I am so happy about the staff. They are so helpful and understandable. Also, my child finally goes to the nursery very happy. Because he just starts to learn with English language, all staff re understanding and help my son a lot in learning the language of English

Extremely friendly staff and very loving and caring for my child. They have time to listen to me , support me as a mother and listen to my child's needs. My daughter has improved enormously in all aspects- social, cooking, reading, playing, eating and may more. Our family is very happy and feel safe when we leave our daughter in the mornings. The chef is excellent, always smell super delicious at lunch time.

My son is now approaching the end of his educational journey at Hearts Day Nursery and is due to start school in September. I feel very lucky to have found that nursery. The staff are kind, caring and supportive. They create a lovely homely environment full of fun and laughter. We have really enjoyed being part of the family for 2 years and they have played such a special role in my son's life, setting him perfectly for the next step to school.

My daughter started this nursery when she was just 2 years old, and now she's leaving to begin primary school. It's been such an incredible journey, and I'm beyond grateful for the support, care, and love she's received during her time here. From day one, the staff have been amazing - patient, kind, and always going the extra mile to help her grow and thrive. A couple of staff members really stood out to us, as my daughter would come home talking about them all the time, and it was clear how much of a positive impact they had on her. Thank you to the whole team for creating such a warm and nurturing environment. You've helped shape my daughter into the confident and happy little girl she is today, and I'll always be thankful for that.

We couldn't be happier with our daughter's experience at this preschool. From the very beginning, the staff has been incredibly warm, supportive, and attentive to each child's individual needs. The teachers are not only professional and well-trained, but also genuinely kind and caring. Our daughter has grown so much - both socially and emotionally - since she started attending. She comes home happy every day, full of stories and new things she's learned. The curriculum is creative, age-appropriate, and thoughtfully designed to spark curiosity and confidence. What we appreciate the most is the nurturing atmosphere and the strong sense of community. Communication with parents is excellent, and we always feel informed and involved. We’ve been through several nurseries before finally finding this one — and I can truly say it’s an amazing place. The staff are absolutely wonderful, caring, and professional. My daughter has settled here so well and is genuinely happy. I’m very grateful we found such a great nursery.

My son started at Hearts Day Nursery in January. In the beginning, he was very shy and often cried during drop-offs-but the amazing team there made him feel so loved, safe, and comfortable. It didn't take long before he started looking forward to going every day! Now he's getting ready to start school next month, and while we're excited for this new chapter, we're also so emotional because we're going to miss everyone at Hearts Nursery so much. Hearts Day Nursery is a very special place to be due to the exceptional staff and the vision of the owner who goes to great lengths to ensure all children are provided for and taught to a high standard. My son has attended since he was 2 and is starting school in September; he is more than ready for the transition and has flourished in this setting. The staff show genuine care for the wellbeing and development of the children, encouraging learning through children's personal interests and unique talents from early on. Communication is exceptional, both in person and via the nursery app; we hear so much about our son's development, Involvement in activities and his personal progression each day. I would recommend Heart's to anyone looking for a dedicated early years team who prioritise understanding the whole child and enabling them to flourish. You won't be disappointed!

An excellent nursery. The teachers are amazing, they do take care and look after the little ones so good. They do teach them to believe in themselves, help them to grow confident and with respect to each others and to other people. I'm so glad I did choose the Hearts Day Nursery.

Hi, I am happy that I found this nursery, and my child is just as happy! She likes it very much because she does many activities, but first of all she likes food. The food is fresh every day and the cleanliness is sparkling. Thank you everyone!

A pleasant experience with the kindergarten staff. They are people with a positive energy that made my girls feel good and want to go to kindergarten every day. They will miss the kindergarten enormously. Thank you for everything.

The management and staff at Hearts Day Nursery are top-notch. Communication is excellent via the app. They are always trying new foods and play/education techniques and the environment is very safe. It’s a well-run company with experienced owners who hire great people. The soft play area is a huge bonus and allows the little ones to run around and get plenty of exercise. Definitely recommend and has been a positive experience on our end.

Very professional and friendly staff. They know how to look after your child. The whole team at the nursery is very hard-working and amazing. Our child feels very comfortable with the people there and enjoys every single thing they do there.

Genuinely mind blown by how amazing the ladies are! Nothing but positivity and love whenever my little cousin comes to this preschool! Always talks about the different curriculums they do e.g. healthy eating, British values, etc. Lovely environment and people looking after all the children! Would really recommend for anyone searching for a preschool!

My daughter has been going to Hearts pre-school for almost a year and she loves it. She is always so happy to go and see her friends, the staff are so friendly and really put you at ease. She has learned so much, her confidence has grown and I know she will miss everyone when she starts school in September.

My experience with Hearts Day Nursery has been really really great. They take very good care of my child and make sure he is always happy, well fed and most of all clean. The nursery provides innovative and fun-filled activities every day for the children. My child loves his meals and snacks and I rate a 10/10 to that. Also, the nursery is keen on listening to my concerns and acts straight away making sure my child’s personal, emotional and physical development is met for instance, their potty training is amazing! 100% recommended.

I was sure I wanted my son to attend this nursery. After a site visit I just knew and didn’t want my son anywhere else. I am impressed with this nursery because not only do they show an abundance of love for my child but I've seen it for everyone else’s children too. My son has food allergies so much so that he has an epipen so he started nursery knowing he will be eating there had me very anxious. However, this nursery has accommodated his every need, so much so that my son isn’t missing out on anything. I also love the fact the children are taken out for trips, how many nurseries do that! Not many! I just love it. My son has learned so much, and he's truly happy there. So thank you guys!

My son started at Hearts when he turned 2 and has now been there for over a year. He was born during Covid so lacked social and speech skills, since being at Hearts we have noticed a massive change in him and he has learnt so much from being there. All the staff have been amazing with him and are so kind and caring. I would definitely recommend this nursery if you are in the area.
