Our daughter has been at Tiddlywinks Ancoats for the past 18 months, starting in the baby room, through the tweenie room, and now into the preschool room. I can honestly say it has been a fantastic experience and our daughter absolutely loves it! She has really come out of her shell here with the support
of staff across all rooms.
At 2.5 years old she knows her numbers from 1-12, understands two languages, speaks well, knows her colours and shapes, and has very good emotional regulation. I feel that the staff at Tiddlywinks have really helped support her growth in all of these areas which is fantastic!. The app is great and is constantly updated throughout the day. The facilities are great, very good food options, and then there are day trips and stay and play sessions where the parents can get involved.
Honestly we couldn't be happier here :)

My son joined the nursery in January 2026 and currently attends three days a week. Even though he is not attending full sessions yet, he is settling in very well. We have noticed a positive change in him over a short period of time.
His confidence is gradually building, and he seems happy and comfortable
in the nursery environment. We are pleased with the progress he is making and appreciate the support from the nursery staff.

My son started at Tiddlywinks in November 2025. We are so happy that he has taken really well to the place. He has learnt and grown so much with the warm and attentive staff. Even when home, he talks of the wonderful experiences he has there. He engages in creative activities which have helped develop
his gross motor and communication skills. It's wonderful to see our child happy, confident and developing new skills in such a supportive setting.

The staff seem to know each child's individual needs and treats them with a friendly caring approach, from the nursery nurses, cook and cleaning staff, it's a well run, professional happy and well organised clean little safe place.
There's always a relaxed atmosphere we're the children seem happy to

My boys have been at this nursery for 2 and a half years only eldest who is 3 is showing signs of autism I could not thank C enough for everything she has done for my boy she's been his comfort whilst attending always supporting him they've built such a strong bond together which makes me feel so much
at ease as a mother knowing there's somebody who understands him and his needs in a different setting than at home. Not only has she supported my son in the best way but she has also supported myself when I've struggled emotionally and mentally. She's supported me in ways from home life struggles with my sons needs to even supporting which school would be best for my son to go to, she's been there whenever we both have needed her I wouldn't have been able to do anything we've achieved with him so far without her, I will be forever grateful for C and I'm sure my son feels the same at 3 as he always mentions C at home too. Thank you so much C for being our rock.

My son has been attending this nursery for the last 2 months. Having it been his very first time going to a nursery. At first he was very shy and would get quite upset. But with the help and encouragement from all the loving staff, he gets excited to go to nursery now. I love the app they use to communicate
and love that I can see what I can see what he has done throughout the day, also what he has ate and how much. He always comes goes to nursery and come home with a smile on his face. And loves the 1to1 he gets with his key worker aswel and the other staff that always go extra mile if he needs it.

Ever since our daughter started going to nursery we were excited for her. But the experience we got from looking around was amazing.
Our daughter then started tiddlywinks and from day one she has loved it.
The staff are all lovely, warm , caring , approachable and most of all, treat our daughter
