Hearts Day Nursery Chingford

We highly recommend this nursery. Our boy is very happy there, has built great relationships with the staff, and is developing very well. It is one of the best nurseries in the area, and we are very happy and grateful for the childcare services provided by them.

I am so happy about the staff. They are so helpful and understandable. Also, my child finally goes to the nursery very happy. Because he just starts to learn with English language, all staff re understanding and help my son a lot in learning the language of English

Extremely friendly staff and very loving and caring for my child. They have time to listen to me , support me as a mother and listen to my child's needs. My daughter has improved enormously in all aspects- social, cooking, reading, playing, eating and may more. Our family is very happy and feel safe when we leave our daughter in the mornings. The chef is excellent, always smell super delicious at lunch time.

We have really enjoyed being part of the family for 2 years and they have played such a special role in my son's life, setting him perfectly for the next step to school.

My son started at Hearts Day Nursery in January. In the beginning, he was very shy and often cried during drop-offs-but the amazing team there made him feel so loved, safe, and comfortable. My daughter started this nursery when she was just 2 years old, and now she's leaving to begin primary school. It's been such an incredible journey, and I'm beyond grateful for the support, care, and love she's received during her time here.

From day one, the staff have been amazing - patient, kind, and always going the extra mile to help her grow and thrive. A couple of staff members really stood out to us, as my daughter would come home talking about them all the time, and it was clear how much of a positive impact they had on her.

My daughter has been going to Hearts pre-school for almost a year and she loves it. She is always so happy to go and see her friends, the staff are so friendly and really put you at ease. She has learned so much, her confidence has grown and I know she will miss everyone when she starts school in September.

I was sure I wanted my son to attend this nursery. After a site visit I just knew and didn’t want my son anywhere else. I am impressed with this nursery because not only do they show an abundance of love for my child but I've seen it for everyone else’s children too. My son has food allergies so much so that he has an epipen so he started nursery knowing he will be eating there had me very anxious. However, this nursery has accommodated his every need, so much so that my son isn’t missing out on anything. I also love the fact the children are taken out for trips, how many nurseries do that! Not many! I just love it. My son has learned so much, and he's truly happy there. So thank you guys!
