My children absolutely love going to Nurserytime. My son and daughter both come out with beaming smiles on their faces at the end of each day and full of tales about their day. The app is always updated with info about meals and naps along with lots of photos of their outings and the fun activities
they get up to. The staff are amazing and always show so much love and care for my children.

My son has been going to Nurserytime for 3 years now. From the very first visit, we felt the warmth and care that sets Nurserytime apart. The staff are incredibly nurturing, patient, and attentive. They took the time to get to know our son as an individual - his personality, his interests, and his dance
moves.
Since starting, we've seen such a positive change in him. His confidence has grown, his speech has developed beautifully, and he comes home excited to tell us about his day. It's clear that learning is made fun and engaging, and we love seeing the creative activities and new skills he's developing on the app.
When I was concerned about my son's speech, staff were quick to refer him and complete tests with him at nursery. If I ever have any queries, Helen is always quick to respond and deal with it efficiently.

My daughter loves going to nursery here. The girls are wonderful with her and she learns so much. I feel that she's safe and well looked after, and I love seeing what she's been up to on the app! I'd be very happy to recommend this nursery to others (and have done already!)

My daughter has been attending the nursery since October 2025, and we couldn't be happier with the care, support, and warmth she has received during this time. From the very beginning, the staff have been warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to her well-being and development. She has settled in
wonderfully and clearly feels happy and safe in the nursery environment, which gives us great comfort as parents. One thing we especially appreciate is how thoughtfully the nursery has managed her dairy allergy. Every meal and snack time has been handled with care and responsibility, giving us full confidence that her dietary needs are understood and respected. The staff are always vigilant and open in their communication, which greatly reassures us. It's been wonderful to see how much she has gained in confidence, social skills, and independence since she started. We highly recommend this nursery to any family seeking a caring, attentive, and supportive environment for their child.

Nursery time Sunderland is honestly the most amazing nursery I've ever had a child in, they are the most lovely bunch of staff who care about the children and they honestly go above and beyond to support children aswell as families, Freya has come on massively since starting this nursery and her confidence
has grown, she absolutely loves coming to nursery.
The nursery is very clean and well equipped for the children's development.

My daughter started in January and settled in straight away. She has felt comfortable with the staff from day one and had no issues with the transition.

All the staff are kind and supportive. A special mention to Rebecca and Helen, who are always incredibly helpful and accommodating.

My experience with the nursery has been positive. The staff are caring, attentive, and genuinely interested in the children's development. My child settled in well and seems happy and confident. My daughter has been attending this nursery for over a year now, and the progress she has made has been incredible. She has grown in confidence, developed new skills, and genuinely loves coming in each day. The staff are all so friendly, caring, and welcoming, and it's clear how much they value each
child. Helen, the manager, has been especially wonderful-always helpful, accommodating, and supportive. I couldn't be happier with the care my daughter receives, and I'm so grateful for everything the girls do!

My little girl attends nurserytime south shields, and has done since Sept 25, her social development has absolutely rocketed, and she has made lovely little friends. The staff are incredible, they really care about the little ones and each staff member knows of each child, if not knows them well. They
can be super flexible for my ever changing work schedule. Safeguarding, privacy and professionalism is great.

My daughter was very attached to myself and her dad and was very unsettled when initially leaving her. She started in September when she was 18 month, and a month on from then she has started to settle so easily. This gives us reassurance that she feels comfortable with the staff at nurerytime. The
staff are very kind and patient with my daughtet and I can see how much she adores the staff there. In only a month I can see a great difference in her confidence and her speech, and I can't thank the staff enough for how well she is coming along.

My little one has been coming here since it opened and we love it.
All the staff are friendly and brilliant with the children.
The activities are well thought out so children are learning through play and developing key skills.

/ what they have eaten / naps / nappies so you feel really well informed!
The rooms are all big and airy with high quality toys and furniture.
My little one does cry at drop off due to separation anxiety but then the updates come through and he is smiling on the photos and he even reaches his arms out for the staff now!

Our little girl has come on so much since starting nursery! She's becoming more confident, joining in with the other children, and loves all the creative activities. The staff are wonderful - always warm, welcoming, and full of care. We couldn't ask for a better place for her to grow and learn.

All members of staff at Nurserytime Sunderland are so lovely and helpful. They're always so smiley and you can see how much they care for the children. Great nursery! My daughter loves it. I was always worried for her going as she had only been with me since birth but she has the best time. She is always excited to go in and she always says staff members are nice to her. She loves playing, exploring and being creative with all the activities they do.
It has brought her on so much with her talking, creativity and has brought her out of her shell a lot more being around other children. Learning to share and being more caring with others.

The staff at Nurserytime have been amazing! My little one was hesitant at first but the girls have been so friendly and welcoming that it didn't take her long to warm up to them. She has made friends and loves going into explore and try out new different activities each week. They keep you upto date
via an app and it's just so heart warming to see your child enjoying their time at the nursery. They have really helped take away the mum guilt and you feel content when you know your child is settled and happy. They keep your child clean as best they can and are great to ensure they eat well. They're a great team and take on any feedback. Thank you for everything!

I was very worried about putting my little girl into nursery and how she would settle and be without me, I looked at a few and heard nothing but good about this nursery and they weren't wrong. My little girl has settled so well she just walks in and barely even says bye to me half of the time and she's
so excited when she comes out, telling us all about her day and what she has done. Couldn't recommend enough the staff are so lovely and polite.
