I really appreciate that all the staff in the nursery especially my child's keyworker and nursery manager keep us updated with everything my child is doing, her progress and how she is interacting with all her friends. Her keyworker always makes an effort to get to know her and build trust. My child
initially had a difficult time adjusting but thanks to all the staff taking good care of her, she has now adjusted really well and enjoying her time at nursery. Thank you all!!

As a mum, choosing the right nursery for my 2.5-year-old was such an important decision, and I couldn't be happier with our experience. Since starting preschool, I've already seen such a positive improvement in his behaviour and social skills. He's becoming more confident, independent, and is learning
to interact and play so well with other children.


The staff are incredibly patient, caring, and understanding. They take the time to really get to know him as an individual, which gives me so much reassurance. I feel completely comfortable leaving him in their care each day.


I'm also very impressed with the nutritious meals and the variety of food provided - he's even trying new things! The outdoor garden is safe and secure, and he loves riding the bikes and scooters while taking part in engaging activities.


His personal care is excellent, and the regular app updates keep me informed and reassured. Overall, we're having such a positive experience and would highly recommend this nursery

We are extremely grateful to have found such a nurturing and thoughtfully run nursery for our child. The staff are exceptionally caring, patient, and attentive. Since attending this nursery, we have seen remarkable growth in our child, particularly in her independence and communication skills.


What

stands out most is the way my child has become much more confident in expressing her needs, thoughts, and feelings, and her vocabulary and clarity of speech has improved noticeably after attending the nursery. The teachers take time to understand every child's temperament, strengths, and needs, helping them grow with confidence and joy. The daily activities are well-planned, age-appropriate, and engaging. The nursery also maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organisation, which is extremely reassuring.


Most importantly, my child looks forward to going to nursery every day, which speaks volumes about the care and environment provided.

My son has been attending Caterpillars Hanwell since September 2025 and he's thoroughly enjoying himself. The staff are incredibly professional and my son has developed a lot since starting nursery.


However, I'm holding back on giving five stars because the nursery's update is quite limited. They

usually upload pictures once a week but sometimes there aren't any picture of my son at all. This makes it difficult for parents like me to know what our children are up to. More consistent and frequent updates would give parents greater reassurance about their children's experiences.

Our first son went to the nursery some years ago and it was an easy choise to stick with the same nursery for the younger one too. It is good to see how happily he always goes there. We also get regular updates and photos through an app, keeping us up to date what has been happening at the nursery.

This nursery has been such a great support to my daughter's growth. They have a range of fun activities each day and my daughter has so much fun she just can't wait to go in the mornings. The food options are always different, and healthy, exposing my child to so many flavours. They keep you in the
loop. And provide reviews to showcase how your child is developing. They also share photos of the activities so you get to see exactly what they do when inside. The team is super friendly and accommodating to the crazy minds of a parent and always there to support with any concerns.

Our child is happy at the nursery, and that's honestly the biggest feedback we could ask for. Seeing them settled, comfortable, and excited to go in each day, which is the most important thing for us as parents.
