The staff have been great with our son. They communicate well with us and he loves his time at nursery. We've found that the staff are very attentive. We're excited for his continued development as we have seem growth already.

My little one started Bright Horizons Cedar House Day Nursery and Preschool ten months ago and as a parent of three, I couldn't be happier with how well my little one has settled. Management and all employees are helpful. As a parent, when dropping my little one, she is always happy and this puts me at ease. I strongly recommend Cedar House.

Initially, we were really worried to drop off our 10-month-old baby somewhere new with unknown people. But, it has been such an amazing journey since November 2023. She is happy when we pick her up and happily wants to go to her caretakers, who are all very caring and friendly. Getting regularly informed about her meal and nap times along with activities being done with the children is reassuring to say the least. Cherry on the cake is the absolutely new setup with all the wooden toys and lots of greenery in and around the nursery. Couldn't have asked for a better place to keep our baby safe, fed and happy while we work.

My daughter just recently started in toddlers' rooms. She has settled so quickly and adapted so quickly to the safe. They are so caring and seem engaged. I'm glad they accommodate every change we request and the food variety is amazing for my daughter she loves all the food it well well-balanced as well

This nursery has fantastic facilities (both inside and out), is clean, bright and welcoming. The staff are warm, attentive and professional. My child thoroughly enjoys their time here and I can't recommend it enough.

A lovely nursery with excellent staff who have shown a lot of affection, care and attention to my daughter. She started her settles in January (10 months old) and soon after, has fully settled into her nursery routine and now loves her days there. Care, food and communication all excellent and would have no hesitation recommending to other parents!

Nikol moved to London from the Czech Republic ten years ago and is fluent in Czech, English, and French. With over 12 years of experience in Early Years education, she holds a BA Hons in Childhood and Youth Studies, as well as a Special Needs Coordinator qualification. Nikol is passionate about providing the best care and support for young children, helping them grow and develop in a nurturing environment. Outside of the nursery, she enjoys cooking and exploring different cultures, always bringing new ideas and creativity into her work with the children.
Jacki has been with Bright Horizons since 2013, initially starting in a part-time capacity.
Having worked across all the nursery rooms, she has a comprehensive understanding of the diverse routines and offers outstanding assistance to all the children's activities. Additionally, equipped with a degree in Primary Education, Jacki uses all her expertise to support preschooler's transition to school.
In their role as Deputy Manager, she prioritises forging strong connections with both children and families throughout the nursery.
