The only bad thing about my move out of the area was that my daughter could no longer attend this nursery. She started when she was nine months old and after viewing a few nursery's, which were depressing, I was so happy to find New Beginnings. My daughter would be the first in most days and would not
even look back at me to say goodbye. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, the kids eat better than we do at home and the activities are always enriching for the children. I could not speak more highly of this nursery and I think I will find it hard to find one of this high standard. Thank you so much New Beginnings, Loughton for helping me to feel confident when sending my child to nursery.

The staff make New Beginnings Day Nursery Loughton what it is. 2024 was a bit of a transitional phase, with my daughter starting reception and leaving New Beginnings and my son continuing his journey with the nursery and moving into the next class albeit on his own.
The support received to transition
both of them was fantastic.
My daughter has settled into school life perfectly and my son has really come into his own. And this is all due to the support and experience of the staff.
My son loves to talk about what he has been doing at nursery and with him being my third child still gives me confidence that I did the right thing in sending my children to nursery.
He is always kept busy and has made loads of little friends. It makes me happy and a sense of relief that he is happy. Thank you to the staff there!

Our son has settled very well and we are so pleased with how he has started at New Beginnings Day Nursery Loughton. He is learning and talking so much and we can really notice his weekly development.

We have been fortunate to have both our children attend this wonderful nursery. Our daughter had an amazing experience here, and now our son is benefiting from the same nurturing, caring environment. The staff are incredibly attentive and dedicated, creating a space where children feel safe, happy,

My daughter is extremely happy here. She has learnt so much and become much more confident since joining. She often comes home and talks about new things she has learnt at nursery, which is lovely. Staff are all very helpful and friendly.

We are so lucky to have the New Beginnings Day Nursery Loughton team look after our children. Our youngest child is currently attending full time, my 2 older children attended from 2017-2022. The staff are knowledgeable, experienced, caring and compassionate. They take really good care of the children
and the facilities are great. My son who is a fussy eater eats everything they give him, kudos to Margarita the chef too. Thanks to all the staff for all your hard work.

I am the mother of the child who is currently attending New Beginnings Day Nursery Loughton. I can tell that she loves it so much and we saw a lot of improvement on our daughter even after 2 months.
All the staff here are so lovely, always willing to help and I can tell they are looking very well
after the kids.

New Beginnings is a wonderful setting with members of staff dedicating their time and energy into ensuring each and every child thrives.
My daughter has gone from strength to strength in the time she has attended and runs in every morning full of excitement for the day. What she has learnt and the
speed in which that has happened has far exceeded my expectations.
New Beginnings strikes a wonderful balance between play and education, ensuring a stimulating learning environment which my daughter loves. Every member of staff takes great care to get to know the individual qualities of each child, adapting daily activities to suit.
The variety of food is second to none and my daughter is always very complimentary about it!

My daughter started in September and it has been a smooth process. The Operations Manager was very helpful in the entire process to get my daughter started. It was a very nerve wracking process but three members of staff in particular, have been very kind and supportive. Now, my child has fully settled
and loves going to nursery. She is very happy at drop off and pick up which I think comes down to how comfortable she is there. The threads on the online journal is great to see how well she is doing. Thanks to all the people in Seahorse room looking after our little girl so well.

Amazing in every way. The staff at New Beginnings are dedicated, professional and the best at what they do.
They are supportive and full of love for the children in their care. As a first-time mum returning to work, the management team and staff were on hand to offer support and guidance for our daughter
but also myself and my partner. The tailored approach reassured us we had picked the best place for our daughter to begin her nursery journey and this hasn't changed.
We love hearing and seeing updates and always feel the staff have time for our daughter along with the parents. The clear communication means we get to see/hear of updates from her day but also fill us with confidence that any issues would be communicated if they arise. We can't thank the team at New Beginnings enough for the hard work they put in, as they help our toddler grow and figure out the big wide world.

The staff at New Beginnings were very supportive during the settling-in period, with phone call updates initially, which helped settle parents' nerves! Furthermore, great interest was taken in our child's daily home routine, and this was reflected in their nursery routine which I believe would make
the settling in more seamless.
I find it useful that daily updates are recorded of food intake and sleep times. The term curriculum is available, I would however find it useful to find out a couple of activities undertaken during the week so we could also reinforce this at home.
Overall, we have been very impressed with the nursery.

My son started nursery in September and found it difficult at first as most children do. The nursery staff were determined to help my son settle in which included tailoring activities and sleeping routine to his liking. The care diary and progress updates on the app kept my wife and I updated at all
times. The staff are great, we get to meet them in turn during picks up.

The team at New Beginnings are absolutely amazing and am so happy that we have sent both of our children here.
Our child who was at New Beginnings was supported so well especially when some issues with his development were identified and they immediately put in a care plan to help support him. Following
that plan his development came alone in leaps and bounds through their continued support for his needs and he is now thriving at school.
Our child who is currently at New Beginnings is also thriving within this environment. He loves talking about the things that he does at nursery and is so proud to show us his artwork.
The space that is available to the children is fantastic and the opportunity to spend time outside on the top deck is amazing giving them the constant indoor/outdoor space that children need.
The staff are so kind and helpful and always willing to take a moment for a chat or a phone call if there are any issues arising or concerns which they then feedback on.

Honestly wonderful - can not speak highly enough of the management or staff; they make each child feel as if they are their only concern. I can't really believe my son loves the management and chefs as much as his key workers - it's like a second family.

My daughter started at New Beginnings in September, and has grown in skills and confidence since. The staff are wonderfully warm and inviting. The rooms are airy and each have their own designated (and safe) outdoor area. The settling-in sessions were great, with lots of communication and reassurance
(which I was very grateful of as a nervous mum). She now absolutely loves her nursery days, which are full of activities that I could never do at home (arts and crafts, messy play, soft play). Her speech and life skills are improving day by day too, which is testament to the care and attention the staff give. But, most importantly, I pick her up and she is happy.

My daughter has been going to New Beginnings for 2 years and absolutely loves it there. The staff are all so lovely and go the extra mile, and you can feel the genuine care they have for the children. They do lots of fun activities and make steps every day to help them become more independent.
