They regularly organise wonderful extracurricular events, such as bingo nights and family fun days, which bring families together and help build meaningful relationships. Our daughter has been at Cedar House since August 2024 and we love it. The team are fantastic, facilities are great and the menu is healthy and varied. My 2 daughters went to Bright Horizons from age 1-4, the staff were always fantastic and the activities were excellent especially in preschool to have fun and prepare them for school. The staff follow their procedures assiduously as far as I can tell, always documenting any injuries carefully and keeping to their ratios. I don't worry about my kids while they are there. The food is also great.

My daughter is having a great time attending Cedar House. She is excited to go to school every day, she seems very happy and enjoys telling us about her teachers, friends and what she does at school. I feel she is being taught very well and learning a variety of subject matters that is supporting her developmental growth.

Our son attended the nursery from 11 months old until he left to go to school. The quality of care was consistently excellent and our son thrived in a safe, caring and nurturing environment, so much so that our baby is due to start there next month. I would recommend this nursery to anyone. Particular highlights include the fresh, nutritious meals prepared by their wonderful team, as well as the outdoor area/Forest area.

Fantastic staff who are really invested in the children. The team have worked with me to encourage my son to eat and drink independently and have encouraged him walk as he was reluctant before. My son is loving being here and has settled into a good routine. Good communication with parents too. I would 100% recommend this nursery!

Really happy with the service at this nursery and my daughter loves it. Great indoor and outdoor spaces. Lovely staff and great communication from them. Management is always available and responds quickly to anything raised.

Facilities and teachers are amazing; our daughter loves going to the nursery. The chef is amazing too and all children love her food. My child has been going since she was a baby and has changed between rooms but the level of care has remained high and wonderful. She feels so at home and has learned so much.

Our little one has been at Bright Horizons since 2022 and has loved every room (baby, nursery, and now preschool) and really benefitted from the care and expertise of his four key workers. He always runs into preschool with a massive smile and happily chunters about his day on the walk home. The homemade food is good too, he loves his friends and playing with all the other caregivers and educators. Management does a great job - always accessible and there's a positive atmosphere. And, of course, the new building and facilities are brilliant- especially the garden.

Nikol moved to London from the Czech Republic ten years ago and is fluent in Czech, English, and French. With over 12 years of experience in Early Years education, she holds a BA Hons in Childhood and Youth Studies, as well as a Special Needs Coordinator qualification. Nikol is passionate about providing the best care and support for young children, helping them grow and develop in a nurturing environment. Outside of the nursery, she enjoys cooking and exploring different cultures, always bringing new ideas and creativity into her work with the children.
Jacki has been with Bright Horizons since 2013, initially starting in a part-time capacity.
Having worked across all the nursery rooms, she has a comprehensive understanding of the diverse routines and offers outstanding assistance to all the children's activities. Additionally, equipped with a degree in Primary Education, Jacki uses all her expertise to support preschooler's transition to school.
In their role as Deputy Manager, she prioritises forging strong connections with both children and families throughout the nursery.
