Wonderful friendly nursery with warm and loving staff who are very caring and considerate.

My daughter attended Prime time 2, staff were very helpful with the whole process and professional. Since my daughter attended her vocabulary expanded and she started using the toilet independently within a few months. Prime time 2 is a homely environment and they treat children like their own. lots of fun activities to entertain the children. My little girl grew in confidence whilst there and was sad to leave for reception. I will be soon sending my son here. the team always listen to you and take all concerns seriously.

I am absolutely happiest mummy! I can see my son in one week attending the nursey being so active starting walking and much more. I would suggest 100% the prime time 2 Nursery. The staff is so lovely. They are making my days and my sons days so beautiful. I am happy that I found such a good place for my little one. In the beginning i was anxious but now i feel calm. Thanks prime time . Our little family loves You a lot.

Absolutely amazing service, the staff are fantastic. Both my 8 month old and my 9 year old really love it here. Lots to keep the kids busy and the app used is very informative, telling everything from the amount of food eaten to how many toilet visits!

Threatened me to cut funding because as parents we were anxious about returning our child after he had got covid symptoms on a few occasions. Staff member called us over-emotional. They do not feed children nutritional food and state it is because of a lack of stock due to Covid. Staff members talk over you and very unprofessional.

All the staff currently there are amazing with my daughter. With their help, my 4-year-old is able to write her name mostly independently and is going from strength to strength with her speech where before she struggled.

They help with arts and crafts and even help the children create their own birthday cards for mums and dads.

I'm 100% happy knowing that my daughter is well looked after by all of the staff.

Parents, please be aware of Prime Time group nursery, my child attended nursery Prime Time 2 Greenholm Road, Great Barr. I have been disappointed with the number of hidden costs involved. £100 fee to paid every 3months to keep child place secure. They charge £50 for admin, also they want one-month nursery fee in advance. I am very disappointed with the management of the nursery and attitude. They charge a high price and have hidden cost, which we were not told upfront. The new nursery we go to is an exceptional nursery with no hidden cost and the same nursery rate as Prime Time 2 and they deliver very good service.

I would definitely recommend this nursery to everyone.
