend them to any parent looking for a caring and supportive nursery.

In my own opinion, Castle Nurseries is if not the best, one of the top 3 nurseries in Tyne and wear.
I make bold to say so because apart from my own experiences and observations over the years, the recommendations and testimonial praises I've always gotten about Castle Nurseries has been phenomenal.
Some
years back when my first child was to start nursery, a neighbour was the first person who recommended the nursery to me and ever since I got a placement for my first child, I have met parents/carers who brought their kids from the length and breadth of Tyne and wear, stating how good castle nursery is and how they didn't mind the stress of coming from a distance just to get the best based on how vast and welcoming the nursery is with regards to it's cultural diversity, religious and ethnicity inclusion.
Furthermore, It feels so good to know that all three of my kids started their educational journey at castle nursery of which their impact is very evident and I am most grateful.
