The nursery has been thoughtfully designed to offer children a home away from home. The bright and spacious rooms ensure they have all the space they need to explore and be creative, and the fabulous team work hard to make sure each day is filled with adventure.

    We’re open 51 weeks per year, excluding bank holidays and 3 team development days a year. All nurseries will close for one week between Christmas and New Year.

My daughter is absolutely thriving at Kinderzimmer - it truly is the best nursery she has ever attended. From the moment we joined, we felt welcomed, supported, and genuinely cared for.


The staff are absolute gems! Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine love for the

children shine through in everything they do. It's always a pleasure interacting with the team, and I can see how happy and confident my daughter has become under their care.

A wonderful nursery in every sense!


We couldn't be happier with our experience at KinderzimmerChelmsford.
From the moment you walk in, you feel the warmth and kindness of the staff - every single person genuinely cares about the children and takes the time to get to know them as individuals.


Our

daughter absolutely loves her days there. She's developed so much since joining; her confidence, language and imagination have all blossomed. And, above all, she's happy. She runs in with a smile most mornings and comes home full of stories about what she's been doing.


The facilities are fantastic: bright, creative spaces indoors and a brilliant outdoor area that's used whatever the weather. There's such a lovely mix of structured activities and free play, and it's clear that the team put real thought into creating engaging, educational experiences each day.


It's reassuring knowing she's in an environment that's both nurturing and stimulating.

We have been so happy with Kinderzimmer Chelmsford. They took our daughter from 6 months and she seems to really be enjoying it. Her key workers are lovely and so genuinely invested in her development. They have been a great support with weaning and crawling. Very happy parents.

Our son has recently joined Kinderzimmer and the bond he has already formed with his key person is amazing. We have felt really supported and understood during his settling in and felt confident leaving him.
The resources and activities the children get to do on a daily basis are exceptional. We are
especially impressed by the weekly outings to the park and other local areas that other nurseries don't seem to be offering.
All in all, we feel our son can really thrive in this nurturing environment, spending a lot of time outside, exploring the world around him and enjoying nutritious food. He eats really well, sleeps well and is a content, happy boy when we pick him up. We couldn't ask for more!
On a last note, it is so lovely to see that a lot of the staff already know his name even those that don't work in his room which is proof of the commitment of the staff and the close-knit environment they have created.

Our daughter has recently started nursery at Kinderzimmer Chelmsford.
We could not be happier with how she is getting on. She loves it and the staff are so friendly, welcoming and brilliant with the little ones.
We knew Kinderzimmer was the nursery for us as soon as we walked through the door on our

We love Kinderzimmer! Our daughter has been warmly welcomed by everyone (and I mean everyone!), making the transition so easy and positive for both her and us. The environment is calm and beautiful with a wonderful array of interesting toys and play areas. The sleeping area for babies is dark and quiet.
The food menu is varied and healthy. All the staff make such an effort to make the days fulfilling and fun for the children. They seem to deeply care about all of the children they look after. It's great to receive updates throughout the day on what's happening at the nursery. Our daughter enjoys it so much that often she doesn't want to come home at the end of the day!

The nursery has been a fantastic environment for my child to thrive in his early years.
The staff are incredible and truly care about my child's growth, development and positive relationships with his peers. I particularly love how the staff consistently treat each other with kindness and care; an
important life skill for the children to observe.
The facilities are world-class and I have seen my child grow and thrive in this environment. I chose to move my child from another nursery when Kinderzimmer opened. I was hesitant at first because my child was settled and I had no real issues, but from week one when I collected my child from Kinderzimmer they were happy, well fed, a clean nappy, and well rested. A huge relief for a mum who wants the best for their child.
We are so impressed with Kinderzimmer's facilities, the food, the staff, and the communication.

Our 20-month-old has been attending this nursery for the last 5 months, and we couldn't be happier. The key workers are dedicated and compassionate, understanding each child's unique needs. The office staff and management are always approachable and responsive. The Montessori-style learning has helped
our child flourish, and the outings provide wonderful new experiences for the children.
Our son's language skills have developed significantly, and he has formed a special bond with all the staff in the baby room.
We greatly appreciate the daily photos and progress reports, which allow us to feel connected to our children's day even when we're apart.
Leaving my child to return to work was daunting, but this nursery made it so much easier. We are incredibly grateful for the team's unwavering commitment to our child's happiness and development. Highly recommended!

As I'm sure most parents can understand, the idea of leaving my baby bubble and sending my son to nursery terrified me - and then we found Kinderzimmer. Firstly, I was blown away by how beautiful it is, and then we met the incredible staff. Everybody is so friendly and I feel like they're genuinely
invested and passionate about our little boy's growth and development. He adores his key person and they've struck up such a bond already, which means the world to us. The updates through the app are brilliant. I can see what (and how much) he's eaten, when he was last changed, and even when he's sleeping! He's always getting to experience new and exciting activities that we'd never even think to do at home - and lots of these are outdoors too. We're constantly amazed by the new things he can do and believe the nursery plays a big part in this. There were nurseries closer to our home but none of them topped Kinderzimmer for us. We are beyond happy with it!

Kinderzimmer Chelmsford has been an absolute blessing for our family. From the moment we first stepped through the doors, we felt a sense of warmth, welcome and belonging; our little one automatically engaged with the environment and played with the manager on our first visit!
The staff at Kinderzimmer
have a genuine, palpable passion for nurturing young minds. They are all incredibly caring and knowledgeable, and it is clear that they are deeply invested in each child's growth and development.
It's been lovely to see my daughter forming special bonds with all members of staff. She wakes up excited to go to nursery, and we are so happy to have found a learning environment that matches so well with her independent outdoorsy nature.

We moved our son to Kinderzimmer recently. We are so pleased with our decision. The nursery itself is amazing with fantastic facilities and a beautiful setting for children to grow and develop. What makes this nursery exceptional is the staff. They genuinely love their role in caring for your child,

We are extremely happy that we picked Kinderzimmer, Chelmsford. We looked at four nurseries in the area and it was clear from entering Kinderzimmer that this was the one for us.
From the initial online registration, the joining process has been smooth. Everything from the fees to the settling-in sessions
has been simple, easy to understand and complete. Everyone that works at Kinderzimmer has been welcoming and friendly and we liked the fact that there was a separate role of housekeeper for meals and cleaning. The menus sound delicious. The design, equipment and outdoor space are all excellent. Our little boy seems to enjoy his days in the baby class and we are pleased he settled in well and look forward to the updates we receive through the app.
Would highly recommend it.
