Very happy with the nursery. My daughter started here a couple of months ago and after a short period of settling in she now seems to really enjoy it. The staff are very kind and caring , with regular communication to keep parents informed. I am also very happy with the menu which is nutritious and
healthy, and the lovely garden. My husband and I definitely feel we made the right choice with this nursery having moved into the area recently. We would highly recommend.

We are very happy with NFamily Buckhurst Hill nursery and the wonderful team who take care of our one-year-old son. The staff are kind, patient, and truly caring. They create a safe and loving environment where he feels comfortable and happy every day. We can see how much he is learning and growing,
and it gives us great peace of mind knowing he is in such good hands. Thank you to the entire team for your dedication and support.

We've been really pleased since our toddler has arrived at the nursery. He usually struggles adapting to a new environment but he's really progressed since being at n family. They also send so many photos and updates of what they're doing during the day, which is lovely.
The facilities are
brilliant and we particularly enjoy the cafe area, especially the croissants in the morning!
We're looking forward to our daughter joining soon in April.

Absolutely fabulous nursery. The team are genuinely attentive and enthusiastic about the children - not just their day-to-day care, but their development and overall wellbeing.
The environment is calm, welcoming and beautifully set up; even the décor feels thoughtful and zen. There's a great
range of well-coordinated activities on offer each day, and the children all seem happy, engaged and settled.
The food is freshly cooked on site with no processed options (i.e. no cereal is served), which really sets it apart. My son is genuinely happy going in, and having experienced other nurseries, none compare. We couldn't be more pleased.

Thank you so much to the team at N Buckhurst Hill! We have had a seamless experience from visiting their open days, signing our little one up for nursery and to now where he is thriving with each day he goes there!
The whole team make you feel like your child is the only child that matters. All of
the staff are exceptional at their jobs - I honestly don't know how you do it!

We've had a very positive experience with the nursery. From the start, the team helped my child settle in with patience and care, which made a big difference to his confidence. Communication has been excellent, and I always feel informed about his day, what he has eaten and the activities he has
enjoyed. The weekly updates about events and menus are especially helpful and make it easier to prepare him for the days he attends. Even on busier days or when there is a mix of ages, the environment is managed with attention and consistency. I can see how the staff adapt activities so he still feels safe, engaged and supported. He comes home talking happily about what he has done and is always excited to return.
Overall, the nursery is warm, welcoming and well organised. Drop-offs and pick-ups are smooth, and it's clear he is cared for with genuine kindness. We feel very reassured and grateful for the positive experience he has every time he attends.

We are extremely pleased with N club nursery. Our baby has adapted so well and she loves going in the nursery. The staff is amazing and welcoming, the food is nice and nutritious and the facilities are extremely clean and well kept. We couldn't be more happy about our choice of joining N. Thank you

My daughter absolutely loves her days at N! She had an emotional start but the staff members all helped to make her feel comfortable and settled! She now walks into her family room every morning with a smile on her face.
The app it's such a great way of me checking in on her and what's she's been
doing in her day.
It's such a warm and welcoming environment and I couldn't be happier with the support I've received with the settling in period.
Thank you to all the amazing staff members - your doing an outstanding job!!
