Buttercup Corner Day Nursery

The manager and all her staff have always made it feel like home. I would recommend this setting to anyone who ever has any doubt of a nursery, it's a haven of happiness. Thank you all.

This nursery isn't a normal nursery, this nursery goes above and beyond for every single child they work with. They put their heart and soul into making sure that every child has the ability to achieve their full potential. Unbelievable staff and they are the reason why so many children achieve above-age expectations when beginning their school journey.

Such a warm, welcoming, family feel place to send your child, they have great communication and great experiences and expectations for each and every child! I am very lucky to have both children go here and would always recommend them.

The communication between staff and parents is great and are always willing to help where possible. Could not recommend this nursery enough!

My daughter has attended Buttercup since 12 months old, as a permanent setting whilst I went back to work. We had regular daily updates, photos and detailed journals of her days. There was always so much variety for the children to do and lots of days out and parent days. Ensuring the safety of the children in the nursery is paramount and this has always shown as excellent in picking up and dropping children for general day-to-day safety. The manager is an amazing woman who truly cares for the children. My daughter is now in full-time education but accesses the nursery for after-school provision and I have my new expecting child on the waiting list. An amazing nursery with fantastic staff.

Having a baby start nursery during such a difficult time during COVID, was not easy for anyone involved. But the staff at Buttercup went above and beyond to help families feel safe and cared for and put their all into making the children feel like all was normal. Ever since then, they've just gone from strength to strength. They listen to parents' opinions, they're attentive, and the level of care and education is outstanding. It will be a sad day when my boy has to leave.

They do a Christmas party each year which is fabulous for the little ones.

My daughter has been going to Buttercup Corner since she was 8 months old and she is thriving! She is now almost 3 and loves going to nursery. The staff at Buttercup have helped my daughter grow in confidence and have really supported us as working parents by ensuring all her needs are met. My little boy is due to start after Christmas and we feel totally at ease knowing he will be well cared for, thank you Buttercup Corner!

Both of our children, age 6 and age 2, have absolutely thrived at Buttercup Corner and we have been extremely happy with both of their journeys at the nursery. Our eldest still goes to the nursery's Holiday Club where she has a fantastic time. We know they both feel safe and happy at nursery and the communication each day we receive ensures we feel the same.

My daughter started at Buttercup Corner in November 2023 and has been really enjoying it since. The settling in period was very thorough and gave both me and my daughter a great opportunity to learn more about the nursery and meet the staff etc., all of the staff are very friendly and great with the kids. They put on so many activities for the children which I think is great. I also really like the amount of updates we get via the app so I know what my daughter has been up to. Would highly recommend this nursery to other parents.

My daughter started at Buttercup Corner when she was 9 months old, she is now nearly 3 years old and absolutely loves going to nursery, she's so happy going to nursery and she's learned so much. I feel at ease going to work knowing my child is looked after, cared for and learning each day. The communication between staff and parents is 10/10, can't fault them at all. I'm so glad I chose Buttercup Corner, I would highly recommend them.

We have been using Buttercup Corner for our childcare since 2018, our daughter attended from 12 months old and transitioned to school and currently our son has been there since he was 10 months old. Buttercup Corner is a fantastic nursery, all the rooms are well planned with lots of activities and areas to support development, along with extra activities such as gymnastics outside the nursery. All the staff are fantastic, well experienced, friendly, kind and caring. Our children are thriving and we have been so happy with the care they receive on a daily basis. The communication from the nursery is fantastic and they provide lots of opportunities for parents and families to be involved.

My little girl has attended Buttercup Corner since March 2023. She has loved every single minute of it, settling in was so easy as my daughter was so excited! The staff are amazing, their communication with me has been excellent since day one. My daughter's room is well laid out, she has a variety of healthy foods whilst there, she adores her key workers and tells me the names of all her friends in her room! She has come on leaps and bounds since starting at Buttercup Corner, her development milestones are all being hit and her personal and social needs are all being met. I cannot thank everyone at Buttercup Corner enough for how amazing they treat my daughter and communicate/involve me each step of the way!

The outstanding rating by Ofsted is more than deserved and I would recommend anyone in the area send their child here.

My children have always been so happy going to nursery every day - and what could matter more than that!

Amazing nursery, plenty of child friendly facilities. The environment is safe and welcoming. The staff are highly qualified and make a positive difference to the children they support. They are ready to learn and respond to the children's individual needs.

I highly recommend Buttercup Corner.

All the staff are amazing with the children and my daughter is excited to go every morning! I've since been invited in multiple times for parent stay and plays etc and the rooms are a wonderful space for the children to be in. The children learn so much and have so many opportunities every day. We read about everything in the daily reports which we get every day too! I recommend this nursery to everyone, it really is the best!

I can’t fit everything in this review but I know I will never be wary or worried about leaving my children here.
