My 3-year-old son loves Alphabet House Nursery! The staff are caring, friendly, and truly dedicated to the children. The setting is clean, welcoming, and full of fun, creative activities that help the kids learn and grow. We've seen such great progress in his confidence, speech, and independence.
Communication with parents is excellent too. Couldn't recommend Alphabet House enough - it's a wonderful place for little ones to thrive!

My child has been going to this nursery for just over a year. The nursery newly opened when we joined, and we have seen the nursery improve as it has found its feet. There is a lot of oversight and support from their Head of Operations who has been based out of Gallions for some time - there has
been a change of management a few times, so I am pleased that she ensures that the standard of care is high and is very involved with individual children's development. Nursery assistants do tend to change but the main practitioners do give a handover and feedback on my child's activities throughout the day and they log activities and meals through the app. Whilst I found it was challenging at the beginning of my child's toilet training for the staff to be consistent and he had quite a few accidents due to not making him visit often enough, we have finally got there. Overall my child continues to make huge progress in learning, independence and social skills in this setting.

The staff are always attentive, kind and genuinely caring. Every day at the collection, they take time to speak with me about her day has been, which us really appreciate.We also receiving sometimes photos of her, it's lovely to see her what she is been doing, which I really appreciate. I wish
that could be everyday.
Absolutely amazing, highly recommend!!

While it has only been a couple of weeks, I am very happy with the choice we've made for our son's nursery. The space is gorgeous, the staff is so nice and understanding and the managers take the time to answer our questions. My baby has been settling in well and seems very happy there. The app is
great as well.
