Overall Experience

As first-time parents, we visited plenty of nurseries prior to choosing Joyful Tots Redhill. What stood out was that this is a small nursery, which means the staff knows every child. Our little one started attending Joyful Tots last month October 2023. Easy drop offs and pick ups, as there is a car park attached to the property. Security to get into the nursery is good with CCTV. Every morning we receive a warm smiley welcome from either the nursery manager or our key person. Plus, a full debrief at pick up.
Via the app, we can see updates throughout the day (nap, food, nappy changes, etc). This proved incredibly reassuring, especially during the early settling-in period. With new management, I can see that there is a more structured learning programme in place. I especially, appreciate all staff members working tirelessly to ensure the children are learning and well looked after.

I look forward to seeing my child thriving in this setting.

Overall Experience

Joyful Tots is a great nursery. It has a great staff that communicates well. The staff are very engaging with children. They correspond well with parents and make sure you are aware of their child’s performance.

Overall Experience

My two daughters are going to the nursery and they are really happy there. Two and a half and 8 months, and they love to go, the activities. The older one tells us the activities and she loves them. And the little one is so happy when we pick them up as well.

They have different activities every day, well-prepared, so they learn things while playing. The staff is lovely and friendly and they look really caring after the children. I strongly recommend it.

Absolutely brilliant! The manager has made the whole transition of our son starting very simple, they have turned the nursery into an enriching environment where my son is thriving!
The staff are caring and kind and well informed and always happy to talk and ask questions, they have created fun, educational and engaging activities for my son that he talks about!
They communicate very well, both verbally at drop off and picks and over their online system too, seeing some photos of him playing and having fun means the world to us! The most important thing is that he is safe and happy and I have no doubts at Joyful Tots!
