all nursery staff are very helpful and kind when ever I need help they are always there if I have problem with something or need they are there since my son started he he progress a lot thanks to hard working staff

The attention to care and development my child gets at Hanwell Hungry Caterpillars is outstanding. Not only that but the time and space Sahra and the team provide to me and my husband to ensure that our requests for our child is always welcomed. Sending your child to nursery is a big step for 1st time parents, it is even a bigger step if you child has special needs. The most important thing for us is the people taking care of your child and at Hanwell we truly feel our child is getting the best care. It is safe to say that the team here have taken extra special care to ensure our child is included, happy and gone to great lengths to support us with her development and extra support needed. All of this while making it a fun and lovely place. I genuinely look forward to dropping her in every morning as I know she loves it so much! Thank you Sahra, Mehan, Sagal, Amy and all the team! My complete experience with Hungry Caterpillars Hanwell has been faultless. The facilities and resources also continue to impress me and the staff are exceptional and truly embody the attributes of a caring and dedicated nursery workforce. Our son has thrived since attending and we are always welcomed with a happy smile at pick-up time.

My son has been attending Caterpillars Hanwell since September 2025 and he's thoroughly enjoying himself. The staff are incredibly professional and my son has developed a lot since starting nursery.

However, I'm holding back on giving five stars because the nursery's update is quite limited. They usually upload pictures once a week but sometimes there aren't any picture of my son at all. This makes it difficult for parents like me to know what our children are up to. More consistent and frequent updates would give parents greater reassurance about their children's experiences.

Our first son went to the nursery some years ago and it was an easy choise to stick with the same nursery for the younger one too. It is good to see how happily he always goes there. We also get regular updates and photos through an app, keeping us up to date what has been happening at the nursery.

My daughter started at Hungry Caterpillars when she was 11 months old and will stay there until she starts school in September. The staff at the nursery provide a home from home environment. I can drop my daughter and go to work with no worries. I highly recommend this nursery. My daughter can write her name, is articulate and confident. The nursery staff have worked well with me to support my daughter and I am so happy we found this nursery.

We are so happy with Hungry Caterpillars Hanwell! We moved to the area and had to find a new nursery which was daunting as he was so settled at his previous setting, but the team really made an effort to get to know him, settle him in, and now I am so reassured when I see him excited to go in the morning, and happily playing on pick up. The team seem to genuinely care about the children, they do lots of fun activities, leaning in to what the children enjoy and take interest in.

We had to move our daughter to a new nursery at very short notice and we are so pleased we chose Hungry Caterpillar Hanwell. The team could not have been more kind and supportive through what was a very stressful time and did so much to help our daughter settle in. She absolutely loves it there and has formed such a good bond with the lovely staff in a really short time. We have been really impressed with the dedication of everyone there, the setting itself and how far our daughter has come in just a couple of months.

Couldn't love the staff more! They are all professional and most importantly they genuinely care about the happiness and safety of the children. Through the activities they plan, the food they serve and the cuddles they give. My daughter loves to now walk through the door every morning met with a smile and cuddles.

I can't recommend Hungry Caterpillar Nursery in Hanwell highly enough! From the moment my daughter started, she has absolutely loved it. My son has been happier here than he has ever been at previous nurseries. Staff communication has been fantastic. Parental engagement is also strong. The app makes keeping in touch with his day much easier.

Our daughter is very happy at Hungry Caterpillar Hanwell. She has been there for about a year now in the preschool room. Lots of lovely staff who seem to really care. Soon after we joined there was some staff turnover which unsettled things, but they dealt with it well and it now seems to be going really well. They are flexible with extra sessions and supportive of parents. Vegetarian food not as good as previous nursery but not terrible.

My daughter has attended the Hanwell Nursery for approx 18 months, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The staff are all friendly and amazing, both of her key persons have been/are fantastic, and all the staff in the baby toddler room are too. They are always happy to discuss her progress and her day and have provided great support and feedback during her time there; they were particularly great with her toilet training, always encouraging and giving me updates. My daughter is always happy when I collect her, the children are always participating in stimulating activities, and my daughter loves telling me about her day. The nursery has encouraged my daughter to be independent and confident, teaching her day-to-day tasks and has helped improve her social skills. She is currently transitioning to the preschool class, and again, the staff have been great, keeping me informed on her progress and ensuring she feels encouraged and safe going into a new class.
