Welcome to Bright Horizons Cedar House.

The nursery is on new premises, replacing their former nursery Bush Hill Park, where their team provides excellent care and education to children aged 3 months to 5 years and facilities will include three large baby rooms, two toddler rooms and one preschool room. The nursery is ideally located with easy to access transport links, including Bush Hill Park Rail Station being just a three-minute walk from the nursery with regular services heading to London Liverpool Street. Also, it’s near Enfield town centre, being approximately a two-minute drive away.

Some of the exciting features are a large garden for children to feel inspired and be adventurous. There will also be free flow access to the gardens from the preschool and toddler rooms, and a dedicated baby sleep room for the young ones to relax after a busy day of exploring; and while your child is busy exploring and having fun, the team can keep you updated via their Family app. Available for all Bright Horizons parents, this will keep you connected with your child's day-to-day experiences and up to date as they develop during their time with the nursery

Our son attended the nursery from 11 months old until he left to go to school. The quality of care was consistently excellent and our son thrived in a safe, caring and nurturing environment, so much so that our baby is due to start there next month. I would recommend this nursery to anyone. Particular
highlights include the fresh, nutritious meals prepared by their wonderful team, as well as the outdoor area/Forest area.

Both of our children have attended this nursery and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, the care and attention they have received has been outstanding. The staff are incredibly warm, approachable, and genuinely invested in the children's wellbeing and development. It
really does feel like one big family, and that sense of community has helped both of our children thrive.
The facilities are excellent - bright, modern and thoughtfully designed to support little ones as they learn and grow. Every detail feels geared towards creating a safe and nurturing environment.
We have complete confidence in the team here and are so grateful for the support they've given our family. We couldn't recommend the nursery more highly.

We are very happy with the care and attention our daughter has received since she started at the nursery. Our key worker and all the staff of the baby room have been wonderful. The nursery feels like one big family with all the staff we have met being so friendly and helpful. The facilities at the new

Our little one has been at Bright Horizons since 2022 and has loved every room (baby, nursery, and now preschool) and really benefitted from the care and expertise of his four key workers. He always runs into preschool with a massive smile and happily chunters about his day on the walk home. The homemade
food is good too, he loves his friends and playing with all the other caregivers and educators. Management does a great job - always accessible and there's a positive atmosphere. And, of course, the new building and facilities are brilliant- especially the garden.

I was a very nervous first-time parent - my son started settles at 8 months old. Bright Horizons Cedar House Day Nursery and Preschool staff were incredible, super supportive, attentive and responsive to all my worries, questions and queries. Fully accommodating dietary requirements and changes accordingly
and most helpful for me - keeping up with regular updates on the app.
Two years on, we can honestly say staff have become an extended family for my son and he absolutely loves the new venue. It's big, spacious and equipped with excellent Montessori toys. Our particular favourite is the easy access to the outside garden space each of the rooms has. The garden has an 'explore' area, a grow/flower patch and flat ground for play. Really great atmosphere and as parents, we love having a little peep into the room or garden during pick up and watch our little one play! He loves it.
P.S. my fussy eater loves the food.

My son loves going to nursery even more so since they have been in the new building. It's so bright, spacious and has lots for the kids to play with.

Initially, we were really worried to drop off our 10-month-old baby somewhere new with unknown people. But, it has been such an amazing journey since November 2023. She is happy when we pick her up and happily wants to go to her caretakers, who are all very caring and friendly. Getting regularly informed
about her meal and nap times along with activities being done with the children is reassuring to say the least. Cherry on the cake is the absolutely new setup with all the wooden toys and lots of greenery in and around the nursery. Couldn't have asked for a better place to keep our baby safe, fed and happy while we work.

Nikol moved to London from the Czech Republic ten years ago and is fluent in Czech, English, and French. With over 12 years of experience in Early Years education, she holds a BA Hons in Childhood and Youth Studies, as well as a Special Needs Coordinator qualification. Nikol is passionate about providing the best care and support for young children, helping them grow and develop in a nurturing environment. Jacki has been with Bright Horizons since 2013, initially starting in a part-time capacity.


Having worked across all the nursery rooms, she has a comprehensive understanding of the diverse routines and offers outstanding assistance to all the children's activities. Additionally, equipped with a degree in Primary Education, Jacki uses all her expertise to support preschooler's transition to school.
