My son started this nursery in September, and since then he has come on in leaps and bounds. He went from being a child who would only speak to his parents to now chatting confidently with everyone! His confidence has grown so much in such a short time. He has formed lovely bonds with many members of staff, and it's clear they truly care about the children. Every member of the team is so kind, nurturing, and dedicated and it really shows in everything they do. Having four children, I've experienced my fair share of nurseries, but this one tops them all! I'm so glad I chose this place for my son

I have always been sending my daughter since she was 8 months and I couldn't really complain with the care that my daughter is receiving until now that she is 2. My daughter's development has always been excellent. They have always been flexible with our schedule demands and the staff were really amazing.

Joyful Tots has been an absolutely wonderful place for my daughter and I couldn't be happier with the care and attention she receives there. From day one, all of the team have been warm, welcoming, and genuinely invested in her happiness and development. She gets so excited about messy play that the staff set up and the different designated play areas, each thoughtfully set up to spark creativity, curiosity, and fun. She also looks forward to the weekly dance and music sessions which are held, often coming home showing me what she has learned. One thing that really stands out is how well the staff communicate. The App is amazing, keeping me informed about the activities she has got up to, termly reports and how much she has eaten that day. It's such a reassuring touch and shows how much the staff truly care. I honestly so glad I chose Joyful Tots for my Daughter and couldn't be happier in her development or their care for her. Would highly recommend.

My son has just started Reception after attending Joyful Tots, and I couldn't be happier with the care he received. The staff were so kind and supportive, helping him grow in confidence and thrive. thanks to the amazing team and great leadership/managers . Highly recommend!!!

We've had such a great experience with this nursery since my son started in April 2025. After attending a few free taster sessions, it was clear to me that this was the right place-the children already attending were always happy, played well together, and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The staff have been fantastic from day one. They're friendly, kind, and always have a positive attitude. My son has settled in so well, and that's a real credit to their patience and care. Handovers are always informative, and I really appreciate the regular updates throughout the day via the app-it's lovely to see what he's been up to! We feel very lucky to have found such a nurturing environment, and we're excited to increase his hours soon. A big thank you to all the staff for making it such a great start to his early years.

I've been taking my almost 4-year-old to Joyful Tots for two years now, and my baby has been attending since she was 9 months old. I can't recommend this nursery enough-it's truly fantastic! The team is incredibly creative, always coming up with fun and engaging games, as well as a variety of external activities that my little ones absolutely love. Every morning, they go in happily, which speaks volumes about how much they enjoy their time there. Communication is excellent. We always receive a helpful update at pick-up, which keeps us informed about their day, and I love checking the app for photos and posts about what they've been up to. The staff know our children so well, offering personalized attention, including thoughtful care for any special needs. One of the things I appreciate most is how the children share a space while still having separate activities when needed. This setup creates a wonderful bond between babies and toddlers, fostering a warm and inclusive environment.

My son joined Joyful Tots Nursery in Sept 2024 and he loves it there! I have seen so much improvement in his speech and communication since he joined. The staff are very helpful and they keep me informed of my child's activities (nappy, food, sleep) in the app which gives me ease of mind. It's also very easy to book ad-hoc days so I know I can rely on this nursery for any urgent childcare needs. Joyful Tots also runs a variety of activities for the kids which keeps my son engaged. Glad I picked Joyful Tots as my son's nursery.

Both my children attend joyful tots. My daughter is 4 and my son is nearly 2. The nursery really is another home. Every day I get sent updates with pictures of what they are doing what they've eaten you really feel like you are there every step. They have come out of their shells since being here and that is thanks to the girls here. They have a baby room so they can sometimes play together and also get the chance to make their own friends. I love the fact they don't just play but they are learning. My daughter can now write her own name. Not only that they do mini athletics and sports day. They have little day outs which I love as they are getting to know their community and working for the NHS mainly with the elderly I really love the fact they visit them in homes! They know my kids inside out and really do feel like family and we will be sad when my kids have to leave to go primary school it's just such an amazing place. Honestly is the best nursery any parent can wish for.

The staff are amazing. My grandchildren love going and spend their days there to the point it's hard to get them to leave. The staff are great at teaching the children how to learn in a fun way, it's really a great environment.

I watch how my great grandchild is developing as a child, the respect she has for her peers, the alertness and openness to learning, it's incredible. Without being prompted, my great grandchild wants to share her day's experience. She needs to show what she has learnt, there is a genuine excitement.

My son didn't start off very well when we decided to send him to nursery. He was not keen to go, crying most of the time at the drop off and not eating at the nursery leaving me worried. He wanted to come back home. But gradually I started noticing changes in him and improvement in his behaviour, words and gestures. He has been at the nursery since April 2024 and the change he had is so positive and overwhelming. My son enjoys a lot, has built a great rapport with the staff and his fellow kids. I have seen an immense growth in him and can see him developing his character, showing interests in his early learning activities and life skills. Overall as a parent, I am very impressed with how the nursery has been an influence on my son. The staff are really lovely and accommodating with adhoc sessions, inform of us any changes and updates. Happy with the service.

My daughter has been going to Joyful Tots for almost a month and I couldn’t recommend them enough. They’ve gone above and beyond to make my daughter feel welcome and settled and they can’t do enough for her. She loves going so much and always goes in and comes out so happy. They do so many activities with the children and get them involved in everything, which is ideal for my busy toddler!

The staff working in Joyfultots Nursery are so helpful and friendly. They will update the activities of the child by uploading it in the app, so can know what are they doing in the nursery. Mostly their Adhoc sections are easily available when we need an extra day.

Since my granddaughter has been attending this nursery, she has learned so much already and her speech has greatly improved. She tells us about her day and is running in the next day to see her friends and the workers there who she looks at like family members. The rundown at pick-up of how she has been during the day is reassuring that she’s had fun and will let us know if there’s anything we need to know.

We are really pleased with our experience with the nursery. As first-time parents and new to the UK childcare system, we were really anxious at first about how our son would cope within the setting, considering that he has not been with anyone else other than his Dad or Mum since his birth. But I have to say it was so wonderful to see my son be a part of the Joyful Tots now. The excitement and smile that he wears at the sight of the staff who are greeting us in the morning makes us feel so reassured and leaves us at peace with the thought that our son is in the right hands. We are thankful for all the staff do for my son, supporting his growth and development. We have already referred one of our friends to the nursery and I'm happy to refer more people. Thank you so much Joyful Tots team.

As first-time parents, we visited plenty of nurseries prior to choosing Joyful Tots Redhill. What stood out was that this is a small nursery, which means the staff knows every child. Our little one started attending Joyful Tots last month October 2023. Easy drop offs and pick ups, as there is a car park attached to the property. Security to get into the nursery is good with CCTV. Every morning we receive a warm smiley welcome from either the nursery manager or our key person. Plus, a full debrief at pick up. Via the app, we can see updates throughout the day (nap, food, nappy changes, etc). This proved incredibly reassuring, especially during the early settling-in period. With new management, I can see that there is a more structured learning programme in place. I especially, appreciate all staff members working tirelessly to ensure the children are learning and well looked after. I look forward to seeing my child thriving in this setting.

Joyful Tots is a great nursery. It has a great staff that communicates well. The staff are very engaging with children. They correspond well with parents and make sure you are aware of their child’s performance.

My two daughters are going to the nursery and they are really happy there. Two and a half and 8 months, and they love to go, the activities. The older one tells us the activities and she loves them. And the little one is so happy when we pick them up as well. They have different activities every day, well-prepared, so they learn things while playing. The staff is lovely and friendly and they look really caring after the children. I strongly recommend it.
