My son joined in June 25 at 3yrs in Badger group and then in Sept 25 became an Owl, just under a year I have seen him flourish to exceptional levels.
The pre-school is second to none offering a wide variety of activities from swimming to ballet to music to French. The outside space is utilised at every opportunity. The team are amazing, caring and professional. They are supportive and really get involved in making sure the kids have the best start, with exciting learning through play.

Little Lodge Pre-School has given my son an amazing start and I have no issues that he will go on to have a great start at state primary. I wholeheartedly believe this is down to his time at Little Lodge.

We're so happy we chose this nursery for our son. The staff are genuinely lovely and always go above and beyond to make sure the children are happy, safe, and well looked after, it really shows how much they care.

The setting is warm and welcoming, and our son clearly enjoys his time there. The on-site parking is a big bonus and makes drop-offs and pick-ups really easy.

We're also really pleased with the menu, there's a great variety of food.

Our son is so happy at Yateley Manor and is learning new things every day, which is lovely to see. The outdoor space is fantastic, and we really value that the children get outside to play every day. His key worker is amazing, and we're so grateful to the whole team for their kindness and support.

Overall, we feel very lucky to have found this nursery and would happily recommend it to other parents.

Our little girl joined Little Lodge nursery in January and from the second we arrived with her we knew she was in safe hands. The staff are all so professional and friendly, particularly my daughter's key worker. The regular updates on the app have been brilliant, with photos and observations through out the day. She has tried new foods each week which she really enjoys and we have noticed a big improvement with her language development and confidence. My daughter has been very happy here and we couldn't be more pleased with our choice. Thank you Little Lodge.

Our child joined the baby room (The Nest) in September 2025, and we have been very pleased with his progress and development. We started nursery with our little one in the next room (for under 2's) only earlier this year and it's been brilliant from the first day for us. The staff were brilliant in helping our little one settle in at his own pace and really did an amazing job of looking after him and offering useful advice for us parents at home. Our little one has recently picked up his talking abilities a significant amount and at home he speaks the names of his teachers all the time, he's clearly built a great bond with the staff, and it shows. Unfortunately we're moving country soon so had to take the sad decision to take our little one out of nursery ready to move country. I hope that when we do move the staff we have looking after our child are as dedicated, thoughtful and as kind as those we've had the pleasure of meeting at Little Lodge Nursery. We're already missing this place and I know our child is too! Thanks for everything once again!

My daughter has been attending the nursery since March in the baby room and she absolutely loves it! The staff are brilliant and the care, attention and support that they provide has been outstanding.
My daughter attends 3 times a week, all year round and even asks to go on her non-nursery days. She goes in happy and comes out happy and I couldn't ask for more than that.
The staff are very supportive of the children and they also help support what you are trying to achieve at home.

A really wonderful nursery and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I have two children at Little Lodge Nursery and have been pleased with our experience. The staff are very caring and attentive and listen to any concerns we have. They have access to large outdoor spaces giving the children room to explore and play. The variety of extra-curricular activities the pre-school children particularly engage in is great. They also now take children from 9 months and I have been very impressed with the care they take and activities they engage in with this age group.

Our daughter has just "graduated" from Nursery after being at Yateley Manor Little Lodge since the age of 2.
We were drawn to Little Lodge because of its connection to Yateley Manor School and the way the school includes the nursery children in school life. This doesn't only include access to the amazing facilities that the school has such as swimming, music and French lessons but also to including them in day to day school life integrating them with the older children.
Since our time at school the Nursery has moved into its own designated Early Years Centre which is an amazing space giving the children the ability to learn through play.
The staff are all fantastic and they show so much care for each child.

They use the app to keep you updated on your child's progress together with detailed handovers at pickup, parents evening and stay and play events. Thank you for all you have done you have helped create and shape some amazing memories for my daughter and for us!

I am a mother who wanted to keep her child with his Nanny till he had to start school at 5. My husband wanted him in a nursery from 4 for the socialisation and routine however I was unsure. We looked at so many nurseries and then we walked into Little Lodge and my whole view of nurseries changed.
My son started in September and he is loving it so much. He has come so far already! He took part in his first harvest festival, and to see him sit with the other students and participate was a joy.

He is currently on half term and he is missing pre-school so much and has been asking every day to go in.

My daughter was at Little Lodge for two years and it prepared her well for the start of school. Hello My name is Darcy.
I have worked with children for the last 10 years in nurseries, crèches and private nannying. What I enjoy most about working with children is seeing the world through their eyes, spending time outside and creating messy play activities.

My hobbies are doing reformer Pilates classes, going for long walks, spending time with my loved ones and making special memories.

Isabella Pennington

I’m Bella, a bank staff member at Little Lodge. My interest in childcare began during my GCSEs, where studying the subject sparked a real passion for supporting children’s early development. Growing up surrounded by younger family members also gave me plenty of hands-on experience and helped me feel confident and comfortable in childcare settings.

I love being part of children’s growth, watching them learn new skills, gain confidence, and reach exciting milestones is incredibly rewarding. Alongside my role at Little Lodge, I’m currently studying Law with Criminology at university. Working with children while completing my degree allows me to balance my academic interests with something I genuinely enjoy.
