Hungry caterpillar adventures in Mini Moons

The hungry caterpillar has landed in mini moons this morning helped pick out some toy fruits that they knew were told in the book, we then went over to the drawing and painting table where they independently drew their interpretation off the fruits and then painted them in. We also discussed during this activity, what colours they were using and what fruit they were drawing. "I painting yoghurt", "I drawing a green apple" We then continued this activity outside where they used Lego to 'make some fruit for The Hungry Caterpillar'. ??
