I've come to know the teachers and manager; they are approachable and easy going.
I don't have any complaints, their service has been good thus far.

The nursery staffs are reliable and very professional in their duties. The manager was really supportive by put me through the process of registering my little one.I would advise all parents to do their due diligence when choosing a nursery but I recommend Bright explorers nursery for all parents. Five star nursery!

The team from the teachers all the way to the management staff have been fantastic, they have always shown us compassion and have treated my children with the love and encouragement you would expect from an early years setting. My working hours are not always regular and the team have been flexible week on week making sure that my children are looked after and are safe. Both children are very different when it comes to their development, but the team have worked with us from the start to make sure that both had their needs met and that the approach to teaching them was adjusted as needed.
I cannot recommend this nursery enough.

My son settled into the nursery well and it's more than happy to go in each day. He's needs are met and he feels comfortable he enjoys the time he spends there and Ive seen an improvement. My son is speech delayed and my son's had no issues there at all.

The teachers at bright explorers day nursery are lovely, they spend time with the children and from the outside looking in they enjoy their job, giving the children their best shot at early education. The nursery allows teachers to pay a close attention to kids and be aware of what is going on. Management is approachable and polite, ready to discuss concerns and find solutions.

From start to finish the nursery and the staff have been very supportive of My Daughter that has challenging behaviour. I am very happy with this setting and I will keep her there until she reaches compulsory school age. I have had several issues with my child and they have been very supportive in all of the processes. They are easy to approach and the manager is very understanding.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Bright Explorers Day Nursery. While the staff who work directly with the children are kind and caring, the manager, has been incredibly difficult to work with. Her attitude has been rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful, and the nursery appears to be poorly organized. My son, who is delayed in speech and showing signs of autism, requires additional support. Unfortunately, rather than working with me to put an appropriate plan in place, the manager has been dismissive and uncooperative. I strongly advise parents, particularly those with children who have additional needs, to avoid this nursery. The lack of support, understanding, and compassion from management has been extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this setting to families seeking a nurturing and inclusive environment.
