Overall Experience

Our key worker is excellent and the general management team are of the same quality. It does seem that they are sometimes short of staff for more junior/support staff. The team make the most out of the existing facilities and the outside area is great for the children. Improvements would be to install

air conditioning for the warmer months as the rooms get very uncomfortable for both the children and staff. The carpets and rooms could do with a general overhaul.
Due to the popularity of the nursery, the children are not necessarily moved up into their next stage rooms at the appropriate time due to a waiting list.
Overall, we are happy with this nursery and would recommend.

Please be reassured that we do have staff that comes to the nursery on a daily basis to assist the nursery staff and we do employ students to help within the nursery. The nursery is cleaned on a regular basis alongside the cleaning of the carpets. We do keep in stock, air coolers when the weather is hot but as a business will look in the future at installing air conditioners. Movement of children within the nursery is not due to waiting lists but movement within the nursery. Please be reassured that the children’s learning and development next step targets will be planned around that individual child’s needs. The children have the opportunity throughout the day to mix with their older peers and play together, especially out in the garden area.

Overall Experience

Pollyanna is an excellent nursery. My son left for school last year and they prepared him well for this transition with no issues at all starting school. My daughter started in the baby room last August and loves it. She was a premature baby but with the nursery's help she has caught up with her peers.

The staff are lovely quickly became familiar with her routine, I love that they have sports and music trained staff who give specialist sessions to all rooms. My daughter spends a lot of time outside when the weather is dry, enjoys messy play, cooking, books etc and she is only 21 months old.

Overall Experience

Since joining Gaytime Nursery my son has grown into a happy child who has developed lots of lovely relationships with the nursery children and staff. The nursery provides a warm and caring environment, where learning is reinforced through play. The nursery sets my mind at ease. My son absolutely loves

going to nursery and has learnt so much while being there. The nursery has interactive and innovative activities, great outside facilities, music and sports coaching. Overall, this nursery is great, I actually don't want my son to leave.

Overall Experience

A number of staff are very friendly and caring towards the children. With my first son, I felt that the pre-school room prepared him well for reception with a more structured day, an emphasis on good manners and times of group listening.
