My son is now approaching the end of his educational journey at Hearts Day Nursery and is due to start school in September.
I feel very lucky to have found that nursery. The staff are kind, caring and supportive. They create a lovely homely environment full of fun and laughter.

We are so lucky to find the Hearts Day Nursery here at Loughton after having a very bad experience with another nursery. My son started earlier this year with another nursery and was very unhappy, crying every single day for 2 months, he was not taking care off and the staff didn't empathize with him.
We decided to move him and found this wonderful nursery, after 2 days of starting here my son didn't cry anymore, he is fully settled now and loves going to the nursery. The staff are incredible, compassionate and caring and they for sure exceeded our expectations. Us as parents are very relieved now to know our son is happy, loved and taking care of, he goes every morning with a smile on his face and when we pick him up he is very joyful and happy and wants to show us what he has done during the day, they are having many activities, he is eating very well (at home he is very picky). Thank you to all the amazing staff here at Hearts for taking care of our son!!!

My daughter started this nursery when she was just 2 years old, and now she's leaving to begin primary school. It's been such an incredible journey, and I'm beyond grateful for the support, care, and love she's received during her time here.
From day one, the staff have been amazing - patient, kind,
and always going the extra mile to help her grow and thrive. A couple of staff members really stood out to us, as my daughter would come home talking about them all the time, and it was clear how much of a positive impact they had on her.
Thank you to the whole team for creating such a warm and nurturing environment. You've helped shape my daughter into the confident and happy little girl she is today, and I'll always be thankful for that.

We couldn't be happier with our daughter's experience at this preschool. From the very beginning, the staff has been incredibly warm, supportive, and attentive to each child's individual needs. The teachers are not only professional and well-trained, but also genuinely kind and caring.

has grown so much - both socially and emotionally - since she started attending. She comes home happy every day, full of stories and new things she's learned. The curriculum is creative, age-appropriate, and thoughtfully designed to spark curiosity and confidence.
What we appreciate the most is the nurturing atmosphere and the strong sense of community. Communication with parents is excellent, and we always feel informed and involved. We truly feel that our daughter is in the best possible hands.

We’ve been through several nurseries before finally finding this one — and I can truly say it’s an amazing place. The staff are absolutely wonderful, caring, and professional. My daughter has settled here so well and is genuinely happy. I’m very grateful we found such a great nursery.

My son started at Hearts Day Nursery in January. In the beginning, he was very shy and often cried during drop-offs-but the amazing team there made him feel so loved, safe, and comfortable. It didn't take long before he started looking forward to going every day! Now he's getting ready to start school

Hearts Day Nursery is a very special place to be due to the exceptional staff and the vision of the owner who goes to great lengths to ensure all children are provided for and taught to a high standard. My son has attended since he was 2 and is starting school in September; he is more than ready for
the transition and has flourished in this setting. The staff show genuine care for the wellbeing and development of the children, encouraging learning through children's personal interests and unique talents from early on. Communication is exceptional, both in person and via the nursery app; we hear so much about our son's development,
Involvement in activities and his personal progression each day. I would recommend Heart's to anyone looking for a dedicated early years team who prioritise understanding the whole child and enabling them to flourish. You won't be disappointed!

An excellent nursery.
The teachers are amazing, they do take care and look after the little ones so good. They do teach them to believe in themselves, help them to grow confident and with respect to each others and to other people.

The management and staff at Hearts Day Nursery are top-notch. Communication is excellent via the app. They are always trying new foods and play/education techniques and the environment is very safe. It’s a well-run company with experienced owners who hire great people.

My daughter has been going to Hearts pre-school for almost a year and she loves it. She is always so happy to go and see her friends, the staff are so friendly and really put you at ease. She has learned so much, her confidence has grown and I know she will miss everyone when she starts school in September.

My experience with Hearts Day Nursery has been really really great. They take very good care of my child and make sure he is always happy, well fed and most of all clean. The nursery provides innovative and fun-filled activities every day for the children. My child loves his meals and snacks and I rate
a 10/10 to that. Also, the nursery is keen on listening to my concerns and acts straight away making sure my child’s personal, emotional and physical development is met for instance, their potty training is amazing!

I was sure I wanted my son to attend this nursery. After a site visit I just knew and didn’t want my son anywhere else. I am impressed with this nursery because not only do they show an abundance of love for my child but I've seen it for everyone else’s children too. My son has food allergies so much
so that he has an epipen so he started nursery knowing he will be eating there had me very anxious. However, this nursery has accommodated his every need, so much so that my son isn’t missing out on anything. I also love the fact the children are taken out for trips, how many nurseries do that! Not many! I just love it. My son has learned so much, and he's truly happy there. So thank you guys!

My son has been at Hearts Day Nursery for around 18 months. The staff are all lovely and so good with the children. His development has been excellent since being with Hearts. The care they put into the children is just out of this world. We are so so happy. Thank you to each and every staff member.
Would 100% recommend and my youngest will definitely be going there!
