Rye Hill Castle Nursery has been a true blessing for our son. He settled in so quickly and felt comfortable from the very beginning, thanks to the care, patience and attention of the wonderful staff.
The nursery offers a great balance of engaging indoor and outdoor play, with a wide variety of fun and stimulating activities for the children. Although he was only there for two months, we saw remarkable progress in every aspect of his development. He became much more independent with eating, more confident in social situations, and his communication and language skills improved significantly.

He has had such a fantastic start to his nursery journey, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. We are incredibly grateful to everyone at Rye Hill Castle Nursery for giving him such a positive and nurturing start.

A wonderful nursery with such a kind, caring and welcoming team. From day one, everyone has made both our baby and us feel so comfortable and supported.
It's been lovely to see how happy he's been and how much his confidence has grown. Knowing he's so well looked after gives us real peace of mind.

We've been thoroughly impressed with Castle Nurseries @ Rye Hill. Our son started at just 1 year and 5 months old, and our biggest worry was how he would adapt. Thanks to the caring and experienced staff, he settled in so quickly. We love the focus on sensory and outdoor play-seeing muddy clothes tells us he's had a wonderful day exploring!
What truly stands out is the attentiveness of the team. One day they noticed our son had slightly laboured breathing and asked us to collect him immediately. We took him to the doctor, where he needed salbutamol. Their experience and quick judgement made all the difference.

A special thank you to Kathryn and Michelle for being so kind, supportive, and accommodating. After visiting five nurseries, this was by far the one that gave us the most confidence. It's worth the extra drive, and we highly recommend it.

I cannot recommend Castle Nurseries at Rye Hill highly enough. My experience here has been outstanding, largely due to the incredible team. I totally love the management and staff-they are consistently kind, helpful, and approachable, making the entire experience smooth and reassuring for parents.
The facilities are excellent, particularly the outside space, which provides a wonderful environment for the children to play and learn. The activities and learning structure are engaging, and it is clear that the children's development is a top priority. The nursery is always kept very clean, and the safeguarding measures are excellent, giving me complete peace of mind that my child is safe and well cared for.

Resources and equipment are good, and considering the high standard of care and the supportive atmosphere, the nursery offers excellent value for money. It is a fantastic place for children to grow.

I honestly couldn't be happier with my daughter's nursery. From the very beginning, the staff have been incredibly attentive, not only towards my child, but towards me as a parent as well. They always take the time to listen, communicate clearly, and offer reassurance, which means so much. My daughter is treated with patience, kindness, and understanding, and it's clear that the staff genuinely care about her wellbeing and development. They are very observant and always keep me informed about her day, her progress, and any little achievements, which I really appreciate.

Overall, I'm extremely grateful for everything they do and would highly recommend them to any parent looking for a caring and supportive nursery.

My children absolutely love attending Rye Hill nursery and are always excited to go. The staff are fantastic-kind, caring, and professional. There are loads of fun and engaging activities every day that support the children's learning and development. The team are always helpful and accommodating, which gives me real peace of mind as a parent. In my own opinion, Castle Nurseries is if not the best, one of the top 3 nurseries in Tyne and wear.
I make bold to say so because apart from my own experiences and observations over the years, the recommendations and testimonial praises I've always gotten about Castle Nurseries has been phenomenal.
Some years back when my first child was to start nursery, a neighbour was the first person who recommended the nursery to me and ever since I got a placement for my first child, I have met parents/carers who brought their kids from the length and breadth of Tyne and wear, stating how good castle nursery is and how they didn't mind the stress of coming from a distance just to get the best based on how vast and welcoming the nursery is with regards to it's cultural diversity, religious and ethnicity inclusion.

Furthermore, It feels so good to know that all three of my kids started their educational journey at castle nursery of which their impact is very evident and I am most grateful.

My son has been at this nursery since he was 11 months old and has just left nursery at 4 to go to school! He's loved every day he's been and the staff have always shown the love back. Couldn't recommend a better nursery, and hopefully we will see you all again in the future xx

Both my Daughters attended rye hill nursery, and when my 3rd is old enough I hope she too will get a place. Could not fault the nursery/ teachers or staff what so ever, they've went above and beyond for my family throughout the 4 years my children have been going. Both my girls were always so excited to go in a morning, and made great relationships/ bonds with everyone there.

My daughters have came on massively with speech, sharing and playing with other children, and have learnt a lot within there time at the nursery. If anyone were too ask me a nursery for there child to attend I would most defintely recommend here.

This has to be the best nursery ever. Lovely staff, genuine, clean, caring, accommodating. Would highly recommend. They also have other branches in case this is too far. The facilities are huge and very modern. Lovely areas for the little one to play. A balanced diet for the little one. Very safe as well. The staff were just outstanding.

Overall Experience

Lovely nursery, friendly and happy environment for the children. Fantastic staff, lead by a great manager. Considering the difficult time, they offer such a great support for my family when our nursery was closed. Our daughter loves it since day one and she settled well. I would highly recommend it.
