An all round excellent nursery - all of the staff have been very supportive, welcoming and caring. My son took a while to settle in but all of the staff took their time with him to make him feel comfortable. I receive lots of updates via the app throughout the week showing what activities he has been up to, what he has eaten etc and also the same at pick up too. The manager Kirsty is excellent, she's very proactive and supportive. All of the staff are lovely, especially Kirsty & Lesley, you can really tell that they care about the children they look after!

I really appreciate all the love, patience and hard work they put into helping the children feel comfortable, settled and confident. Thank you to everyone at Oberlin Street Nursery for giving me such reassurance and for everything you do!

Staff always welcoming. They keep me updated with everything that is going on with my child. It's easy to contact them and for them to contact myself. I enjoy reading comments about what my child has done, all the updates are put on to the app, which is great. All the staff treat my child with respect and understand her needs.

My son started Teddies in August, and the staff have all been so lovely, kind and welcoming. They have made us feel so comfortable and have really put me at ease. It's been so reassuring knowing he is in such caring hands. Thank you to all the staff for making the transition so positive for both of us.

My son has been attending since he was 9 months old, and he loves going every single day. The teachers provide detailed daily feedback and notice even the smallest changes in him. It brings me so much joy every day to see my son show us at home what he has learned at Nursey.

Absolute exceptional nursery. From management to staff, my son felt settled the very first day he started and absolutely loves it there and the staff. The girls are very reassuring to me about my son and what he's been upto. Special thank you to Sharon, Cody, Laura, Sapia. Debbie the manager is very responsive and attentive. I know all my son's needs are met in that nursery always comes home with a smile on his face.

The nursery always looks clean and welcoming, with lots of lovely messy play activities. Overall, I'm very happy with the nursery. The staff genuinely care about the children.

Staff are always fantastic with the kids, and really helpful at relaying information back to us. They're always very accommodating and we've never had any problems with individuals or in general. They've got a good handle on food provided and restrictions on allergies, and they use the app effectively.n security is good and they're always diligent.

My daughter started bealvale in April, she was always stuck to me so was hard leaving her at the nursery. The staff have helped me settled my daughter in the nursery. My daughter has come on so well by being in nursery. She goes to the staff and talks about her friends. I'm so glad I put her in there. I'm so grateful on how the staff have helped my daughter come on with her colours, numbers and other thing's.

Amazing nursery my daughter loves going and she speaks so highly of the nursery to her family members always saying she loves them and saying all the staff names I was so nervous and anxious about nursery when my girls first started as my oldest was very shy and I had tried a different nursery and she wouldn't settle and be around anyone other than her mum and dad but she settled in amazing when I changed her nursery to this one and it made me feel at ease and comfortable and now I have no anxiety around nursery I'm greatful the staff made me feel at ease. I recommended the nursery to anyone !!!

My son finds it hard to to go to New place and meet new people and he seem to enjoy him self and is happy well he is at nursery and he is really enjoying him self and interacting with other members of the staff and children witch he dose not normally do

Teddies nursery have been great! As an anxious parent they have always been supportive and communicate regularly with us. Even though our daughter only attends two days a week she still has made really good relationships with staff and other children. Teddies has helped us support our daughter through managing her emotions as well as losing her nap, dummy and transitioning into no nappies. There was also never any pressure during these times, they always did what was right for our daughter and us as a family.

We honestly couldn't be happier with Teddies. The staff are all so lovely, caring and welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely care about the children. My son started in September and the difference in him already has been amazing. He's come on so much, and it's lovely to see how much he's learning, growing in confidence and developing since starting. It's so reassuring knowing he's happy, settled and so well looked after. The communication is great, and everything about the nursery has been excellent. We're so grateful to all the staff for everything they do and couldn't recommend this nursery enough.

The nursery is a wonderful environment where both my children have grown and learnt so much. All the staff are amazing! They are warm and welcoming and amazing with the children!! Cannot thank Teddies Nursery enough for everything they do for both my children. They are stars!

We have had such a lovely experience with the nursery so far. From the very beginning, all the staff have been incredibly kind, attentive and caring towards my son. They have made what could have been a difficult transition so much easier for both him and me as a mum.

A special thank you to Abeerah and Rhianne, who have been absolutely amazing. They are so patient, caring and attentive, and you can really see how much they care about the children. They always keep me updated and reassure me when I'm worried, which means so much to me.

Honestly, all the staff members we have met have been wonderful. My son is now settling in so well - he plays, eats, sleeps and, most importantly, he is smiling and enjoying himself! Seeing him so happy there makes me feel so reassured that we made the right choice.

Excellent daycare! Our child always wants to come back. The teachers are super involved and engaging. They helped her integrate into this new environment, even though we have just come to the UK. It's very clean, the food is really good and diverse.

I have seen the Echoes nursery visibly improving, even in the event of having more babies joining out of a sudden because the other nursery for the Uni staff rated with the worst grade at Ofsted. The communication with our parents is great through phone calls, app messages and the verbal feedback everyday when we pick our child up. Our child enjoys going to nursery everyday without any convincing. Moreover, we are a multilingual family and we don't speak English that much at home, but our child speaks and sings in English that sometimes surprises us, thanks to the members so staff here communicating with him nicely.
