We couldn't be happier with this nursery. The standards are truly outstanding and the staff are incredible! So caring, dedicated and always going the extra mile. My daughter is only two, yet we have been amazed by her educational development and the confidence she has gained. The nurturing environment, encouragement and attention she receives have made such a positive difference. We are so grateful!

She loves attending and has grown in confidence, independence, and social skills. Communication is excellent, and it's clear the team genuinely care about every child. Communication is also excellent. We receive regular updates and photos throughout the day, and the app provides reassuring information about meals, sleep, nappy changes and activities. This transparency gives us real peace of mind

I have had a wonderful experience with staff at this nursery. They are so kind, respectful and caring to my son. They communicate well with me on my sons progress and day.They offer appropriate suggestions and advice which has made a difference.

My daughter began at new beginnings in September 2025 when she was just 9 months old. Shes now 18 months old and absolutely loves her days at nursery! She settled in so well with the support of all the staff and we have never had any worries! She's learning so many new skills all the time, would 100% recommend new beginnings!!

The team have a wonderful balance of routine and spontaneity. The other day there was a beautiful rainbow so they did a rainbow craft. Things like that, really capturing those moments and combining education and creativity, mean the world to us as parents.

Such care is given to our kids' development, nutrition, their growth and goals. We get clear updates on how they are doing, and ongoing communication on wider plans like menus and activities.

I can't sing enough praises for New Beginnings. It's the been the best place for our kids and family.

I regularly receive updates on my child's progress, daily activities, and even photos of what they've been up to, including details of their meals.

If there's a specific area of learning, development, or health that requires extra attention, it's acted upon immediately, and the positive difference is noticeable. NB have a special care with the children that makes us trust they are in very good hands. My daughter loves them and she had learnt so many things. It is really impressive to see her development and how confident she's become over the years she's been at nursery.

I have had an excellent experience. The team is approachable and goes out of their way to put you at ease and build trust. They have worked with me to manage my daughter's allergies. I love seeing photos and videos of their daily activities, which encourages learning through play. But most importantly, my daughter is happy and loves going to nursery, which as a parent is so reassuring and comforting.

My son has been attending since 6 months old and is thriving and hitting milestones on or ahead of time.

The nursery is a family and not a revolving door of new faces. Turnover is low and they are unique in ensuring consistency for the children by balancing the staff across their sites instead of relying on temporary or agency hires.

My son skips in and would stay longer if he could.

Any concern is managed promptly and with professionalism and iits so rare that I feel a massive comfort that my sons needs are met and exceeded.

Management are visible and personable, I just don't think you'd get this with thr bigger chains.

My Son has been attending since Sept 2024, he is now 2 years old and I have been very happy for the whole time he's been there. I feel very comfortable knowing he is in such a positive environment with such caring staff. My son has learnt so much while being there and I have no worries about his development. With no siblings or cousins I can see he is learning to share & take turns which is something I would struggle to teach him at home. My son didn't take long to settle in during his first year and now seems to enjoy going, he loves the water activities & sometimes tells me the names of his friends or what he did. We get regular updates with pictures about his learning and love to see what he's up to. All the staff are warm, friendly and very caring, I get an enthusiastic welcome every morning and a positive update at pick up every day. He always seems to eat well and his nap is consistent keeping his routine in check. We are very grateful to have new beginnings looking after our son

My daughter has been at this nursery since she was 11 months old and every step of her journey to now (2 years old) has been nothing short of amazing. The staff are so attentive and loving. The environment feels so safe and nurturing. She has made lots of friends and her development whilst being here has been incredible. I honestly have nothing negative to say!

Overall we have had a very pleasant experience with New Beginning Day Nursery. The staff and facilities are extremely helpful and caring. The nursery is well run, organised and clean. Staff members give great updates of the children and you can see they care about the children and their learning. Thank you for being such a great place for the little ones.

I am so happy with the care my son has received. I was worried him only being 7 months when he started out. I have been put at ease and he loves his nursery days, always happy on collection.

I have given outside space a "good" rating as I feel it could be bigger and have more stuff for the children to do. But this is just a recommendation, we are still happy with what they have.

My daughter started at New Beginnings Romford in September 2024 and the improvements in her speech, language and overall development have been incredible! Considering she's currently going to nursery twice a week, she settled very quickly and soon felt very comfortable with her key person and all the ladies of the Sweetpea room. My partner and I could not be more grateful for all the wonderful things our daughter has experienced since being at New Beginnings. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because nap time has consistently not been great. I put it down to my daughter being spoilt with blackout blinds and a white noise machine at home and not being used to the difference in nap time set up. Apart from that, we are very happy with our experience with New Beginnings Romford and look forward to our daughter continuing our journey together.

My youngest is currently attending Romford branch, and I have no words of how grateful and blessed we are as a family to have New Beginnings Romford to look after my son. We have no help from family or friends, and so the staff are our extended family and they literally helped us co-parent my son. You go above and beyond for us! Thank you to everyone at the nursery from the bottom of my heart!!
