I have my son in Prime Time and I recommend all parents trust in their services. They work with love, affection, and dedication. My son has been there for 2 years

And I am very grateful for that.

Words cannot do justice, amazing nursery! Great facilities, children are well looked after by fully qualified staff, very bubbly staff and there are a wide range of activities which incorporate both learning and enjoyment. My boys have been with this nursery since a very young age, I was incredibly nervous to leave my son. However, within the first week, I felt totally at ease. They updated us regularly on their developments and there is great communication before and at picks ups. They have brought them on leaps and bounds, they never cry or moan when we left them. Lovely staff who are more like friends. Overall it's a good nursery which provides a happy, safe environment for babies/children with staff that seem to genuinely care and have a passion for the job they do, subsequent to the role they play in the lives our children. They are incredibly welcoming and my son would walk in like it was his own home.

Wonderful friendly nursery with warm and loving staff who are very caring and considerate.

My daughter attended Prime time 2, staff were very helpful with the whole process and professional. Since my daughter attended her vocabulary expanded and she started using the toilet independently within a few months. Prime time 2 is a homely environment and they treat children like their own. lots of fun activities to entertain the children. My little girl grew in confidence whilst there and was sad to leave for reception. I will be soon sending my son here. the team always listen to you and take all concerns seriously.

I am absolutely happiest mummy! I can see my son in one week attending the nursey being so active starting walking and much more. I would suggest 100% the prime time 2 Nursery. The staff is so lovely. They are making my days and my sons days so beautiful. I am happy that I found such a good place for my little one. In the beginning i was anxious but now i feel calm. Thanks prime time . Our little family loves You a lot.

Absolutely amazing service, the staff are fantastic. Both my 8 month old and my 9 year old really love it here. Lots to keep the kids busy and the app used is very informative, telling everything from the amount of food eaten to how many toilet visits!

Overall Experience

Threatened me to cut funding because as parents we were anxious about returning our child after he had got covid symptoms on a few occasions. Staff member called us over-emotional. They do not feed children nutritional food and state it is because of a lack of stock due to Covid. Staff members talk over you and very unprofessional.

Overall Experience

All the staff currently there are amazing with my daughter. With their help, my 4-year-old is able to write her name mostly independently and is going from strength to strength with her speech where before she struggled.

They help with arts and crafts and even help the children create their own birthday cards for mums and dads.

I'm 100% happy knowing that my daughter is well looked after by all of the staff.

Parents, please be aware of Prime Time group nursery, my child attended nursery Prime Time 2 Greenholm Road, Great Barr. I have been disappointed with the number of hidden costs involved. £100 fee to paid every 3months to keep child place secure. They charge £50 for admin, also they want one-month nursery fee in advance. I am very disappointed with the management of the nursery and attitude. They charge a high price and have hidden cost, which we were not told upfront. The new nursery we go to is an exceptional nursery with no hidden cost and the same nursery rate as Prime Time 2 and they deliver very good service.

Overall Experience
My daughter attended Prime Time 2 on Greenholm Road. I cannot thank this nursery enough for helping my daughter build her confidence and help prepare her for school.
Fees are at an exceptional rate a lot lower than other nurseries in my area.
Staff and management are warm and friendly, they will help with every need that they are asked of.
Every time I took my child they were very welcoming it was a peace of mind for me to know my child was happy and safe.

I would definitely recommend this nursery to everyone.
