Joyful Tots Nursery - Redhill

Overall, we are very happy with the nursery and especially appreciate the caring teachers and their positive interaction with the children.

The team have always been so flexible, helpful and we regularly receive updates about how our daughter is getting on. We feel that our daughter is thriving at Joyful Tots and we would highly recommend it.

He has made some lovely friends and the family events that the nursery run seasonally have meant we've had a chance to meet other parents too.

We receive daily updates about activities and events, which gives us so much comfort and reassurance. A massive thank you to both Kelly and Tundi for all their hard work and dedication-we couldn't be happier!

My son started this nursery in September, and since then he has come on in leaps and bounds. He went from being a child who would only speak to his parents to now chatting confidently with everyone! His confidence has grown so much in such a short time.

He has formed lovely bonds with many members of staff, and it's clear they truly care about the children. Every member of the team is so kind, nurturing, and dedicated and it really shows in everything they do.

I have always been sending my daughter since she was 8 months and I couldn't really complain with the care that my daughter is receiving until now that she is 2. My daughter's development has always been excellent. They have always been flexible with our schedule demands and the staff were really amazing.

We've had such a great experience with this nursery since my son started in April 2025. After attending a few free taster sessions, it was clear to me that this was the right place-the children already attending were always happy, played well together, and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming.

The staff have been fantastic from day one. They're friendly, kind, and always have a positive attitude. My son has settled in so well, and that's a real credit to their patience and care. Handovers are always informative, and I really appreciate the regular updates throughout the day via the app-it's lovely to see what he's been up to!

We feel very lucky to have found such a nurturing environment, and we're excited to increase his hours soon. A big thank you to all the staff for making it such a great start to his early years.

One of the things I appreciate most is how the children share a space while still having separate activities when needed. This setup creates a wonderful bond between babies and toddlers, fostering a warm and inclusive environment.

Joyful Tots also runs a variety of activities for the kids which keeps my son engaged. Glad I picked Joyful Tots as my son's nursery.

Both my children attend joyful tots. My daughter is 4 and my son is nearly 2. The nursery really is another home. Every day I get sent updates with pictures of what they are doing what they've eaten you really feel like you are there every step. They have come out of their shells since being here and that is thanks to the girls here. They have a baby room so they can sometimes play together and also get the chance to make their own friends. I love the fact they don't just play but they are learning. My daughter can now write her own name. Not only that they do mini athletics and sports day. They have little day outs which I love as they are getting to know their community and working for the NHS mainly with the elderly I really love the fact they visit them in homes! They know my kids inside out and really do feel like family and we will be sad when my kids have to leave to go primary school it's just such an amazing place. Honestly is the best nursery any parent can wish for.

The staff are amazing. My grandchildren love going and spend their days there to the point it's hard to get them to leave. The staff are great at teaching the children how to learn in a fun way, it's really a great environment.

Without being prompted, my great grandchild wants to share her day's experience. She needs to show what she has learnt, there is a genuine excitement.

My daughter has been going to Joyful Tots for almost a month and I couldn’t recommend them enough. They’ve gone above and beyond to make my daughter feel welcome and settled and they can’t do enough for her. She loves going so much and always goes in and comes out so happy. They do so many activities with the children and get them involved in everything, which is ideal for my busy toddler!

Mostly their Adhoc sections are easily available when we need an extra day.

The rundown at pick-up of how she has been during the day is reassuring that she’s had fun and will let us know if there’s anything we need to know.

We are really pleased with our experience with the nursery. As first-time parents and new to the UK childcare system, we were really anxious at first about how our son would cope within the setting, considering that he has not been with anyone else other than his Dad or Mum since his birth. But I have to say it was so wonderful to see my son be a part of the Joyful Tots now. The excitement and smile that he wears at the sight of the staff who are greeting us in the morning makes us feel so reassured and leaves us at peace with the thought that our son is in the right hands. We are thankful for all the staff do for my son, supporting his growth and development. We have already referred one of our friends to the nursery and I'm happy to refer more people.
