Tiddlywinks Nursery Blackley

Our child has attended Tiddlywinks since April 2023, and from day one we have always felt so warmly welcomed. The kindness of every member of staff and the nurturing environment have made it a place where our daughter has truly thrived.

Our child has been lucky enough to have the same key worker throughout her journey, but it's clear that every member of the team knows her well, celebrates her individuality, and genuinely cares about her happiness and development.

Communication has always been excellent. Management have consistently been approachable, supportive, and accommodating, making us feel listened to every step of the way.

Tiddlywinks is so much more than a nursery-it has a genuine family feel. Seeing our daughter grow in confidence and come home smiling every day has meant everything to us. We are incredibly grateful to the whole team and couldn't recommend Tiddlywinks more highly.

Amazing nursery, my child has been going since he was 9 months old and he is nearly 5 now! Great staff, they have supported us throughout the years and had amazing understanding of my child. It wasn't just a nursery, they were like family to my son. Can't thank the team enough for their help and support over the years!

I can't speak highly enough of Tiddlywinks. My daughter has been attending this nursery for 6 months and from the first day, communications have been clear and concise. Any issues or worries are also brought to attention and worked through. The app the nursery use to keep you updated through out the day makes the world of difference and gives you peace of mind knowing when nappies have been changed, what they've eaten for the day and even simple things like washing hands and brushing teeth. My daughter loves going to nursery and has built a wonderful relationship with her key care givers. There's always some form of activity which keeps the children busy, including activities that you as a family can join in with from time to time. I really do feel like Tiddlywinks is extended family because they honestly truly care for all the children so much and you can see it at pick ups when the children don't want to leave.

Absolutely amazing nursery, they have been beyond brilliant with both of my children and go above and beyond constantly. Helpful, warm and kind staff with a real love for the children they care for! So pleased I chose to go with Tiddlywinks!

The nursery are amazing. I have 2 children at this nursery and the staff are like family and friends to my children, they are a big part of their lives and are fun, creative and professional at the same time. The nursery building provides plenty of learn and play opportunities from reading corners to role play, tuff trays to get creative and messy. The rooms are clean and modern but homely. The outdoor areas are large and have plenty of equipment. They have an app for constant updates as to what the children are up to which is very important to me. Staff are very informative and communicate well, always a handover at the start and end of the day! My children love it here!

My daughter loves Tiddlywinks, all the staff are so amazing with her. I really trust them all. They were amazing with her settling in week and did not mind when I rang for updates. My daughter is so settled there now and is progressing so well. Couldn't recommend them enough.

His confidence is gradually building, and he seems happy and comfortable in the nursery environment. We are pleased with the progress he is making and appreciate the support from the nursery staff.

My son started at Tiddlywinks in November 2025. We are so happy that he has taken really well to the place. He has learnt and grown so much with the warm and attentive staff. Even when home, he talks of the wonderful experiences he has there. He engages in creative activities which have helped develop his gross motor and communication skills. It's wonderful to see our child happy, confident and developing new skills in such a supportive setting.

My dayghter has been attending this nursery since January and i couldn't be happier. The staff are caring, supportive, and create a safe environment for children to learn and grow. My son has been at this nursery since he was 10 months old, he loves it and all the staff made him feel so settled when he first started and he has come on so much since being there, all the staff are great and he enjoys all the different activities they do each week

The staffs are all very helpful and are available anytime whenever you need any help or have any query.

My son has been attending since he turned 1 and his progress has been amazing, it's great to see his confidence, language and social skills develop. I love the small community feel of tiddlywinks and thanks to Claire who made a big effort to get to know my son well and he has a lovely attachment to her. Always friendly and happy staff. Key carers give many updates on how my son is doing each day. My son is non verbal so does require some extra attention to which he receives more than adequately. General manager Greg is also very good and has helped is with giving advice on daily routines.

We couldn't be happier with the care and support our child has received at Tiddlywinks at Hill lane. From day one, the staff have created a warm, nurturing environment where he feels safe, happy, and excited to learn.
