Sophie and all the other staff are friendly, helpful, caring and kind when getting updates on Elijah with things they have been doing and being helpful with other kids and making friends and he loves hugs

Super patient and caring staff my daughter settled in great and it's helped her development so much, kept really clean and lots of different areas for the children to play with stuff they enjoy, great outdoor space

Fantastic nursery. Staff are brilliant. Facilities are brilliant. I used this nursery for my 2 older children back in 2008 & now my 2 youngest go here. Still some of the same staff from all them years ago are still there.

We have been absolutely blown away with Tiddlywinks. Our son has settled in so so well thanks to the amazing care and hard work of the staff. All the staff are outstanding, his key worker who he has formed a lovely bond with, the staff in the baby room who care for him all day, the reception staff, management, it's lovely to know every adult he comes into contact with at nursery are so kind and caring. It's been really reassuring for us as parents knowing he is receiving such an outstanding level of care.

The communication has been amazing, we are kept updated throughout the day. We know his needs are being met, he is having nutritional meals, how much he is eating and how much fun he is having all day, it's really reassuring to see.

The activities and games are fantastic, he loves all the fun and educational activities he does all day, you can really see how much thought and planning that goes into keeping him entertained and happy all day.

My daughter has been attending for just over a year, the staff are so warm and welcoming and have been so helpful when we have needed them! My daughter goes in happy and eager to learn and explore and comes home, telling us all about her day, telling us about the ladies and the pets, her friends and all of the activities she has explored! The nursery has supported her to build confidence and have great open and honest communication with parents! The app that the nursery uses is incredible too, and it gives me reassurance throughout the day of all of my daughters meals and changes. Thank you for all you have done for our family and we couldn't recommend your nursery enough to any family in need of childcare!

I am so glad my daughter got a place in this nursery. As a beginner, nursery was a challenge for my daughter, but the whole atmosphere welcomed her as family. She adores the place and loves each and every person who makes her a little champion. I would recommend to each person to send their child in the beginning itself to fully utilize their childhood and develop a better tomorrow. Thank you, whole team.

My son had been in the baby then toddler room and it is amazing how the staff showered the children with love. At birthdays, they would make a big event out of it, sticking his photo on the front door, have a party with cake and just making him the happiest person in the world. He came home singing happy birthday songs again and again and that is still his favourite song. It is a very experienced team who knows how to deal with difficult children. He was only one when he went and he wasn't sleep-trained. I wasn't sure whether he was ready for nursery but his keyworker puts a lot of efforts and cracked it. Staff looked like they have been professionally trained. They use an app to communicate what and when the child eat, when do they sleep and when did they have the nappies changed. I don't think many nurseries do that. The nursery opening hours are quite long 7:30am to 6pm. I think the quality is similar to private schools, without the judgemental environment and for much lower fee.

Always welcoming and I feel so at ease leaving my children in the care of the staff. Seeing their response to them is wonderful - would highly recommend.
