We visited a few nurseries before settling for Hungry Caterpillars because when we visited it, I just knew it was the one. The nursery itself is very nice, the staff is super friendly, and the food menu seemed delicious and of course nutritious. It felt like the right place instantly. The best thing
is the accurate updates provided on the app. Even if the child wouldn't eat anything they will mention that. My child seems to enjoy the nursery and we are seeing such positive developments in her. They keeps parents engaged and have lots of fun events. I would definitely recommend.

The nursery has only improved since last April. We cant recommend it enough. Caring carers, loads of engaging activities. My kids have been and are very happy here still.
It is a cosy environment were they feel safe and can develope their individual personalities.

My child has been attending Hungry Caterpillar - Northolt and enjoys every day! The nursery offers a range of learning opportunities through play and really feels like an extended family!
I love how much my child speaks about their day in the evenings and looks forward to seeing friends and teachers.
The staff are friendly and engaging and always keep me informed with my child's day and progress. I absolutely love the little keepsakes and effort that goes into making every occasion special and personal.

The attention to care and development my child gets at Hanwell Hungry Caterpillars is outstanding. Not only that but the time and space Sahra and the team provide to me and my husband to ensure that our requests for our child is always welcomed. Sending your child to nursery is a big step for 1st time
parents, it is even a bigger step if you child has special needs. The most important thing for us is the people taking care of your child and at Hanwell we truly feel our child is getting the best care. It is safe to say that the team here have taken extra special care to ensure our child is included, happy and gone to great lengths to support us with her development and extra support needed. My 10 months baby started the nursery 3 months ago and she loved it from day 1. The staff is like family to her and she's always very excited to go there. Our child just completed 1 year here and genuinely gets excited about "going to school" and seeing her friends and carers every single morning. This to me, is the biggest sign that she is happy and enjoying the experience. Lisa the new Manager, is very focused on continuous improvement and ensuring
that the staff is engaged, compliant and knowledgeable. She takes feedback positively and implements actions to address it. The staff is very friendly, caring and they offer a range of activities to complement children's development. The nursery warmly embraces diversity, celebrating the rich cultures, traditions, and unique backgrounds of every child and family. Communication is great and I particularly love to receive unexpected observation notes about our child, along with pictures of the activity she was doing- always puts a smile in my face! In addition, they share a weekly summary of activities every Friday to keep parents in the loop. I would highly recommend it!

We've had such a positive experience with this nursery. What truly sets them apart is the warm, family-like atmosphere they create every single day. It never feels like a business focused on numbers-instead, the children's comfort, happiness, and emotional well-being are always their top priority.

The staff are so brilliant as Acton Park. So attentive to all the children and really helpful and lovely. Always with a smile! The updated garden areas and play areas are brilliant. My son always has a fantastic time and is so happy at the end of each day. The food is a particular highlight too, delicious
healthy meals being cooked daily. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of sending their children here.

After viewing several nurseries in the area, Hungry Caterpillar Acton stood out for me and I knew this was the right setting for us. The staff here have a genuine care and passion for the profession and everyone is warm and welcoming. My daughter started here in March 2025 and is always eager to attend
nursery. At pick up time she doesn't want to leave and she definitely misses being at nursery if she has been absent or on holiday. They have great outdoor space with a range of activities and equipment for the children as well as shelter for rainy days and there are always several activities set up inside throughout the day. I can see that since starting, my daughter has progressed with her learning and development. There are updates/pictures sent through the app as well as progress reports and meetings to discuss your childs on going development or any concerns. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone looking for a home from home environment with loving and nurturing staff.

I receive detailed entries about my child including what he is eating and how much. Occasionally get photos of him playing or making cards which is very nice to see.

Our son started at Hungry Caterpillars Hanwell in November when he was 9 months old, and he's really enjoying his experience there. The staff have been wonderful - you can really feel the warmth and care as soon as you walk in - and his key worker in particular has been fantastic, he loves her!

team were very flexible when he first started as we tried to work out the best sleep and feed schedule for him in his new environment, and were happy to try out different options and change up his routine until we found something that worked best for him.
Now that he's fully settled in, he seems to be thriving - always smiles on drop off and is really happy when we pick him up.
We always enjoy getting the updates on the app about him and about the Baby Room, and having the daily updates around his food, sleep and nappies is reassuring too.
We're definitely happy that we made the decision to enroll him at HC Hanwell, and think he is too!
