Words cannot do justice, amazing nursery! Great facilities, children are well looked after by fully qualified staff, very bubbly staff and there are a wide range of activities which incorporate both learning and enjoyment. My boys have been with this nursery since a very young age, I was incredibly nervous to leave my son. However, within the first week, I felt totally at ease. They updated us regularly on their developments and there is great communication before and at picks ups. They have brought them on leaps and bounds, they never cry or moan when we left them. Lovely staff who are more like friends. Overall it's a good nursery which provides a happy, safe environment for babies/children with staff that seem to genuinely care and have a passion for the job they do, subsequent to the role they play in the lives our children. They are incredibly welcoming and my son would walk in like it was his own home.
Wonderful friendly nursery with warm and loving staff who are very caring and considerate.

My daughter attended Prime time 2, staff were very helpful with the whole process and professional. Since my daughter attended her vocabulary expanded and she started using the toilet independently within a few months. Prime time 2 is a homely environment and they treat children like their own....
My daughter attended Prime time 2, staff were very helpful with the whole process and professional. Since my daughter attended her vocabulary expanded and she started using the toilet independently within a few months. Prime time 2 is a homely environment and they treat children like their own. lots of fun activities to entertain the children. My little girl grew in confidence whilst there and was sad to leave for reception. I will be soon sending my son here. the team always listen to you and take all concerns seriously.

I am absolutely happiest mummy! I can see my son in one week attending the nursey being so active starting walking and much more. I would suggest 100% the prime time 2 Nursery. The staff is so lovely. They are making my days and my sons days so beautiful. I am happy that I found such a good place...

Parents, please be aware of Prime Time group nursery, my child attended nursery Prime Time 2 Greenholm Road, Great Barr. I have been disappointed with the number of hidden costs involved. £100 fee to paid every 3months to keep child place secure. They charge £50 for admin, also they want one-month nursery fee in advance. I am very disappointed with the management of the nursery and attitude. They charge a high price and have hidden cost, which we were not told upfront. The new nursery we go to is an exceptional nursery with no hidden cost and the same nursery rate as Prime Time 2 and they deliver very good service.

Hello Mohamed,I'm unsure to why you have left this review as you left our provision in June 2018. As a nursery, we have done all that we can to accommodate your needs even allowing you to pick and choose the days you would be attending each week to support your wife's work commitments. It is also confusing where you have got this £100 pound to be paid every three months to keep your place, this is not the case and has never been so I'm unsure about how you have come to this I can only assume that you have become confused with the deposit that you left upon sign up £50 of this was refunded back to you when you left and yes the other £50 is used for Admin costs. If you recall during this sign up you were informed that all nursery fees are to be paid in advance and that you have 7 days to clear this from receipt of your invoice unless you have an agreed payment plan in place. As you can see Mohamed we are always upfront with our parents and we have a fantastic relationship with them which is why I'm unsure how you have come to this conclusion as it does not reflect us as a business and I can only say that all my staff are kind considerate and professional, we did all that we could to support your family and accommodate you within our provision. I am glad you have found a nursery that you are happy with and wish you and your family well for the future.

Staff and management are warm and friendly, they will help with every need that they are asked of.
Every time I took my child they were very welcoming it was a peace of mind for me to know my child was happy and safe.
